Perfectionism is a seemingly benign disease that has the power to both cause us to work ourselves into depression or a breakdown or paralyze us from being able to act at all. What masks itself as a positive trait is actually a self-critical demon that will prevent you from ever being happy. But we can overcome the demon and find a new path of self-acceptance, love and compassion. When we do we will realize we are already perfect as we are.
