While reading chapter 5 of 1st Timothy I came across a verse that I must have just skimmed over for years every time I read it. This evening, Ali and I discussed the implications of that on the patio.

Derek relays some experiences he had with law enforcement officers before he ever considered working in that field. Ali, says she doesn't trust law enforcement. Why not? Did Derek's experience taint his views of law enforcement?
We talked about funny things strangers kids say and our thoughts on COVID-19 and how folks are responding to the disruption it brings to our lives.
For our 1st episode we decided to tell a little bit about ourselves and just see where the conversation went. It went into the area of home school and public education mostly.
