Today we discuss mental health in 2024 with author Will Craig.
Will is an exceptional individual who I have learned a lot from. After experiencing a tragic loss of a partner and battling some of his own personal demons, Will has grown to care deeply about having open and frank conversations around mental health. He believes in a commonsense approach to tackling your demons and the importance of moving forward one step at a time. As a result, he’s made it his mission to share his story in the hopes that it will show others they’re not alone and perhaps encourage them to share theirs as well.
You can find a copy of his book “One Step Forward: Ideally in the Right Direction” on Amazon. He can also be found through his blog “The Battle You Know Not” as well as various social media platforms listed below.

This is the first episode of a series called "What is perfection?". Society has perverted the idea of what perfection is. Every year our image of what is “perfect” has been moving farther and farther away from reality. We need to embrace people’s differences and continue to be far from ordinary. Why? Because ordinary doesn’t exist.
