The Oregon Home Care Commission’s (OHCC) mission is to ensure the high quality of in-home services for older adults and people of all ages with disabilities. OHCC provides training and resources for Medicaid enrolled in-home providers and the individuals they serve. The workforce includes homecare workers serving older adults and people with disabilities, personal support workers serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and personal care attendants serving children and adults experiencing a chronic condition or disability related to behavioral health.
