Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. For regressives, people are basically good but guns are inherently evil. For those with a bibilical worldview, people are inherently fallen and prone to evil, but a gun is just an inanimate object which can be used for evil purposes, such as committing mass murder, or for good purposes, such as defending yourself and your family from a mass murderer. For leftists, paradise is a world without guns. For Christians, paradise is a world without evil. The bottom line problem is not guns but the heart of man. The left will pass a flurry of laws designed to disarm the American people for our own good, but their laws are impotent against the evil that lurks in every human heart. To take care of that problem requires more than a law. It requires the gospel of Jesus Christ.
