The Living Yoga Show

LYFE = Living Yoga for Everyone. LYFE, The Consciousness and Connection Podcast, is an exploration of instructions and experiences to support those on a path of truly “living and embodying” Yoga. We come to you from Ishtadev Niwas Ashram & Farm, a spiritual living center within Ktunaxa Homelands in the Foothills of the Purcell Mountains in southeastern British Columbia, Canada. We see the Yogic pathway as one to guide societies of all kinds to join together to embody the teachings of nature, and to create balance once again. LYFE episodes will generally feature Satsang, Astrological viewpoints and consciousness teachings from the Ashram’s Spiritual Director, Sannyasi Sivani, among other esteemed guests.
