In THE PALE DOOR, the Dalton gang finds shelter in a seemingly uninhabited ghost town after a train robbery goes south. Seeking help for their wounded leader, they are surprised to stumble upon a welcoming brothel in the town’s square. But the beautiful women who greet them are actually a coven of witches with very sinister plans for the unsuspecting outlaws - and the battle between good and evil is just beginning. Kevin Pike is an American film special effects supervisor, below the line talent agent, and screenwriting consultant. He is perhaps best known for supervising the visual effects on the 1985 film Back to the Future. He and his company FilmTrix Inc. were primarily responsible for construction of the modifications that created the film's iconic DeLorean time machine. His credits also include The Last Star Fighter, Return of the Jedi, several of the original Star Trek films, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Jurassic Park, Fight Club and so many credits we’d need a whole day just to talk about.

We interview director Brandon Christensen about his new horror film on Shudder, ‘Z’ which is about a family who find themselves terrorized by their eight-year-old son's imaginary friend.  When Beth’s son brings home an imaginary friend named “Z,” she becomes concerned that he is falling too deep into a world of make believe. But when the son starts to display extremely destructive behavior, blaming Z for all of his actions, Beth knows that something is wrong. Soon, though, Beth sees Z herself…and he wants to be her friend. The battle for their lives begins. Z will be released on September 1, 2020 on VOD, Digital HD, DVD and Blu-ray.
