Magic gets a lot harder to notice when we grow up, not because it disappears, but because we stop practicing the inner skills that pick up subtle signals. I’m Rainbow Raaja, and I’m sharing the exact energy work and meditation flow I use to build a clear, grounded connection with the fairy realm, even if you feel like your imagination has been “offline” for years.

We start with practical breathwork you can do in minutes: breathing from navel to heart to sense energy moving, then expanding into a crown-to-spine circuit to gently activate your energetic channels. From there, I guide you through waking up your energy tail and opening your energy wings, using earth energy and a loving connection to Source (God, angels, ancestors, or whatever language fits your path). You can plan for danger and still be stunned by what saves you. I’m joined by John Graham, a Vietnam veteran and former US Foreign Service officer, to talk about the moments that cracked his worldview open: repeated near-death escapes, PTSD, and an uneasy question that wouldn’t let go. John takes us from war zones and revolutions to trance meditation, out-of-body experiences, and a vivid encounter with a white light that reframed what “reality” even means.

Reality looks solid until it doesn’t. Today I’m pulling back the curtain on the physical plane and explaining why “what you can touch” might be the smallest slice of what’s actually happening around you. We talk about matter, atoms, and form, but we also make space for the experiences people quietly carry for years: vivid dreams, telepathy with animals, premonitions, ancestral contact, and those moments that make you ask, is reality really what I was taught?

I am so excited to launch our new Season. I am happy to be back after taking time to mourn my father's passing. This season brings us into a more advanced space of spiritual practice - exploring the realms of reality.

The fourth month, we will be exploring the Astral Realm. This is the realm where dreams become reality but also where paranormal activity begins. It is a place of displaced emotions, ghosts, entities and yes, even beings most refer to as demons. We will tread cautiously, describing the spiritual laws that decide karmic consequences for misusing this realm, as well as how to safety access this realm for powerful healing.

Discover ways to bring more stability, security and strength into your daily life. Earth element correlates with the physical body. It brings stability, abundance, security, determination, and consistency. When we take the time to balance Earth in ourselves, we find that we become more grounded in the present moment and able to tackle difficult situations from a calm, strong place.

Using the tone C, can help you balance the frequency and resonance of earth in the body. C is a grounding tone and brings the body and mind to a place of safety and security. Humming the C tone when you have anxiety or fear will bring a sense of calm to the nervous system temporarily.

There are many foods that can be incorporated into your diet to balance the Earth in your system. Earthy, rich flavors always carry the frequency of Earth within them. Earth element foods can be mushrooms, root vegetables, celery, millet, corn, carrots, cabbage, garbanzo beans, soybeans, squash, potatoes, string beans, yams, tofu, sweet potatoes, sweet rice, peas, hazelnuts, peaches, apples, and cantaloupe.

It can really hurt someone's self worth and depreciate the hard work it takes to become a professional or a healer when someone expects or demands a discount. Sometimes someone is struggling financially and asking for a discount is their way of getting their needs met. However, there are ethical ways to ask someone for help when you are financially struggling. You can offer trades, you can ask if they have sliding scale or payment plans.

In a world where we have such a wealth of free information, asking someone who is requesting a payment for their time and energy can really reflect how greedy or entitled someone feels they are.

Here are 5 Writing practices to apply in your day to day life that will support you in your self healing journey. Each practice gives you a different approach to tackle inner struggles and to articulate emotions and experiences that might be harder to come to terms with.

1. Daily Journal - two journaling styles to choose from (Night/Feminine vs Day/Masculine), depending on what you need to heal.
2. Milestones and Bucket Lists - understand the subconscious impact of these lists and why they are important to write.
3. Daily Poem - how to approach poetry when you don't want to rhyme or don't know how to write poetry. A cerebral yet creative practice that helps balance both left and right sides of the brain.
4. Burn Letters - attract specific situations or release emotional burdens with burn letters.
5. Timed Writing - be surprised by the stories living inside you. Develop intuition and expression of subconscious archetypes.

Using Hara Breathing and Ujjayi, you can create a state of wellness and calm during any point of your day.
