We are talking to a range of brave and inspiring individuals who live with a wide range of different mental health illnesses.
This will be a platform to help show people that they are never alone, give different methods of coping mechanisms from people who first-hand live with different mental health illnesses, educate people about different mental health illnesses, to show people that labels are just labels and it does not mean they can hold you back from achieving, and will encourage people to speak out and get help when needed.

I sat down with the Doncaster lad Billy Whitehouse, and we talked everything from his impressive career so far in football, the highs & the lows. His charity Mind Over Matter is a South Yorkshire based organisation that raises awareness for mental health but also is an escape for anyone struggling with their mental health, encouraging people through sport and exercise to come together.
A revealing and personal programme that asks whether someone with bipolar can live a 'normal' life? By talking to people who've been diagnosed with bipolar, their family members and experts Abz - recently diagnosed - reveals the answer, for some, is yes and finds out why for others it's no, all the while questioning what normal even is by proving that a world neurodiverse world is something to fight for.
