Can this goals scoring monster be stopped can any team stand before him and the goal this man will score at any given moment at any given time you only need a single touch of the ball to turn it to glory Erling Haaland an incredible athlete and I feel sorry for any team that will face him I am aliens of Manchester City I wish Erling Haaland played for Manchester United instead but until that happens if it ever happens or we find our own freak of nature in a goal scoring department we are doomed with the likes of Ronaldo not getting minutes I don't know what's gonna happen. Liverpool are one of the team that are struggling. Arsenal are looking incredible this is going to be an interesting season but I know for a fact if anything goes wrong if anything happens there will be no shocks as long as Erling Haaland is on the pitch because you will score minute after minute goal after minute as long as Kevin De Bruyne passes the ball to him I don't see anyone stopping this man men's a machine.

Is VAR ruining the spirit of football. How many goals will be cancelled because of ignorant and clueless referee decisions that make no sense, What's the point of having VAR if it cannot be used properly.
Do these referees need to be retrained on the purpose Why VAR our was firstly implemented...
It's a joke.....it's a joke...
Anyway Manchester United stopped Arsenal's perfect run this season by defeating them three goals to one at Old Trafford.
Alexandra Mitrovic and Harry Kane cannot stop scoring while Haaland doesn't need to touch the ball a lot to score goals.
Brighton are forced to be reckoned with, after winning by five goals quite incredible achievement by Graham Porter
Scott McTominay has been brilliant for Manchester United so far this season I don't know what's gonna happen as a season progresses but he's looking really good.
Antony gets a debut goal against Arsenal, great stuff.... great stuff
Leicester City in tremendous trouble still the only team to have not won a match.
which is quite troubling and I know Everton haven't won a match but they have four points from 4 draws, so that's something right???
as for Leicester not a single win, 5 losses and a single draw..
now that's not looking good for Brendan Rodgers he could get the sack, if he's not careful.
Nottingham Forest after buying so many players, cannot find a path forward to get all the necessary points after almost winning a match ended up messing about when they hosted Bournemouth, who ended up getting the points needed... three points for them playing against a team that made the most transfers this season..
quite extraordinary.
Crazy opinion but Chelsea bought referees. Or VAR or referees are just shit.
Mendy what is he doing? And how is that a disallowed goal?? it's just a joke. and I'm not even gonna talk about the the Philip coutinho against Manchester City his disallowed goal. because referees are just mocking about... doing nonsense fam....
absolute nonsense ..

what should have been a beautiful weekend of teams winning and surprise losses for certain teams it's VAR controversy all over again.
we thought the season would be different, we thought they would have learnt their mistakes from the bullshit they did last season but it has not changed. it's still nonsense they still messing about... get actual formal players to do this VAR thing because they know toughness , physicality of the league. for this shit happens, you get tackled but it's not a fucking red card... it's not enough to disallow goals at every fucking waiting moment referees need to do better

anyway Manchester United won against Arsenal yeah haters cry Red Devils up.

The invincibles when Arsenal won the league in 02 without losing a match. could this be the start of something new with Arteta for Arsenal. so far they have not lost a match. Will history
repeat it self or not. And as for Liverpool they've seemed to found balance after beating Bournemouth by nine goals to nil.
Manchester United get their second win. While Haaland get himself a hat-tric.
West Ham also get their first win.
Brighton and Leeds looking quite incredible this season both in the fourth and fifth position so far after four games being played and Tottenham Hotspurs also found a spell of great football.
well all in all it's been four games the league as exciting as ever cannot wait for game week 5

Manchester United's Pre season comes to an end at old Trafford. Were draw with Rayo Vallecano. And I also talk about the community shield match between Liverpool and Manchester City and also give my predictions regarding the first week games of the 22/23 Premier league season..

Now Manchester United played Rayo Vallecano at Old Trafford and match end in an all 1 draw with goals from Adam and Garcia.

My thoughts
▪︎Cristiano Ronaldo apparently left Old Trafford before the full-time whistle
▪︎ Garnacho is a joy to watch.. Kid is dripping with confidence.
▪︎Ethan Laird also impressive.
▪︎chong needs to be sold or loaned off again his is talented don't get me wrong but his decision making is questionable.
▪︎Donny got 90 minutes under his belt and didn't disappoint, nothing flashy but solid..
▪︎Varane captain United
▪︎Eriksen and Martinez got there debuts at Old Trafford, yes I know it was a friendly but they got to play with 75k fans watching that's amazing.
▪︎ 17-year-old Isak Hansen-Aarøen made his debut
▪︎ Amad got a goal.
▪︎Tom Heaton is a good back up goal keeper.
▪︎Benni McCarthy signs for Manchester United as the First Team Strikers Coach
▪︎Okay.. that's that next up is Brighton at Old Trafford. I wonder who Erik Ten Hag will pick as his first 11 for that game.

Manchester United 3-1 Crystal Palace.

•Will Fish gets sent off.
•Sancho, Rashford and Martial find the goals
•Donny, Dalot and Martial gets an assist,
•Man of the match performance by Anthony Martial,
•Tyrell malacia was superb, I can see why we got him. Offers so much more going forward and is defensively sound.. Miles ahead of Shaw and tells in my opinion.
•Wan bissaka has no future at Manchester United, his finished.. clearly Dalot is starting this season unless we sign a Right back.. wan offers no threat to Dalot.
•Average performance from Bruno, no Hollywood passes, but not horrible needs time to adjust to the new system.
•McTominay doesn't belong in the starting 11.
•Zidane and Charlie failed to impress this Time.
•Amad and Hannibal poor, Pellistri, chong didn't get a minute .
•Sancho and Martial are incredible players.. seem to be enjoying playing under Ten Hag.

1st 11
De Gea, Dalot, Lindelof, Maguire, Malacia, McTominay, Fred, Sancho, Fernandes, Rashford, Martial

Subs
Telles, Donn Van de beek, Ethan Laird, Elanga, Savage, Fish, Iqbal, Wan-Bissaka, Hannibal & Amad

•Garnacho yet to play under Ten Hag
•Varane and Garner injured.

■The referee was abysmal. Late calls, I get it its a friendly but Jordan Ayew was horrible could have given someone a serious injury.. Fish red incident not as bad as some of Jordan tackles that for sure..
■yes I know most of Crystal Palace's first team players were not available let alone on their pre season tour.. but I win is a win.. and we played well in that 1th hour of the game before the B-Team came in and dropped the standards.

We got the win the pre-season match. so it's a good thing a win against Liverpool so that's a winner in my book. regardless of whether its pre-season or an actual in official match. We won by four goals to nil (4-0) and our goals are from Anthony martial, Fred, Pellestri, and jadon Sancho. Erik Ten Hag's first match so it's a positive , a good start for him. we had a few mistakes in that match but what's important is the win, hopefully the team finds balance. bu And we get more of those type of results 4 -0 not the performance, that needs alot of improvement. that middle field is atrocious. AND we definitely need to find someone in our attack especially with all this Ronaldo uncertainty. horrible match Bruno and Donny both disappeared. I won't even bother mentioning McTominay. But as for Zidane Iqbal and Charlie Savage, wow! incredible how they did not lose composure. Tyrell malacia technically made his Debut.

Thibaut courtois was a brick wall if it wasn't for him definitely Liverpool would have won the Champions League but the man was a brick wall and nothing went past them a lot of saves a lot of breathtaking moments from them and of course the Debate of the Night all the evening should Benzema be crowned Ballon D'or winner if it doesn't win it I will know before you were for it's already no one is more deserving than Benzema but of course I would love for an African player to win Ballon D'or with Mohamed Salah or Sadio mane but none are more deserving than Benzema incredible player.
it's a perfect send-off for Real Madrid Legends Gareth Bale and Marcelo winning five Champions League each and they get a send-off that is quite incredible winning the La Liga Title, Spanis Super Cup and Champions League in the season that you leave the club you've been out for so many years incredible and of course and Ancelotti being the all-time Great manager in my personal opinion, Man now has 4 champion league titles as a manager and two as a player this man is highly decorated with six Champions League tiles, wow and the only manager to win a league title in Europe's so called top 5 leagues.

It's been an epic roller coaster at 21/22 season comes to an end with Manchester City winning it and Burnley, Watford and Norwich getting relegated and of course I means Bournemouth, Fulham get promoted and Huddersfield or Nottingham Forest one of them will take the final spot. As they face off in the playoff finals.

Tottenham Hotspurs Clinch the final spot for the Champions League...
Arsenal and Manchester United head over to the Europ league and West Ham conquer the conference league or attempt to conquer the conference league and it's caused the other three Champions League spot go to Manchester city, Liverpool and Chelsea really thrilling season Mohamed salah with top scorer (22 goals) and top assists with a 13 assists this season.

Transfer rumours everybody caring about trying to get up there in that player but will it be possible Manchester United get the player that they desire with Manchester City getting Erling Haaland, it seems rather impossible for a team that has failed to qualify for the Champions League and possibly even the Europa league, let alone the conference league knows what can happen but all I know is we have to sign six or seven players leaving it's going to be interesting.
Old Trafford hopefully Erik ten hag done done some sort of Miracle and save this wretched club and of course congratulations on winning the Dutch league.

This has been an exceptional Champions League semi-final first leg that was hosted in England at the Etihad and at Anfield up next we head to Spain but on this episode were talking about the English fixture between Real Madrid and Manchester City who played on Tuesday and of course Liverpool vs villarreal who played on Wednesday.

This was one of the best matches are still in the Champions League semifinal cuz I'm not saying it's the best I'm saying it's one of the best I'm talking about Real Madrid versus Manchester City match that ended in 4-3, with Manchester City winning that match, advantage Manchester City and of course the the Liverpool and Villarreal, that match ended in a 2-0, Liverpool of course winning that match which means advantage Liverpool.
On to the second leg which will be hosted in Spain at the various stadiums of villareal and Real Madrid

● Cristiano Ronaldo netted his 50th club hat-trick as Manchester United moved to within three points of Tottenham Hotspur in fourth with a battling 3-2 victory over Norwich City.

The Portuguese scored his first on seven minutes, converting a cross from Anthony Elanga, who had nicked the ball off Ben Gibson.

Ronaldo doubled United's lead after 32 minutes, heading in Alex Telles's corner. But Kieran Dowell's header from a Teemu Pukki cross reduced the arrears in first-half added time.

Dowell then turned provider for Pukki with a sublime reverse pass to allow the Finn to slot home Norwich's equaliser seven minutes after half-time.

Norwich were denied a third by David De Gea's superb save from Milot Rashica's shot.

Ronaldo completed his hat-trick to secure the points with a fierce free-kick 14 minutes from time.

Man Utd's first win in three matches takes them above Arsenal to fifth with 54 points. Norwich remain bottom on 21 points, seven from safety with six matches remaining.

●Tottenham Hotspur's hopes of a top-four finish suffered a setback as Leandro Trossard's last-minute goal earned Brighton & Hove Albion back-to-back wins over north London clubs.

Spurs struggled to break down the visitors throughout the contest, although they improved in the second half, with Son Heung-min's goalbound shot was blocked by Joel Veltman.

Graham Potter's side, who had beaten Arsenal last time out, themselves threatened when Hugo Lloris was called upon to deny Tariq Lamptey's effort and a Lewis Dunk header.

The breakthrough arrived in the final minute of regulation time, Trossard pouncing on hesitant defending to turn Eric Dier and poke in from close range.

Substitute Steven Bergwijn passed up a good chance to equalise in added time but Brighton held on for victory.

A first defeat in five keeps fourth-placed Spurs on 57 points, three ahead of Manchester United and Arsenal, the Gunners having played one match fewer.

Brighton are up to 10th place with 40 points.

●Tomas Soucek cancelled out an earlier Wout Weghorst header as West Ham United earned a 1-1 home draw to deny Burnley a big win in their bid for safety.

After a lengthy stoppage due to an injury to Burnley's Ashley Westwood, the Clarets, managed by Under-23 coach Michael Jackson following Sean Dyche's departure on Friday, took a 33rd-minute lead.

Weghorst headed the opener in from close range after Jay Rodriguez had hit the bar.

Maxwel Cornet missed a chance to double the visitors' lead in first-half stoppage time, firing a penalty kick wide after being fouled by Lukasz Fabianski.

They were eventually made to rue that miss 16 minutes from time as Soucek bundled in an inviting Manuel Lanzini free-kick from close range.

West Ham could have won late on, but Nick Pope produced a stunning save to claw out Issa Diop's header and denied Michail Antonio soon after.

The result takes 18th-placed Burnley up to 25 points, three below Everton who have played a match fewer.

West Ham are seventh, five points off the top four.

●Bruno Guimaraes scored his second goal of the match deep into second-half stoppage time as Newcastle United beat Leicester City 2-1 at St James' Park.

The visitors broke the deadlock on 19 minutes when Ayoze Perez flicked a corner into the path of Ademola Lookman to fire beyond Newcastle goalkeeper Martin Dubravka.

Leicester's lead lasted just 11 minutes as Guimaraes beat Kasper Schmeichel to a loose ball to poke in from close range his first home Premier League goal.

The second half started in end-to-end fashion, with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Joelinton both flashing efforts wide of the target.

In the fifth minute of stoppage time, Guimaraes won it. Substitute Joe Willock surged forward on the counter-attack and eventually crossed in for the Brazilian midfielder to head high into the net and complete the turnaround.

Having stretched their home unbeaten run to seven matches Newcastle climb to 14th on 37 points, three adrift of ninth-placed Leicester.

●Pontus Jansson's stoppage-time header earned Brentford a dramatic 2-1 win over Watford to hit their hosts' hopes of avoiding relegation.

Christian Norgaard put Brentford ahead on 15 minutes, when he turned in from six yards after collecting Kristoffer Ajer's flick-on from Ethan Pinnock's throw.

Watford improved in the second half and equalised on 55 minutes through Emmanuel Dennis, who powered the ball in from a narrow angle.

The Hornets came close to a second a number of times. Ismaila Sarr tested David Raya, who then tipped Dennis's free-kick on to the bar.

In stoppage time, Watford's Joshua King also hit a post before Imran Louza somehow fired over the rebound.

The final twist came in the fifth minute of time added on, when Christian Eriksen's deep cross was met by Jansson's towering header.

Watford remain 19th and have 22 points, six from safety having played two matches more than the teams immediately above them.

Brentford rise to 11th with 39 points.

●A star performance from Fraser Forster and a goal from Jan Bednarek condemned Arsenal to a third consecutive defeat, going down 1-0 at Southampton, which denied them the chance to close the gap on fourth place.

Forster made two impressive saves inside the opening 20 minutes to deny Gabriel Martinelli's low shot and Bukayo Saka's effort from close range.

Southampton were rewarded for their early resilience, taking the lead on the stroke of half-time when Mohamed Elyounoussi pulled the ball back for Bednarek to score at the near post.

Arsenal put the pressure on in the second half, but Forster continued to thwart them, brilliantly saving from Emile Smith Rowe, Saka and Granit Xhaka.

Southampton's first win in five matches takes them up to 12th with 39 points.

Arsenal drop below Manchester United on goal difference to sixth on 54 points, three behind Tottenham Hotspur, who have played a match more.

The fa cup semi-Finals

●Liverpool hold on to beat Manchester City 3-2 and reach the FA Cup final for the first time since 2012. It was an exceptional first half from the Reds, with Konate heading in just nine minutes into the game. Mane then caught Steffen on the ball and slid in to poke it over the line before volleying in his second on the stroke of half-time. City came out quickly after the break, with Grealish scoring just 71 seconds after the restart. Silva then tapped in from close range in the first minute of stoppage time, but they left it too late in the end.

●A relatively comfortably evening, on the whole, sees Chelsea through to the FA Cup final against Liverpool after goals from Loftus-Cheek and Mount powered the Blues past Crystal Palace at Wembley. A cagey first half was met by similar scenes in the second half, with both sides finding difficulty creating space in the opponent's organised defence. It was Tuchel's side who would take their half-chances however, with Loftus-Cheek's volley coming five minutes after the hour - and 40 minutes after his first-half introduction for an injured Kovacic. Mount would add insurance with a quarter-hour left in the match; a situation which was irredeemable from that point for Palace. Vieira's side failed to trouble Mendy on a frequent enough basis as they fall at the semi-final stage while a show-piece event awaits Tuchel's Blues.

The Dutch Cup final (Erik Ten Hag story)
Erik ten Hag’s Ajax tasted defeat in the KNVB Cup final and the Manchester United bound manager was not happy.
The Dutchman felt his side were the better team and that decisions went against Ajax
Ajax had a goal disallowed in each half and lost the game 2-1, having led 1-0 at half-time.

It’s never nice to miss out on a trophy, and for Ajax it hurt to lose to fierce competitors PSV Eindhoven.x.

LONDON, March 2 Russian businessman Roman Abramovich said on Wednesday he would sell Chelsea Football Club, 19 years after buying it and setting the team on a path to sporting glory, and promised to donate money from the sale to help victims of the war in Ukraine.

Amid growing calls for Abramovich to be hit by sanctions after Russia's invasion of its neighbour, the metals magnate said in a statement that a sale was in the best interests of the reigning European and world soccer champions.

"In the current situation, I have therefore taken the decision to sell the club, as I believe this is in the best interest of the club, the fans, the employees, as well as the club's sponsors and partners," he said.

Abramovich said he would not ask for loans he has made to the Premier League club - reported to total 1.5 billion pounds ($2.0 billion) - to be repaid to him and the sale would not be fast-tracked.

"Bear in mind he bought Chelsea 19 years ago in a deal worth about £140m, and he's asking for £3bn to sell - so the net proceeds would be just under £2.9bn, and he's saying that money would all go towards all the victims of the war in the Ukraine to provide critical emergency care, support emergency needs and support.

He has told his aides to set up a charitable foundation which would receive all net proceeds from the sale.

"The foundation will be for the benefit of all victims of the war in Ukraine," Abramovich said in a statement.

"This includes providing critical funds towards the urgent and immediate needs of victims, as well as supporting the long-term work of recovery."

Swiss business tycoon Hansjoerg Wyss told a newspaper that he was considering buying Chelsea from Abramovich who over the weekend said he was stepping back from running the club but made no mention of any plans to change its ownership.

"Abramovich is currently trying to sell all his villas in England. He also wants to get rid of Chelsea quickly now. I, along with three other people, received an offer on Tuesday to buy Chelsea from Abramovich,"

FIRST HALF - CHANCES FEW AND FAR BETWEEN

United have been out of the traps quickly recently in matches against Middlesbrough, Burnley and Southampton to launch promising starts to the first 45 minutes. But it was Brighton who began on the front foot with the first chance of the match after just five minutes. A loose ball from Fred was gobbled up and eventually Jakub Moder was in behind United’s lines. His shot, however, was cleanly gathered by David De Gea.

The Reds did respond, a minute later, when we seized on an error by Adam Webster and Ronaldo sent Jadon Sancho racing down the left flank before firing off a shot that keeper Robert Sanchez saved. Sancho was swiftly onto the rebound but his shot came off Lewis Dunk and spun high over the bar.

An excellent Fernandes pass found the lively Sancho again and he fed Anthony Elanga but he was thwarted by a timely rescuer tackle from Marc Cucurella. Largely, however, this wasn’t the United of the last few first halves when we’ve dominated and created bucketloads of chances.

Fortunately, Brighton hadn’t created much when they were on top but they frightened the life out of Old Trafford late in the first half. After 39 minutes, a cross from the right by Joel Veltman was met with a strong header by Moder that was goal bound before De Gea took off to make an eye-catching, flying one-handed save.

Our Spanish stopper couldn’t get anywhere near a crashing shot from Yves Bissouma, a minute later, but the midfielder's effort sped past the post after an incisive move left him in the clear.

A foul by Alexis Mac Allister on Elanga around the edge of the Brighton box provided the Reds with a perfect way to end the half on a high but Ronaldo’s free kick smacked into Bissouma in the Brighton wall and away for a corner.

SECOND HALF - CRISTIANO AND BRUNO STRIKE FOR REDS

It was a cracking start to the second half by United as we seized on Brighton’s own undoing when Scott McTominay caught a dawdling Bissouma in possession after 51 minutes. The ball rolled to Ronaldo and he hammered in a long-range drive past Sanchez to relieve the tension and end a rare barren spell in style.

The Seagulls were rattled and Elanga’s challenge forced their captain Dunk into a messy tackle which brought the Swede to the ground. Dunk was initially booked, much to the United players' anger, who expected a red. Referee Peter Bankes was then instructed to take a second look at the pitchside monitor and, after a brief study, upgraded the yellow card and sent Dunk off to reduce the visitors to 10 men.

The goal and one-man advantage lifted the Old Trafford crowd and they were roaring again when they thought Ronaldo was going to grab his second after 66 minutes. A clipped cross from Fernandes was planted perfectly on Ronaldo’s head but keeper Sanchez flipped the firm effort over his bar.

United amazingly let Brighton off the hook in the 71st minute when Sanchez presented us with a glorious chance as his attempted clearance fell neatly for Ronaldo. Our No. 7 unselfishly set up Fernandes but the goalkeeper redeemed himself as he saved well from the Portuguese midfielder’s attempt.

Paul Pogba came on for Fred after 71 minutes and almost immediately had a shot blocked before Ronaldo came close to heading home, sending his attempt wide, as the Reds looked for the comfort of a second goal. Failure to extend the lead almost came back to haunt us in the 78th minute when a 20-yarder from Morder rattled De Gea’s crossbar.

Bruno versus Sanchez part-two saw a better effort from Fernandes but, once again, the Brighton keeper stood firm. He was also on hand to save Harry Maguire’s shot as United staged a late effort to grab the second and avoid a nervy finale.

Just as the 90 minutes came up there was a massive fright as old boy Danny Welbeck, who'd come on as a sub in the 70th minute, was afforded a free header but the Mancunian steered his effort over the bar. The relief was audible.

However, with six minutes of added time called, the tension wasn't fully relieved until Fernandes broke away in the last seconds on a solo run after a quick Pogba free-kick and scored our second of the night to inflict only Albion's second away defeat of the entire league campaign.

•Kurt has subsequently been fined 'the maximum amount' by West Ham for his actions, believed to be two weeks' wages.

The cats were also seized by the RSPCA, although the east London club are yet to take decisive action by suspending the centre-back until the investigation concludes.

,In fact, some were outraged to see that the 27-year-old was chosen from the start against Watford on Tuesday, a game in which he was relentlessly booed as Moyes' side edged a 1-0 victory. Diego Llorente rescued a point for Leeds United as they battled back from two goals down to draw 3-3 with Aston Villa.

•Leeds took the lead after nine minutes when Daniel James linked well with Rodrigo before firing across Emiliano Martinez and into the bottom corner at Villa Park.

Philippe Coutinho pulled Villa level on the half-hour mark when he controlled a cross from Matty Cash and hit a low strike beyond Illan Meslier.

Coutinho then set up Jacob Ramsey for two goals in the space of five minutes, putting the hosts 3-1 up.

However, James scored his second of the match in first-half stoppage time, bravely getting between two defenders to head home at close range.

And Llorente equalised for Leeds on 63 minutes, bringing down a headed clearance from Tyrone Mings and firing into the net.

•Kieran Trippier's superb free-kick helped Newcastle United claim a come-from-behind 3-1 win over Everton which moves the Magpies out of the bottom three.
•Jarrod Bowen scored the only goal as West Ham United moved back into the top four with a 1-0 win over Watford.
•Riyad Mahrez and Kevin De Bruyne were on target as Manchester City extended their lead at the top of the table to 12 points, beating Brentford 2-0.
•Wilfried Zaha scored a stunning equaliser but then missed a penalty as Crystal Palace drew 1-1 at Norwich City.
Norwich striker Teemu Pukki scored after just 38 seconds, firing a low strike in off a post after being teed up by Adam Idah
•Gabriel Magalhaes netted the decisive goal as 10-man Arsenal closed the gap on fourth-placed West Ham United with a battling win at Wolverhampton Wanderers
•Diogo Jota scored a goal in each half to move Liverpool back to within nine points of leaders Manchester City as they completed a 2-0 victory over Leicester City at Anfield.
•Che Adams scored a late winner as Southampton twice came from behind to earn a dramatic 3-2 victory at Tottenham Hotspur.
•Rodriguez's second-half goal gave Burnley what could be a valuable point in their battle against relegation as they claimed a 1-1 draw with Manchester United at Turf Moor.

Man Utd dominated the first half and after Raphael Varane's goal was ruled out for offside, they went ahead on 18 minutes when Luke Shaw found Paul Pogba, who placed his shot into the corner..

Senegal vs Egypt : Afcon final penalty shootout result and reaction as Sadio Mane scores winner

My reaction of the Africa Cup of Nations final where Senegal defeated Egypt in Cameroon

Liverpool team-mates Salah and Mane prepare to go head-to-head in AFCON final as Egypt face Senegal

the Africa Cup of Nations final after Senegal beat Egypt to win what has been a thrilling tournament in Cameroon. After four weeks of competition, the final saw the continent’s two best players in Senegal’s Sadio Mane and Egypt’s Mohamed Salah compete for a first international honour, with both star forwards having played integral roles in their respective nation’s run to the final.

An intense contest went all the way to penalties where Chelsea’s Edouard Mendy kept out substitute Mohanad Lasheen’s attempt, leaving Liverpool’s Mane, who had earlier missed a spot kick in normal time, to step up and win it. And the Reds striker made no mistake from 12 yards a second time around to secure a 4-2 victory and give his country a first-ever victory in the tournament.
It was no more than Senegal deserved after dominating for long periods only to be denied repeatedly denied by Egypt goalkeeper Gabaski as the game finished goalless after 120 gruelling minutes. Mane’s winning kick sparked jubilant scenes for Senegal and deep disappointment for Egypt

Manchester United have been knocked out of the fa cup after losing to Middlesbrough by a 8 - 7 Penalty shoot out. Fingers pointed at watmore hand ball that lead to a crooks goal which equalized for Middlesbrough. VAR completely ignored it.. and that goal cancelled
out sancho early finish. Which meant the teams meant to extra time at 1 all draw. And of course missed chances by Ronaldo after he missed a penalty and Bruno Fernandes hitting the post several times.. of course Anthony Elanga did miss the final penalty that resulted in our lose but I don't blame the kid... I blame Bruno and Ronaldo.

Greenwood made his debut in 2019 and has since made 129 appearances for Manchester United. He made his senior England debut in 2020.
Mason was arrested on Sunday 30 January in the afternoon and remains in custody. Enquiries are ongoing and the victim is being offered specialist support.

On Sunday Manchester United said the club "did not condone violence of any kind" and had been made aware of the allegations but would make no further comment until the "facts have been established".
On Tuesday night, Manchester United released a statement reiterating their "strong condemnation of violence of any kind".
The club added: "Mason Greenwood will not train with, or play for, the club until further notice.

And Video game developer EA Sports said the forward had been removed from FIFA products.
A statement said Greenwood had been removed from active squads in FIFA 22 and also suspended from appearing in FIFA Ultimate Team packs and Ultimate Draft.
Sportswear firm Nike previously said it had suspended its relationship with the footballer.
"We are deeply concerned by the disturbing allegations and will continue to closely monitor the situation," a spokesman said.

The game's manufacturer Electronic Arts said: "Mason Greenwood has been removed from active squads in FIFA 22 and has also been suspended from appearing in FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) packs and Ultimate Draft."

Hola ninos, this is your boy Reese chanson back with another episode of the English game Podcast and we're kicking things off today, with the game that took place on the 18th of January, the game between Brighton and Chelsea, Chelsea fumbling yet. Again, Chelsea start of the match. With a first half goal from Hakim ziyech on the 28th minute, but then of course, Adam Webster equalized on the 60th minute of the second half and that's how the game ended Webster ended up Winning man of the match in that game. That's how the game ended. Ladies and gentlemen, Chelsea of fumbling yet again. Chelsea had most of their players back Lukaku, played until the 80th minute, but then was subbed off. For, kai haverts or Timo Werner ? I'm just saying, Chelsea. Don't look good. Who doesn't look good. Something happened with Chelsea. They don't look enough. Like they did. They don't look deadly like they did previously. When the season was starting. They looked like they were dangerous club that leaves Manchester City with all the power in the world. That means Manchester City left alone in the world. To fumble, it themselves. As the only way,

It's going to be Manchester City or in it to lose it for themselves. I means no one can stop them as a stand. The 13 points clear off, Chelsea, not 13, 16 points, clear of Chelsea. And Chelsea have played an extra game more, and bare in mind and as it stands, Manchester City on 56 points, they 11 points off. Liverpool. But Liverpool, of course, have an extra game or game in hand.
So as it stands City seem to be running away with it. So if that means it's in city's ball to mess it up. City are the Only Team that can l mess it up, but case in point on the 2nd of January, Manchester City will play Southampton. So and they've been winning. They won all their last five games, but speaking of Chelsea. They are playing Tottenham Hotspurs. Next. Also, on the game, will be on Sunday, the 23rd and bare in mind. Tottenham, Arsenal, Manchester United and West Ham are in a deep-rooted game for Top 4, with only three points, separating all the teams some so it should be interested, any team that wins amongst them will be on the top 4 position. That means if Tottenham by some miracle, but they looking good, defeat Chelsea. They'll be number four. And if Manchester United defeat West Ham, they will be number four.

But of course, if West Ham win agains Manchester United, they will urge a little further away from the rest of the teams. And of course, Arsenal who have played 20 games. That means they've played 20 games, two games, lesser than everyone around. Not to mention Spurs who are looking really beautiful.
They've got a lot of games in hand and they play Burnley next on Sunday the 23rd. So it seems like a easy match for them and easy win for them, but that will be remain to be seen. Ao you hope that pans out, of course, a lot of games keep getting postponed it's postponement after postponement and Arsenal's game, against Spurs was postponed on Saturday and Of course.

Moving on Thats the game that took place on Tuesday the game against Brighton and Manchester and and Chelsea rather and of course on Wednesday Leicester fumble, the ball when they played Spurs,

It was atrocious at the King Power Stadium, Leicester took things at the scrum of the ball. They took charge of the game at the 24th minute with Patson Daka .The Zambian player banged in a beauty, a goal. And that that meant that Leicester were leading Tottenham and Harry Kane, equalizer on the 38th minute. And it all seemed like a lost cause when James Madison score on the 76th minute. And it was a done and dusted game. Leicester Thought they were winning it then miracles happen, Steven Bergwijn if reading the name, right? Just destroyed destroyed destroyed. He banged 2 goals in a matter of minutes. And the worst part is!

He came off the bench and he destroyed. That's how great that is. He came on for Sergio Reguilon, so directly on and he scored. This dude got in on that 79th minute and after 10 minutes of play, he banged in, 2 not 1 but 2, bloody goals that meant Spurs. We're leading by 3 goals to 2 and that meant Spurs. Won the game his two goals were scored on the 95th minute of added minutes. And the second one, two minutes later on the 97th minute of added time. Wow, just wow. Spurs with that, winning mentality, not trying to mess up anything. They looked beautiful. They did what needed to be done. So you gotta pay props, to Spurs.

They look good and they seem good. So with that being said, Spurs are really looking good and Spurs are challenging for that top four spot. Bear in mind out of the four teams that are fighting for the top four spot. They have played the least games with 19 games and have 36 points. So they look really, really good. And of course they play Chelsea. Next, they have won the last three and drawn, 3 of their last 5 matches. I mean, 3 wins and two draws it out of their last 5 matches. So, they look really good. And, of course, the game that shocked that look beautiful was, it was Manchester United against Brentford and Manchester United won by 3 goals to 1. And of course, makes United play was to him next. Now the Manchester United

First off. A lot of Drama, it did not look good in the first half. It did not look good at all. You know, if it's not for David de Gea, Manchester United will be, would be in the relegation spot. They'd be fighting for relegation without a doubt. In my mind that man is brilliant. The saves he does. He's world-class. He's saving his feet. His hands, his body. The man is brilliant. The money, he earns.

He has a right to earn every piece of cent that he's earned. The speaking of money, Bruno Fernandes apparently turned down his contract and contract extension because the money is quite Shady. Of course, I agree with him. He, he's the best player in the team next to De Gea and he should be earning right along. What if he has earning, not less than everybody else? That are performing horribly compared to him. You can't expect them to earn as the Same amount as certain players who are not performing up to standard that he'd performing. But of course that game Anthony Elanga retained his spot in the starting eleven, of course, Jadan Sancho could not make that match because of personal reasons. Apparently, he had a funeral to go to and of course, people always and I will always complain about Donny Van De Beek, but tonight or today, I will not do that. I will keep my mouth shut.

Clearly there's Is something wrong because they don't sell them all. They say in they won't sell them because they want out this price. I do not know what the plan. Of course, speaking of transfers. There's this whole Jesse Lingard. NewCastle debacle way, it's possible. He might get a loan deal and mentioning will be paid a certain amount for that long deal. So he goes to New, console does whatever he does. It's better than him walking off for free and stay on our bench. What I'm saying is it doesn't matter. Even if We pay his full salary as long as Newcastle, pay us fee. You for the loan, even if it's 1 million 2 million, it's a better than the player walking for nothing.
Anyway, moving on before I talk about the whole, Ronaldo losing his shit because he was subbed off, was talk more about the game. Was what happened in the game? United were struggling in the first half. We were struggling we could not make it fight back passes all over the place. It was like the old United. But when we came off, A second half. We look rather decent. We have more control of the game. And of course, a fred with a beautiful assist for Antonia Elanga. He looked like a veteran when he scored that goal. Wonderful touch in a finisher of a header into that goal and beautiful goal. And, of course, Ronaldo with that pass. So that assist to Bruno, Fernandes, and Fernandes stole an assist from Cristiano

Cristiano Ronaldo in my personal opinion. Ronaldo did that cooler? That passed with his chest. from the pass came from? From Scott McTominay and I thought Bruno was gonna score but unselfishly, he passed it to Mason Greenwood would stay really well on position and he just tapped it in home and manchester United were leading by 2 goals. But, of course, will not deny the fact that Brentford looked like they were gonna punish us again. David De Gea, a brilliant keeper, kept us in it until we scored our third goal of The match.

The third goal comes from Marcus raspberry ... Marcus Rashford, rather coming in, to the pitch, had a little drama on the side Ronaldo. Apparently, Furious asked Ralf Rangnick. Why did you sub me off? And of course, Ralf Rangnick probably gave him an explanation. But before the explanation, probably sink in Rushford. Did the business again another Bruno Fernandes? Just Bruno is looking really good. In terms of us has he seems to be back to bear in mind last week. He scored two goals in this time. He assisted by 2 assist and of course, Fred in the first half. I was screaming. I like sub Fred, any ELANGa out and we come back.

Ten minutes after we returned, it Elanga and Fred connect to get us the goal impressive And of course, manson Greenwood was also subbed off from that game and he was subbed off for Rashford and I don't know why you gonna put, he was subbed out for Rashford was subbed off for right now, though and Mason Greenwoon resolved off before Harry Maguire who came onto the pitch.

I was happy that he didn't start and I was reading for a minute there. When he came on, I thought h was gonna take the armband a minute. He didn't. And for a minute, I thought has Ralf taken the arm band off Maguire didn't tell us, of course, he ended up taking it, but that's not the point. Anyway, Matic came on on the 84th minute. For Scott McTominay who seem to have gotten a knock, but it seems to be nothing serious of course, Martial did make the bench. Of course. He did not play. Phil Jones was on the bench.

Tom Heaton and Dean Henderson also on the bench and didn' not play and of course Juan Mata Who I personally think should be released or sold. I don't really care. And of course, Anthony Martial wants to leave
this whole loan to Newcastle loan to Spurs. And I don't him being loaned after Spurs. A terrible idea for me, like a Spurs are the nearest competitor for us. Getting that top 4 spots. Oh, them getting some of our players is a rather ridiculous or horrible idea to me, but if it happens, it happens, Happened and of course, there's few Landmark or Milestones opportunity for a few players in that Manchester United Team, that being that Diego Dalot managed to get himself, his 50th appearance for Manchester United. And of course.

Bruno Fernandez did really well with the he's got 12 goalcontribution this season so far. That's tough. I don't know how many goals and how many s's that is but he's got tons of goal contributions this season and apparently it's been dubbed his Worst season. That just goes to show you how great the man is. And of course Mason Greenwood scored, his 35th goal for Manchester United in all competition's, so, congratulations to him, and, of course, Ronaldo. Also got the award for His Brilliant performance, as a world leader in goals and everything. So that's a positive in that sense.

Moving on from all that we play was town next on Saturday. So Let's get our, let's get ourselves into the game and destroy everything that needs to be destroyed to be the best. That's all I have to say for that. You know, we got to be looking good and we have to look our best. And before I leave you I have to tell you about all the games that are coming up next. Anyway, on Friday, a late kickoff, Watford would be played knowledge. And of course, Saturday the Saturday early kick-off that will be Everton vs. Austin. Villa bear in mind, Philip coutinho is back and I believe Everton are in search of a mansion or they've got quite

The manager, I'm not entirely sure but I think they got a manager or they're still in the search for a manager. Who knows what the story there is. But what I do know is Everton do not have a manager. That's what it as it stands. They don't have a new manager Rafa Benitez was sacked. Everyone knows that. So Everton, no manager, they've got some sort of interim thing going on. And yeah, so with that being said, I feel a little , little a little, sorry for them, but should be interesting, how things pan out,

you know, for everton against Aston Villa, who are looking really good and, of course, Branford and get a chance to redeem themselves when they host Wolves at the Brentford Community Stadium, and of course, Leicester, these are, you know, Goal Rush games. I'm talking about the Brentford, Leicester and the Brentford, Leeds United and and Manchester United game. They're playing all at the same time.
That means Leeds United are hosting Newcastle and Manchester United are hosting West Ham. That should be an interesting match because it's a fight for top four. And of course, Southampton will host Manchester City. And that will be the final game of Saturday. And, and then on Sunday, Arsenal, host, Burnley, and Crystal Palace will host Liverpool. Leicester will host, Brighton, and Chelsea will finish off the day with a game. I'm against Tottenham Hotspurs. And that, is that? And of course, let's look at the league before I knock off and the moment as it stands after 17 games, Burnley are at the bottom of the league with only 2 points. Separating the bottom three teams and Newcastle are 19th. With 12 points having have played 20 matches. A

Fewer than Norwich, who are At 18th with 13 points as a point more than Newcastle part. And I made a mistake with us to the 2-point difference between the last place that's Burnley and and know it's embarrassing. Mind Burnley have a set of games in and they've got four games in hand. That means they have the challenge to crawl. Out of that deadly possess, and that starts with them, winning every possible game in their wake, And of course, sitting with just a point off, the relegation zone is Watford with 14 having played. 19 matches Everton on 19 having played 19 points. That means they averaged a point, a game as a very terrible for our thoughts are rich wealthy Club from the merseyside leads. Look like they'll be surviving. They're currently sitting 15 with 20 points with 20 matches played Brentford, looking excellent with

In 22 games played and 23 points, out of that and Aston Villa, 20 matches played 23 points, Southampton, 21, matches, and 24 points, Crystal Palace with 21 matches, and 24 points as well. So it's a matter of gold difference between Crystal Palace, and Southampton, and of course, Leicester a team that used to they were fighting for the top six or the Our for last season, the last previous season they're currently sitting on 10 point. Of course, they have played 19 matches with 25 points. And of course, Britain who are above them have 29 Points out of 21 matches, wolves, 20 matches, 31 points. And of course, the shame of the shock of the season. For me, Manchester United with 29 matches, and 35 points. They share the point with Arsenal.

Currently sitting sixth having played a game fewe than Manchester United. That is good because of that match. They got pursue boned on Saturday, that was supposed to be played against Tottenham Hotspurs. And of course, Spurs are sitting fifth with 36 points. And, of course, they have played 19 matches. That means they have fewer games played against all the games that are challenging for, that top four spot. And of course moving on on the 4th the team that's currently sitting on Champions League spot. They missed out last season because of a shambles during the last few games. I'm talking about West hAm David Moyes is a side and they're sitting or Point higher also taught them with 37 points. Having played the most games out of all the teams that are fighting for the top four at the stands with

The two games have been played and of course, let's not talk about the shambles that Chelsea have been doing having played 23 matches that means they have played the most matches out of every team in the Premier League so far with 23 games, acquiring 44 points of those games and of course, Liverpool standing second with a game less than defending Champions. Having played 21 matches with 45 Points, that means they are a point more than Chelsey and Chelsey and they have a two-game advantage on Chelsea. And of course the Champions and defending Champions were talking about Manchester City, haven't played 22 matches with the 56 games. I mean, 56 points in their Rank and of course they play Southampton, which seems like an easy win for them. Of course, Liverpool Are playing Crystal Palace on Sunday

The 23rd and Chelsea were playing Tottenham Hotspurs, or also on Sunday. That means Tottenham Hotspurs have to win to Edge closer into that top 4 spot and Chelsea have to win just for the sake of not finishing third because 1th place is gone. it's only in city's ball to mess it up. And of course, West Ham, and Manchester United play together and Arsenal. Play and Burnley and they need to Get the win in my personal opinion. They are defeating. Burnley my opinion, but anything can happen is the English Premier League after all all goes. Anyway, that's all for today. Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for listening to the English game podcast. Ke di rumours beke le beke

Hello, and welcome to yet. Another episode of the English game podcast. I am your host Reese chanson. And today, we're looking at the transfer rumours is, since there's been a lot of United game being postponed. I'm talking about the Brighton and the Brentford games, and you didn't hear from me because I didn't feel like reporting on football News women's history and I didn't play. So, why put off? I didn't feel like it. But today, I'm back back with the few things. They late, but something of you fans, You know hang out with your boy yet another time. Okay, first things first, you've heard the rules. You've heard combined to Barcelona. You've heard. You heard the rest word to Barcelona him saying He would never say no. He's big fan of Real Madrid and Barcelona. In everybody watches them and he wouldn't mind. I can go into the clubs. If they came knocking on his door. Of course, we know about Barcelona's financial crisis, which means they would not go for the English winner. The philanthropist, the dr. Bradford anyway, um, but that being said, and then, of course, there's mud, there's the Anthony Marshall story about him getting us six million.

Six million Euros or Pounds? I'm not sure about that in the currency, but it's six million and it's for a New Castle own possibility in January. And of course, it costs like trying to, you know, rekindle their season because they're looking horrible. They might relegate with new owners and stuff. So who knows how that will pan out, but of course, their mind that sevilla are also interested in hunting Martial and of course, did you know that he handed in a transfer request?

By his agent and of course, agents always say stuff but it seems like he's more determined to lie, which everyone questioned girlfriend case come, you haven't even gotten minutes to play. Why you pushing till? He's a just frustrating, of course, referendum with you. Remember one said that he is not convincing anyone to share that, just right. If you want to leave the doors open to walk off. Speaking of all that, of course, there's rumors of players coming in. There's this Barbacoa kamara. He's the he plays football season. Defensive middle filter. He's 22 from not mistaken 22/21? He's worth 25 million. He's got six months left in his contract. Come January. So he's got six months left in his contract. We could sign them on pre-contract when he comes in June.

We could sign them for Less because it is he 25 million right now, but probably sign him for ten or even less because muscle have to decide whether they let him go free, or they take whatever money united. We throw him, that that of course. The case is wrong. Frank is actually interested, of course names like Zachary who also has six months left in his contract. Everyone's talking about him, too. So that will also be something to look into but related, they will remain to be seen. See how things pan out in the transfer site for Manchester United, in terms of the in going because of the ongoing, we have. Jessalyn God whom I go back to West Ham or do car. So anyway, that's cause his story is palpable or him with his contract also ending in June next year. And of course, one more thought, we'll talk about the likes of Kavala me and of course, just being God, those guys contracts are coming to an end around frantic has to make a decision that who's staying and who's leaving person either.

We should all go. I'm sick and tired of Pop, poppers many of the older crapper so makes it and then you ask yourself this Cavani leaving and then we need a striker and we should start the Hunt for one if Anthony Martial and Cavani about leaving possibly in general, all the end of the season and we bring in Trouble .Because will be Ronaldo and Mason Greenwood. Are we bringing in a striker? And of course, for bringing those record who own bringing in all he will, he promotes the likes of be long ago and met Brenda and who else?

Who else? You know, the likes of armored and of course, amad is rumored to be loaned off yet again. So I don't know. Whether he'll be loaned are four hoodies day depending on how well he does for Ralf And of course, in either have had this covid issue and some pledging come to training. So he's been training with a few players that were, you know, cleared of covid and stuff. So, maybe he's come up with something about the neck. So as of today, the likes of Bruno Fernandes. Don't you find the beak? Did not show up the training? The likes of Link god well wire RASHFORD and Mason Greenwood who apparently showed up their training. Of course, if you're wondering what happened. I'm all over the place right now. So I'm sorry for the confusion. So what what happened with old? Men mentioned are getting their games postponed because we had less sometimes on the brand for game. I believe we had seven players available for picking because Antoinette was in contact. All right, covid. So, they could not be picked for a game. You can play a game with some player's of for starters. Got covid of course, someone else could argue what you could. Always use your younger Squad, you know, the under-23 is nearly 18 in to the game. But with that did not happen. Of course, the criminy it. Stayed out of statement that the games will go on. There will be football and football will take place. So how that's gonna pan out. I don't know what, I do know, the Brentford and the Brighton game have been postponed to a later date, which I do not know, has not been, you know, released.

Those well, we'll see what happens when that happens, and it has enough the Rouge, but bear in mind that we might be signing a center defensive middle filter in general, will see who it is. But knowing Ralf. Rangnick, I'm assuming to know him looking at the stuff that I read about the guy she'll look for cheaper and alternative player who's going to play in the system pretty well, you know, he plays a fool two two, two systems. So that means we got two Strikers up front. So we'll see what happens with that. Of course you like to see the likes of Donny Van de beek next to Fred.

We'll see how that pans out when the season starts, when the games commence of course their mind we play Newcastle. If I'm not mistaken on the 27th of December. So, with us play.
Should be interesting how things pan out, and of course, we will be at the st. James Park. It's an away match. So good luck to us on boxing day. As of now get away. Just watch all the other games and enjoy yourselves. Thank you, and Merry Christmas to everyone else and happy New Year. Thank you. Been listening to this after Christmas. Of course. I'll be back before that. Anyway, thanks a million for listening to yet. The episode of the English being broadcast. Adios, folks. Enjoy your holidays, ho! ho! ho!, and a Merry Christmas from the Reese Chanson Network. Thank you.

▪ I have to say I waited for so long for this announcement, so bad that when it finally came I wasn't excited as I should have been because we waited for too long for this to happen and when it does they released it with the boring ass announcement video just boring.
▪ But the good news is that Jadon Sancho rocks the number 25 Jersey this season as a Manchester United player, I suppose he'll take number 7 after Cavani leaves next season.
▪ Manchester United embarrassing us by losing a pre season game against Queen park rangers, by 2 goals to 4, with lingard and Elanga scoring for United. After bantering arsenal for losing a pre season friendly.. I am ashamed to even mention this🤦🏾‍♂️.
▪ But then again real Madrid lost to Rangers so I guess its Pre season anyone can lose or win.. but we are Manchester United we should aim for excellence in all we do.
▪ Ben White will complete his move to Arsenal next week, there’s no doubt. Done deal since days for £50m to Brighton. Personal terms already agreed and paperworks signed in the last few days.

▪ Raphael Varane is close to signing for Manchester United. Announcement could come anytime this coming week
▪ Swap deal completed and signed, Erik Lamela is in Sevilla to undergo his medical. Bryan Gil will be in London soon to sign until June 2026 as new Tottenham player. €25m to Sevilla from Spurs as part of the negotiation.
▪ Joachim Andersen joins Crystal Palace on a permanent deal from OL. Contract until 2026.
▪ Solskjaer on Paul Pogba’s future: “The talks are ongoing between Paul's representatives and us. All the dialogue I've had with Paul is he's looking forward to the season”, Apparently we are still convinced we can keep Paul Pogba this summer. Only time will tell for Manchester United and the Paul Pogba saga.
▪ Speaking of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer he has signed a new contract with Manchester United. For a 3 year deal with option for another year, so he'll be United boss until June 2024.
▪ Tottenham Spurs are doing a master class on transfer so far with Heung-min Son signing his new contract with Tottenham until June 2026, Fabio Paratici and Daniel Levy working over time , Pierluigi Gollini joins Tottenham on loan with buy option (€15m) until June 2022. Potential obligation to buy in case he reaches 20 caps. And Talks ongoing between Atalanta and Tottenham for Cristian Romero after personal terms agreed, as revealed today. €55m price tag to be discussed also including add ons. To top that off spurs do seem interesting in selling Harry Kane this summer to Manchester city or anyone for that matter.

Teams are out strengthen their squads by seeking to buy any player after player some are selling but so far I feel it's safe to assume that Leicester City are having the best window at the moment. But I big the question with Manchester City having been rumoured to get Harry Kane and Jack greanish. what does that mean for other clubs like Chelsea, Liverpool, spurs and West Ham with West Ham being rumoured an attempt of securing Jesse Lingard of United who by the way shook the bar in that friendly against Derby County on Sunday a game that Manchester United won by two goals to one courtesy of youngsters Chong and pellistri. Of course Manchester United have not announced jadon Sancho as their official player and for some this is rather frustrating while others are speculating that United plans to announce all it signings at the same time which could really do well for their new sponsor t-shirt or Jersey by TeamViewer. Manchester United are heavily linked with Raphael Varane who is said to have agreed a five-year deal with the manchurian Club it is said that a 50 million euros deal could be possible with Real Madrid in the near future. Of course United have a quite exciting roster of players that could be joining the club having been rumoured to the likes of Declan rice and Eduardo camavinga, who could be an excellent addition to the Manchester United in Middlefield situation with Pogba rumoured to leave it quite bothersome for the manchurian club to try and attempt to get the French international to commit to the club. United have been rumoured to have offered the French player a five-year deal rumoured to be valued over 22 million pounds per season which would undoubtedly make him the most paid player in the English Premier League.
Jose Mourinho's Roma has expressed interest in signing United's new back-up left-back Alex telles on a loan deal but Manchester United are rather not interested in loaning or selling their player and Alex seems to have no intention in leaving Old Trafford.

Here are five facts about the potential Old Trafford addition…

  1. Camavinga plays for Rennes and just turned 17 earlier this month. He is already a regular for the team, with 16 games played already this season.
  2. He is a defensive midfielder with one career assist to his name so far. In August he won Ligue 1’s player of the month award at just 16.
  3. Camavinga was born in Angola to French parents. He has just successfully applied for French citizenship and intends to play international football for Les Bleus, making his debut for their under-21 side last week.
  4. The young talent has a release clause in his Rennes contract of £25.6 million, which could end up looking very cheap.
  5. Mino Raiola and Jorge Mendes both made approaches to become Camavinga’s agent, but have so far failed to win him over.

UEFA champions league made its return on the 6th of April 2021 with Manchester City hosting Borrusia Dortmund And Real Madrid hosted Liverpool. in the first leg of the quarter-finals.
Manchester City drew first blood against Borussia Dortmund at 19th minute of the game after Dortmund give the ball away in their own half. their own mistakes cost them as R. Mahrez found with a nifty pass to Kevin De Bruyne who delivered the goods from close range. Match officials cheat jude Bellingham after being fouled by Enderson. Dortmund ended up equalizing at the 84th minute from M. Reus goal thanks to Erling Haaland assist but that was not enough to secure a point for Dortmund as Phil Foden stole the show with a last-minute goal thanks to a pass from I. Gundogan to get his side a much-deserved win.
Real Madrid wasted no time laying waste to Liverpool with goals from Asensio and A Vinicius junior Brace with Luka Modric and Toni Kroos assisting him, Mohommad Salah Managed to find the net but it was not enough to get his side the win.
AND
On the 5th of April 2021, Everton and Crystal Palance played to an all 1 draw with J. Rodriguez and M. Batshuayi finding the net and Wolverhampton wanderers hosted West Ham United, Jesse Lingard stole the show yet again by netting a goal for himself and clinging an assist from J Bowen goal and Pablo Fornals also managed to find the net for the hammers, of course, the Wolves did not go down without a fight Fabio Silva and L. Dendoncker found the net for wandering wolves sadly it was not enough. so with That 3 - 2 for David Moyes he moves to 4th position in the English Premier League, he truly is a worthy candidate for manager of the season...

Yet again, Manchester United is poor defensively but there's constant debate about David De Gea and Dean Henderson, over who should be number one. when our defense is absolute rubbish. When pogba plays we are defensively poor because he doesn't babysit Maguire and linderlof like mctominay and fred. Thus we suffer at the back.. wan bassika is not the same player, we need to bring in a proper Central Defensive middlefielder and center back.
▪Ole gunnar solskjaer is atrocious, why is Fred playing ahead of van de beek let alone mctominay🤷🏾‍♂️
▪Bissouma is brilliant and I personally think he'd do wonders at United but it won't happen, he is miles better then fred and mctominay. I Guess watching Fred and Bissouma play opposite each other in the middle of the park makes you wish you had Bissouma.🤦🏾‍♂️
▪Donny deserves better like 10 minutes 🤷🏾‍♂️ seriously ole?
▪Been saying this for weeks does ole actually know he has other players on the bench? And is his little monitor showing a different game? I am confused?😡🙆🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️
▪Why is is James coming in ahead of amad Diallo like amad is a 35+ million pounds player James is a 15m+ player. On top of that amad is way better ,like why buy expensive players if your not gonna use them?
▪Ole lucky yet again Bruno Fernandez comes through for him, his great pass to Marcus Rashford helps United equalize after being behind by a goal Danny welbeck goal ▪Maguire almost gives Brighton a penalty
▪And Mason Greenwood brings it home last goal of the match thanks to a Paul Pogba assist

Uefa Champions league and Europa league quarter-finals are up this week.

Manchester United go through to the UEFA Europa league quarter-finals, after winning by a goal against Ac Milan thanks to Paul Pogba who came off the bench in the second half to score the winning goal on the 48th minute.
Paul was ole's only substitute for that came with van de beek and Amad etc on the bench, with the likes of mctominay and James not performing well ..
This does make me wonder does ole have something against making substitutes, is he afraid to mess up.. Is he watching a different game than the one we are watching?
Someone needs to inform Ole gunnar solskjaer that substitute are there for a reason
What is really going on in that locker room..
But on the positive we won and we move on but wonder can't help but wonder.🙆🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

As a result of their win, Madrid return to the last eight of the competition after a two-year absence.

Manchester city cruise through to the quarter-finals with a 4-0 aggregate win over Borussia monchengladbach after beating them 2-0 in the second leg. WELCOME TO THE REESE CHANSON PODCASTSo, Liverpool have time to recover for their next outing in the Premier League when they travel to face Wolves on Monday. RB Leipzig return to Bundesliga action on Sunday against Eintracht Frankfurt on home soil.Liverpool advance to the quarter-finals of the Champions League courtesy of a 2-0 win over RB Leipzig this evening, securing a 4-0 aggregate triumph. Goals in the second half from Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane were enough for the Reds to overcome the German outfit, who were underwhelming for the majority of the contest. Alexander Sorloth had Leipzig's best effort when he struck the bar, but other than that Julian Nagelsmann and his team had a game to forget.FULL-TIME: LIVERPOOL 2-0 RB LEIPZIG (4-0 AGG)so there will be no Barca in the last eight, but last year’s runners up are through and, with a bit of luck for Pochettino, Neymar will be fit by the time those games roll around. It’s all over in Paris, and PSG have progressed 5-2 on aggregate. After a thrilling first half, Barca could just not find a way through in the second half, but even if they had scored, they would have needed to repeat it another two times without conceding even to force extra-time. As it is, Messi’s penalty miss on the stroke of half-time probably signalled the end of Barca’s comeback hopes. FULL TIME: PSG 1-1 BARCELONA (5-2 ON AGGREGATE).That’s all for now. The new king of the champions league Erling HaalandHaaland sets new Champions League record after disallowed goal and penalty retakeGoalErling Haaland set another Champions League record with his second strike of the evening against Sevilla on Tuesday - but the phenomenon was made to work harder than usual for the goal. The Norwegian beat Bono from the penalty spot to put Dortmund 2-0 up, in the process taking his own tally to 20 in the competition. It took Haaland just 14 games to reach the mark, meaning he made it quicker than any other player in history. Solskjaer's Man Utd roller coaster rises again to leave Guardiola's head spinningThe out-of-form Red Devils stunned the Premier League leaders to claim a 2-0 victory on derby day at the Etihad StadiumWatching Manchester United under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is like being on a roller coaster - just when you think you know what's coming, an unexpected drop or climb shakes you to your core.Just ask Pep Guardiola.Bruno Fernandes stepped up to net his 16th goal of the season, and within the first five minutes Luke Shaw should have made it 2-0, only to shoot straight at Ederson when well placed.Having fallen behind for the first time in 20 games, City looked shellshocked, making uncharacteristic mistakes both in and out of possession, with usual talisman Kevin De Bruyne particularly culpable in giving the ball away. The oft-criticised centre-back pairing of Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof looked in formidable form, with stand-in goalkeeper Dean Henderson exuding confidence behind them in a performance that will lead to further questions regarding the future of David de Gea.Shaw is a totally transformed player from the one that would regularly be singled out for criticism by ex-United boss Jose Mourinho, with his attacking output having improved greatly over the course of what is turning into a superb campaign.Martial's performance summed up United's whole display, taking advantage of below-par City team to close the gap on the leaders to 11 points.★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★

Uefa Champions leagueReal Madrid secure an unconvincing first-leg win against an Atalanta side who were down to 10 men for over 70 minutes. Zidane's men got the job done in the end thanks to Mendy's late goal but they didn't exactly set the world alight. Atalanta will have to score in Madrid to progress.Manchester City secure a comfortable 2-0 first leg victory over Gladbach, thanks to goals from Bernardo Silva and Jesus. They dominated from start to finish, making it look very comfortable and they could have gone on and scored a few more, with Foden and Jesus having opportunities. Gladbach didn’t offer much at the other end, but Plea and Wolf did go close, however, Ederson made sure City kept a clean sheet.UEFA Europa leagueTottenham advance to the round of 16 of the Europa League with a dominant performance against Wolfsberger, securing a 4-0 win this evening and 8-1 overall in the tie. Dele Alli began the rout with a brilliant overhead kick before supplying further goals in the second half for Carlos Vinicius and Gareth Bale. Vinicius notched his second to put the icing on the cake after good work from substitute Dane Scarlett. La ligaMessi's second half brace delivers a morale-boosting win for Barcelona. The first half was a cagey affair with just four shots between the two sides, nevertheless, Trincao would have been disappointed not to open the scoring for the hosts. However, Barcelona improved after the introduction of Dembele and took the lead on 48 minutes when Messi finished off a brilliant one-two with Braithwaite. The iconic attacker then doubled his account with a deft dink over Badia, following a brilliant run from De Jong. Barcelona weren't finished there tough, and Alba crowned a flowing team move to secure a 3-0 win that'll ease the pressure on manager, Ronald Koeman.★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★

Uefa Champions leagueChelsea secure a vital 1-0 win over Atletico Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League round-of-16 clash. Olivier Giroud's sublime overhead kick was initially disallowed for offside. However, VAR spotted that Mario Hermoso nudged the ball to the forward rather than Mason Mount. The Frenchman's impressive goal was awarded, and the Blues held out comfortably to take a lead back to Stamford Bridge. It was a night to forget for Diego Simeone and his men in BucharestBayern take a 4-1 advantage over Lazio into the second leg. They led 3-0 at half-time, with Lewandowski latching onto Musacchio's loose backpass to tap in the first. Musiala then found the bottom corner, with Sane adding a third from close range. It was a poor start to the second half for the hosts, with Acerbi scoring an own goal in the 47th minute before Correa pulled one back minutes later when he slotted past Neuer.Lewandowski is now the 3rd highest goalscorer in champions league history behind messi and RonaldoEnglish premier leagueCool, calm finishes for Patrick Bamford and Stuart Dallas did the damage - but a firecracker of a free-kick from Raphinha sealed the deal for Leeds United as they get back to winning ways in the Premier League against Southampton. The visitors' wait for a much-needed three point haul goes on; it's the Whites who will be singing into the night. At full-time, it finishes Leeds United 3-0 Southampton.Dstv premiershipTS Galaxy 1, Bloemfontein Celtic 0. City are deserving winners, for the 17th time in a row in all competitions. What a run! What a team. They’re ten clear of Manchester United and Leicester City at the top.Manchester City set a new Premier League record on Wednesday, as their 3-1 victory at Everton saw them reach 10 straight wins to begin 2021. No Premier League team had ever reached that mark to begin a calendar year, with City reaching yet another milestone as they threaten to run away with the league title. Phil Foden, Riyad Mahrez and Bernardo Silva scored at Goodison Park, cancelling out Richarlison's strike to secure another three points.★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★

Paris Saint-Germain have taken a big step toward the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals with a 4-1 win away at Barcelona on Tuesday. Kylian Mbappe scored a hat trick and Moise Kean added one as Mauricio Pochettino's men came from a goal down to punish Ronald Koeman's creaking defense. It was an enthralling first half of football as both sides found the back of the net and created chances that they were unable to take. Barca went ahead through a perfect Lionel Messi penalty after Layvin Kurzawa was judged to have tripped Antoine Griezmann in the penalty area but PSG hit back through Mbappe who fired high past Marc-Andre ter Stegen from a sublime Marco Verratti assist.★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★

most of this episode was recorded during the first half of the game, and after a stressful first half I decided to stop recording and planned on resuming after the game but I was so furious I could not bear it... so I threw in the towelmanchester united failed to capitalize and get the win against a bottom 3 team yet again and this time united were stunned by West Bromwich Albion in the opening minutes of the game by a goal from Mbaye Diagne due to a defensives error from victor Linderlof and yes Bruno yet again doing the most to save this team. Bruno Fernandes brought back a point for the reds with a superb volley in the last minutes of the first half. The game ended in a 1 all draw.★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★
