**Demeterius was making over $100,000 a year and frivolously spending money on eating out and shopping. At the end of each month, Demeterius had little savings and wondered where his money went.

Stephanie Lawrence has always been passionate about helping people, so no one was surprised when she went pre-med — but then life threw her a curveball (doesn’t it always?!) and she had her beautiful daughter. Malcom Crittenden was admitted into the hospital in 2014 with a sugar level over 400. He was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Ms. Turner, without a campus visit, decided that Texas Southern University would be her home after graduating from Perris High School. Ms. Turner graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Health Studies.

The reason being is that one, you want to store any extra linen, towels, or resources in this closet as it will help you manage your inventory. Smaller units tend to be easier to manage than larger units. All of my units are one bedrooms and I try to stay below 800 square feet for my units as it's easier for my cleaners to turn the unit around for the next guest. I also spend less money decorating the walls, because generally the more square footage the more decor you will need for the wall and random spaces of the home.

My main reasoning for joining Black Wealth Renaissance is to make a difference in someone’s life who could benefit from the tools and resources our platform was providing. He knows the black community is severely underserved and highly overlooked when it comes to resources, education and opportunities, so we Took on the responsibility of proving those necessities.
We do this through providing courses and resources to educate oneself. We also highlight successful African-American entrepreneurs and business professionals. Providing examples and role models for the youth and their parents is pivotal in changing the narrative.Jalen looks to spread the message of financial literacy to anyone who is willing to learn. He is beyond blessed to be on this team and can’t wait to see the impact He has on others.

Jimmy Hepburn joined Total Life Changes (TLC) in July 2015 when he was on vacation in the Caribbean. His friend offered him some Iaso® Tea, and he lost weight, so he ordered some more. He then encouraged his mom to join TLC as well, and his first month as a Life Changer was very productive:
