We trace his journey from Texas to Eastern Kentucky, then finally to North Hardin HS where he coached boys and girls track team; as well as the varsity football team. We touch on why he feels he's so beloved by former students, being a black coach in a predominantly white state and why it was important to instill black greatness into his black student athletes.
