Hey what’s up everyone, I hope you’re having an amazing Sunday! Today has been rough for me. I think I’m just getting a little tired. Luckily, my next day off is on Tuesday and believe me... I am shutting my phone off! I’m in a period of time right now where I’m working extra to get my office fully established. I still need to sell though, so I can pay the bills. I basically end up with 2 full time jobs and it can get a bit overwhelming at times. I am very grateful though for everything and everyone in my life, I’m just a little tired today.
I think it’s been about 2-3 weeks since my last day off. That is a hard thing about real estate. It seems nearly impossible to take a day off. Luckily though, I have a business partner and we established an agreement where one of us takes a day off on one day and the other takes a day off on another day. We just started doing this and I think it’s going to really help us both.
I’m really excited about this next week and I’m really hoping I can contribute to some agents turning their career around!

Today is Saturday. I have 3 open houses scheduled and I’m planning on getting a new client. Real estate is fun because you never know who you will meet! _____ I am now toward the end of my day and I got 3 new potential clients! I’m positive one will turn into a deal. I’m happy with the results I’ve been getting lately.
7-10 open house per weekend gets really good results. Over time, you get really good at getting people’s contact information. If you guys want more information on my course or what I’m doing to get clients, please reach out!

It’s Friday! Today has been great. I had coffee with my mentor this morning. I learn a lot from him and has helped me put things into perspective.
On a personal level, I’m having a great life! My wife is pregnant with our second child and things are going well. It feels like we are finally getting some traction in our life. It’s hard to become established. We are making some progress!
From a business perspective, things are going well too! We have 18 agents at Park Place and the course i just released is helping MANY! I follow what course teaches and because I do, I got another buyer under contract! Very exciting! I’m also helping a 19 year old (Denis Karnafel) write an offer for a new client that is all cash! Such exciting times at Park Place. Everyone has so much energy!
