More often than not, many of us get caught up with trying to get momentum in our careers and workplace because it’s important to us. It can become obsessive and a point of fixation. This can be called ambition, or in some cases like mine, just avoidance of my own pain. It’s a coping mechanism
YOUR STUFF TAKES TIME! YOU TAKE TIME! ALLOW YOURSELF THAT!!!!! My anxiety tells me I'm out of time all the time and it's just not true. You and your craft deserve time and care.
Social Media is sooOOo important to creating and connecting with people but it also makes me feel scared and insecure.
I hear 'talent' used quite frequently and I don't think I'm a big fan of being so dependent and reliant on that concept. But it still feels like I need to have 'it'.
