Backroom Conversations: Recent Episodes

Jessica Ullmer

Sound the alarms, it's time to introduce you to my podcast called Backroom Conversations. Whether you're a beauty pro or entrepreneur, we've all been a part of some sort of backroom conversation in our lives! Maybe it was your first job at Maurices, or the local Dairy Queen (so delicious!), to mixing hair color in the backroom. We can all remember those conversations in the backroom in every work environment.

My goal for this podcast is to address all those conversations, good or bad, and bring others the tips to work through them. I’m a straight shooter, and I like to get the solutions FAST!
