Dealing with mean people when you are young can hurt you for your entire life. Dealing with them when you are older can ruin the rest of your life. The best thing you can do for yourself is remove yourself from the toxic people and toxic environment.
Believe it or not Facebook has some good things going on. As with the internet it is a tool. You can use it for good or for evil. It is up to you.

The news media talking heads, the celebrities and the politicians all have to remain relevant. One of the biggest ways they do it is by saying outlandish things and causing arguments to get people to watch their shows. Don't fall into their traps.
