Happiness is something we think we need to chase, but what if you could be happy RIGHT NOW?
So you want to change something, maybe you're not sure what yet, but your gut feeling is telling you that this is NOT it for you.
Perhaps you're unhappy in your job, maybe you want to move house or location, or maybe like Claire and I, you want to sell all your shit and go travel the world?
Does it look on paper like you should be happy with what you've got? What if you're really not??
No matter how big or small a 'thing' is that you want to change, you can do it. Don't let society or other people tell you how you should live your life. It's absolutely okay to change your mind. And if you wanna do it big and dramatic style, then so be it.
Listen to Claire as she describes her journey from deep unhappiness to daily fulfilment and allow her to inspire you.
You are allowed to change your mind.
Go get it, girl!

"The most recent was meal replacements and my little girl started asking why are you having those and not eating with us?
"I had a bad relationship with my body and food since 13/14 years old and I donāt want to pass this on to my children, donāt want them thinking there are things we shouldnāt be eating. I don't want themĀ to grow up and have the same bad relationship with food and bad body image as I had."
Sara had tried literally everything under the sun. Weight Watchers, Slimming World, fasting, shakes, meal replacements, ANYTHING. They always failed - I would lose the weight and it would always go back on again.
"I'm not thinking negatively about myself anymore, I'm looking back at how far I've come - it's been a game changer. I have yo-yoed for so long, but this time I've lost the weight and that's something to be proud of. I've had more energy, my sleep has improved with routine and we wake up refreshed as a family now.
The main thing that's changed is that Iām not constantly thinking about food in a bad way like what I can be having next etc.
Iāve become a lot better at planning, thank you to T21, which I always thought would be harder work than it has been.
Knowing that Iām eating good food thatās good for my body, and fuelling my body for everyday life. Iām exercising not with the view of working off the chocolate bar I've just eaten, but I know that it makes me feel better and itāll do me good as a person. Itās not just to balance my diet out itās for my own mental health.
The support you provide is a massive thing, youāve got a good way of putting things across.
I'm not thinking negatively about myself anymore, I'm looking back at how far I've come - it's been a game changer. I have yo-yoed for so long, but this time I've lost the weight and that's something to be proud of. I've had more energy, my sleep has improved with routine and we wake up refreshed as a family now."

Sharon Drew joined Transform21 in May this year and has transformed so much more than just her weight and body.
Before Transform21 and joining Walk the Talk Life, Sharon had tried the 'starvation diet', Herbalife and various Clean Eating programs with little to no long-term success. She 'hated every moment of it and couldn't wait for them to be over'. Obviously, when it was over, she put the pounds on again and felt 'doughy'.
Sharon felt her diet had been so restricted that she was left not knowing what to do - scared of eating fruit and feeling like carbs were the enemy! (They're not!)
Then, she found Walk the Talk Life and Transform21 and never regretted it for a moment.
The final Transform21 live-coached group with Rachael begins on Thursday 26th July 2018 and if you would like to book with £30.00 off, you can do this right now here:
