Ep 1382: It Can Happen Here
I've been scratching that podcasting itch for work but that doesn't allow me to ramble on about things other than cyber security like I can do here.
This has been a challenging time for all of us, especially for those who have not been able to adapt to the current circumstances.
More information about the CheckMates Go podcast I'm producing for the day job.
Since we all seemed to be sheltered in place for a while longer, it seems like a good time to focus on what matters and do a few things you haven't done before to improve your health.
My wife got a family subscription to Apple Music, which means…I have it. Old man yells at cloud and not owning things.
Finally ordered my Arcade Cabinet. That with the air hockey table and pinball machine will more or less complete my game room.

Zoom is getting 20x the daily usage it was getting previously, which means it's getting attention from a lot of people, including security researchers. This is not a bad thing, of course, but don't panic over what they find just yet.

When you include things in your life you don't need, you have…problems. Or if you include software bits you don't need, you leak customer data to Facebook like Zoom did. Fortunately Zoom acted swiftly and corrected the issue.
Now that we're all working from home and using Zoom, Teams, or what have you, can we all invest a little more in audio quality for the sake of everyone else?
