I've been thinking a lot about my story. I want to capture your attention and spark your interest to engage. We all have amazing stories that we can share for entertainment, as a cautionary tale or pass across a lesson/message. I would like to use this space to do that. To touch your heart. To inspire, transform and empower. So I'm glad you are here with me

Hey, thank you for taking tine to visit this page.

in this  episode, season 3 ep 2, I explore toxic masculinity and black male vulnerability. This episode, was informed by an experience I recently had while trying to open up to a friend. From the experience it became clear that men being in touch with their feelings isn't common.

The ladies within my circle often say, 'I would appreciate my man being comfortable around me and be vulnerable'.

Question is, 'how do you react when he shows slightest bit of vulnerability?'

I guess the other question is, 'are you willing to walk with your man through that journey of self discovery?'

African #men aren't familiar with their emotions. or how to express themselves sharing what they feel or how they feel.

Well, this episode explores a bit of this and offers a few pointers. I will be happy to hear your thoughts.

Throughout this season, and through this podcast, I have been finding myself. With each episode, I explored an experience or a feeling that crept up on me within the week. This randomness allowed me to invite you to walk with me and help me grow. Fear kept me away but by mastering a bit of courage, I was able to get to this point with you. This episode is the end of the 'randomness' and the beginning of a more structured podcast.

Tell me what you think about it.
