What we are talking about when we are talking about variable expenses is a dramatic, profound, life changing reduction in stress. We are talking about taking your role as owner of the business out of the zone of chaos and crisis and tension and upset and into a zone of being relaxed and comfortable and knowing with certainty that everything is going to be okay. Variable expenses are what allow you to go from the awful to the wonderful.
