Nici Kelly is an OG in the tech space. Her 20 plus years of experience has allowed to work for some of the biggest players. Her speciality computer languages include X/HTML/5, CSS2/3, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, ASP.Net 3.5/4.0/MVC 2/3, C# , PHP, SQL.
Now she is doing things her own way. Nici recently started a new company where she will leverage her knowledge and skills to help others and in particular women of color to become enterprising entrepreneurs.

Sometimes you may just want to cry when you notice how much taxes are taken off each of your paycheck. After the government takes their cut of your wages, it can be hard to prioritize saving and investing over basic needs.
Kimberly Gillespie has found the hack that can save tens of thousands of dollars each year. Work in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.).
Kimberly works as a teacher and counsellor in Dubai and she does not pay taxes on her income. Yes, you are reading that correctly. But not only is she not paying taxes, her room and board is also covered under her contract. That's what I call winning!!
Though the UAE may not be for everyone, you should definitely consider working in this country if you are trying to reach financial independence, trying to pay off debt or just looking to save some money.

Gil is an OEF/OIF U.S. Army veteran who served for 13 years on active duty from 2002 to 2015. During that time he was deployed twice to the Middle East. He has been in the I.T. industry since 2002 (started out in the Army). He has 3 college degrees: BS in Applied Science, MS in Information Technology (emphasis on Information Assurance), & an MBA.
Gil has 6 I.T. certifications: CompTIA ITF+, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, CompTIA Sec+, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), & CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate). He has worked in various roles in I.T. from a help desk technician to a system administrator to a service desk manager to an I.T. analytical researcher all the way to teaching entry-level I.T. for teenagers & adult learners.
