Did you know? Because I had no idea!
When your largest asset is your home, the first person to contact is your neighborhood real estate attorney. Why? Because the purchase and sale agreement IS a binding contract.

Hold onto your seats y'all because in this episode I dare to shed some light on the dark subject of death, the attraction to death, the incorruptible body, and much more. I believe I have broken through the uncomfortable here. This is a must-listen!
We are all about A Course In Miracles this summer! ACIM for short. And I am so blessed and appreciative to have this amazing platform to be able to bring this amazing content to you. In this show, we dive into sin vs. error, the unreality of sin, and punishment and wrap up the show with giving and receiving. Of course, we sprinkle in some amazing music to help share this content with Ben Cox, Ellie Goulding, Joss Stone, and The Dazz Band. Tune in live to hear most of the music on 95.9 WATD-FM locally in the Boston area or 959watd.com anywhere... on this planet :) and smoochies to you all for joining me on this amazing journey!!!
We kick off this episode with Have a Little Faith by John Hiatt~such a classic! And we continue with the body, and how we "need do nothing". I really love sharing this thought-provoking content because reading those words and saying them outloud, "I need do nothing" is such a powerful statement to be reminded of. We also dive into love is not learned, healing, faith, and faithlessness. It's a pretty great show! Enjoy!
Ch 18. IV. The Little Willingness: Para #2 Trusting not in our good intentions because they are not enough, but that our will and willingness are what really matters. And all that happens is what is meant to be and that we are somewhat stuck in our unworthiness. In this episode, we also dive deeper into the body and how there is nothing (aka no thing) outside of ourselves.
We are in Chapter 17 of A Course In Miracles (ACIM) and diving deeper into uncertainty, things already happening, faith in separation vs. wholeness, dreams being chaotic and not reality, and how we do not take them seriously, so we could actually choose to not take illusions seriously.
This is our final episode on the principle of miracles diving into such ideas as; the miracle acknowledges everyone as our brother; a major contribution of miracles is their strength in releasing...; the miracle is an expression of an inner awareness... and revelation not being reciprocal.
Based on A Course In Miracles (ACIM) in this episode, I cover principals #26 through half of #37. I know, it's kind of silly to stop halfway through but I ran out of time! It's all in good fun regardless!!
I was only able to cover The Principles of Miracles 1-24 from ACIM so this episode will continue into part 2 and part 3. The principles as revealed in A Course In Miracles (ACIM) are simply beautiful!!!
Empathy is part of this discussion, along with more about forgiveness of illusions, recognizing what we want, understanding that we like to keep what we create, and remembering love.
In this episode we cover life and the body from Lesson 133; host and hostage from Chapter 15; Lesson 134 forgiveness and pardon; and lesson 135 threat and armor. It's an episode full of thought-provoking content!
In this episode, I go into my thoughts about love, relationships, the holy instant, guilt and anger, perception, and much more. What will you hear?
A quote from Ch 15; Section VIII "...forgiveness is not loss, but your salvation. And that in complete forgiveness, in which you recognize that there is nothing to forgive, you are absolved completely."
This episode was so fascinating to listen to! I gain so much value in reading some of the ACIM lessons and text and of course sharing this great information with my listeners, however, listening myself is giving me an even greater understanding! Everything is so applicable to my everyday life and I am so grateful to share and take you along on my journey.
In this episode, I share how my vibrations are shifting and how I am decoding the wiring in my brain. All the while living a more fulfilling life! All of this is so relevant to living in today's world now and when the book came out in the 70s. I love the examples of how life is working for me and hope you can relate these messages in your everyday life.
Cynthia Riggs brought so much content to this discussion we could have talked for hours! I absolutely resonated with Cynthia’s point of how planning is expansive—and not at all limiting. And frankly, the investment is so nominal, and I shared how her course should indeed be mandatory for every woman entrepreneur and small business owner!
Having attended Cynthia’s webinar and using the One Page Business Plan really helped me to see the value that planning brings and it was so great to expand on my personal experience and thoughts with our listening audience so they too can understand that planning creates a foundation for a more aligned business for growth.

What a delight to interview Pub6T5’s new owner Jessica Moore! Her enthusiasm and eagerness to be an integral part of her community were what stood out for me the most. We really zipped through our conversation and yet still had the time to dive into a ton of great content about being in the restaurant industry. In particular, I loved the parts where Jessica spoke about acceptance and open-mindedness, two strong values of hers, that came through clearly in our interview.
Jessica's appreciation of the interview was so apparent and helped our conversation about the intricacies of owning a restaurant and purchasing through a pandemic fall effortlessly into the mics. I absolutely loved how the dietary options organically came through our conversation because it’s so important for people to see how much they are striving to be even more inclusive than they already are. Jessica was so excited and grateful to share her voice and she can’t wait for someone to come into the pub, introduce themselves, and say they heard about her humble restaurant through Powerful Women Revealed and just had to come in and check it out! https://www.pub65.com
Fran Lambert is one of my go-to experts for understanding the details we all want to know when it comes to our health. We are both in agreement that it is all about progressing in the best direction that we each want to go in, and when Fran sprinkled in her thoughts about time and how most people will say they have no time, it really hit home with me.
When I speak about the ego during this interview, Fran was right with me explaining even further that the ego is really; false evidence appearing real. And we both reflect how fear is one of the biggest obstacles that can stand between us and making the decision to change what we are doing.
Being grateful is a huge part of our health journey and loving ourselves exactly as we are; is key. Fran has so much experience, wisdom, and insight that I learn so much every time we take the radio stage together! I really loved listening to Fran when she talked about how the body makes cortisol, engages to produce adrenaline, and shuts down the digestive system—completely diminishing the efforts we make. She has more knowledge than anyone I know!
Understanding is part of the process, as well as having a strong reason why, and you can contact Fran Lambert to have the accountability you are looking for to jumpstart your way to better health today by visiting LambertAndLambertCoaching.com.
I am preaching in this show for sure. But I can’t stress it enough that how I was able to change my diet and create something that is sustainable for me, I had to change my mindset first. And if we think it will be ‘hard’, we will be right. If we want to make change happen, we must create a new belief, and attaching ‘pain’ to the old habit is key to making that change happen.
I do talk about sugar and grace and how even the thought of the potential medication was all the ‘leverage’ I needed to help me grab hold of something I could do and remain focused. The thought of medication to ‘fix’ my blood pressure was the invisible incentive I knew would help me to take control of my heart. Towards the end of this episode, I spoke briefly about forgiveness and I will be addressing this subject more in another episode coming up soon!
Michelle Woerdeman is practically one of my co-hosts and I love hearing her coaching philosophy and why coaching can be such a game-changer. Michelle makes many great points about how we go through so many different chapters in our lives through marriage, kids, career changes, retirement, etc., and with these changes come emotional and monetary changes. And oh how money can be extremely emotional!
Michelle and I dive into how people view money from a scarcity mindset or an abundant mindset. And either one will create either more scarcity or more abundance. We had so much fun talking about being more mindful about our financial situations, being grateful for the things in our lives, and how these simple practices can create more abundance in our life. When we are being mindful, when we are in our routine, and our daily diet, we can save ourselves time, money, and pounds and by default, create a healthier lifestyle. MBWLiving.com
I absolutely loved interviewing Amy Pierre! And learning about how she serves her clients to be better versions of themselves, especially highly motivated people who have that ache in their heart that there truly is something missing and that they are capable of so much more.
Amy’s soft but unwavering style came through so clearly when she talked about how she helps her clients uncover things like imposter syndrome, and to see clearly that potent cocktail of ‘fear from love’ from people in their lives that ultimately may be holding them back.

Michelle and I had had so many great things to spark the conversation and we could have talked forever!
I was hoping to be able to mention her upcoming event called "Live To Lead" but you can check out all of her webinars and events at ATeagueOfYourOwn.com/events.
Michelle and I are so together on our missions to educate and in this episode, we talk a lot about emotions as we slowly come out of the pandemic. And the importance of feeling all our emotions vs. avoiding the emotion through eating, drinking, or scrolling. Michelle emphasizes that when we don't feel our emotions and avoid, in the long term, we wind up feeling worse.
Michelle and I fun-lovingly talk about learning to be able to sit with our emotions and uncover the thoughts creating them. And one of my favorite moments is when we hit on how the power of uncertainty can affect us and learn to be ok with it. And furthermore, the power of getting out of our own heads when fear, (which is ego) arises. MBWLiving.com
I believe Elda Dorothy has the most kind and compassionate energy a human being can have!
Our conversation began with discussing how important it is to get to the root cause of any stuck emotions and how each step through the process and journey can help peel back the onion to reveal even more layers.
Elda shared that her goal is to help her clients have reactions that are neutralized and then once their root causes are cleared their body creates a new way of being.
Essentially, it felt like Elda will stop at nothing until her clients are able to allow their energy to flow through their bodies so they can release any physical pain through this amazingly effective healing process.
It is always such a pleasure for me to have conversations around our physical and mental wellbeing and learning about Elda’s point of view and her energy healing style was so enlightening.

Interviewing Carey was super fun and energizing!
We talked about how fascinating the real estate world can be especially through investing and how amazing it can be to create wealth in the here and now, as well as in the future.
Carey talks about how her journey into the real estate world organically flowed with next step after next step- that were truly in alignment with her new lifestyle and expanding family.
Unwaveringly, Carey talks about how much value she brings to the table and to her clients in the form of marketing, presentation, strong professional skills, and does it all through her easy-breezy transaction management style from ‘tip to tail’ as she called it.
I highly recommend connecting with Carey to learn more about how you can get started and invest and attend one of her many educational workshops.

I felt like I was interviewing my long-lost twin with Bri Motil! Bri is the founder of www.BrilliantlyBalanced.Life and her passion to support the wellness of people came through so clearly in our easy conversation.
One of the things we talked about that totally hit home with me was when Bri mentioned the mind-muscle connection. And a huge light bulb went off in my head when Bri said how important it is to continually ask ourselves if we are getting stronger—or weaker—with each new day.
Bri couldn’t stress enough the importance of form and how so many people are getting it wrong even with online videos! It was so awesome to hear how she takes screenshots and sends them to her clients to be sure they understand the proper form! I agreed completely with her—that doing the harder things in life is so worth it for when we get older.
My show is definitely not a techy kind of show, but it was so eye-opening to hear Bri talk so passionately about how the chemicals in wine these days are painfully out of our hands. Or is it? Bri is so easy to talk to and would love to connect with anyone she describes as her ideal client who additionally would like to learn about the different ways to host a clean-crafted wine event through your community, learning about her wine clubs and even how long her fitness and wine clients have been loyal to her for many years.
In this episode, Michelle and I talk about what it means to be the driver or director of our own lives. Michelle shares how often people go through life just reacting to things as they come up, vs. coming up with a specific plan to create a life by design.
We can never say it enough that to create a result in your life, you need to be aware of your thoughts, and change which ones are not serving you. And I loved our discussion about how easier it is to learn from our thoughts by becoming a watcher of them. Ask yourself if what you are choosing to believe or think is true, kind, or serving me. We also talk about success and that it means different things to different people and can evolve as we evolve.

To say that I am grateful that Cath has come into my life is an understatement for sure!
We are so on the same page about how we feed our bodies as well as the importance of moving them. And I absolutely LOVED that she mentions neither of these things is a punishment AND that eating healthy is the greatest form of self-care.
It is so exciting to know that she is in the Bahamas and is also an avid traveler to the U.S. often.
We touched upon how the “quick fixes” do not equate to “sustainable” weight loss and how she walks every step alongside her clients because she truly cares about their whole well-being.
Cath wants to connect with women who would like to learn more about her program and how she teaches you everything you need to know about letting go of unwanted weight and I love that she said the information is something you will take with you throughout your lifetime.
I highly suggest connecting with Cath today via:

Erin Bose was such a wonderful guest!!! I loved hearing about her story as she brought our conversation to such a point of intimacy when she shared her battle with anxiety.
It was not surprising to me that she originally didn’t think that the MLM business model would take her to where she is today, and it was refreshing to hear about her corporate structure analogy.
I felt such a kinship with Erin when she talked about social media and having the confidence to put yourself out there—and how she supports her team with those everyday challenges with hesitancy. Helping others succeed in whatever they do seems to come from Erin’s core—and her company’s core values represent so much more to the community.
Erin talked about how Scout and Cellar has filled a gap for her time “going back to work” and would love to discuss the process more with anyone interested in having an easy conversation about the potential of a fun, flexible and lucrative business as a wine consultant.
You can connect with Erin at ScoutandCellar.com/ErinBose
Wow! It’s amazing how much Michelle and I have in common. Even though I have never been in the corporate world or the field of human resources!
During this interview, Michelle provided a wealth of information around communication skills that are vital to leaders because these days—perspective is vital.
The program she described as “DISC” was a very clear and easy way to help managers and the like live the Platinum Rule by communicating and leading others in their preferred styles.
And who doesn’t love games in the workplace!! The Leadership Game Michelle talks about is such a great team builder and excellent tool because people are engaging, learning, and having fun all at the same time.
Michelle touched briefly on her new program, "Your Purpose Creates Your Vision Which Sets Your Goals," which rolls out April 20, 2021. It is grounded in core values—on what truly matters to individuals.
I absolutely loved talking about how ignoring and avoiding problems won’t make them go away and change takes action after awareness and assessments are made. And boy did it resonate when Michelle dared to say out loud why people leave their “jobs.”

Heather’s confidence was extremely evident in our conversation and that confidence was combined with her calm energy.
She shares openly that the more she knows what her clients’ needs are—as well as what they don’t need, the more equipped she is in helping them achieve their goals and desires. Also, accommodating the sellers’ needs within her clients’ offers—while representing her clients’ needs and desires—and how that, helps her clients move to the top of the list when making an offer, so to speak.
I absolutely love that Heather has fine-tuned one of her ideal clients to be the person who doesn’t necessarily think they can own a home and how she helps those clients see the opportunity to build equity within their home when they own vs. rent.
The more we spoke the more we realized how much information there is in the real estate discussion!
Contact Heather for a FREE consultation to learn more about the current market, figure out if buying or selling is right for you, what types of offers are being accepted and what it means when a home inspection is “bad.”
Heather is happy to discuss what it means if the house doesn’t appraise for the price that is offered to the seller, the importance of submitting all documents to the lender, and how not obtaining any additional debt until the loan is closed and complete is crucial.
Heather additionally has a huge referral network across the country and worldwide to help with anyone’s real estate needs.

Interviewing Wendy was so much fun! She is truly the easiest person to have a conversation with!
In this podcast, our conversation was full of awesome energy as Wendy conveys her heartfelt mission to support others and reveals effortlessly how easy it is for her to be the resource for the great connections she makes.
I do wish that we had dove deeper into how powerful epigenetic nutrition is becoming and later, off-air, Wendy shared how much of a game changer it has become when it comes to nutritional supplement options.
Wendy is a trusted and devoted Independent Distributor for Reliv and she shared some of her client’s positive experiences in our candid discussion, albeit Wendy is clear that the Reliv products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or even prevent any disease.
For more information about the amazing history of Reliv please contact Wendy at WendyAndBuddy.Biz.
It was such an honor and delight to interview the wonderfully amazing Aja Vancica! Her vibe was so fresh and light, yet so very compelling.
When I first spoke with Aja, and learned she had three sons like me, I immediately took myself to a place in my mind where I thought deeply about what it would feel like to be an innocent black man of integrity and honor, simply walking down the street, only to have a white woman clutch her purse as I walked by.
When Aja and I touched on a few points in Catrice M. Jackson's book, "The Becky Code" the desire I had in me to feel more continued when the paperback book arrived in my mailbox prior to our interview. But as I dove into the book I quickly realized that the script was flipped. And I became defensive and felt like the innocent white woman with integrity and honor that was being painted as everything but. This my friends, was a very good thing indeed.
And even though I am doing everything I can to remove from my mind and mouth the microaggressions and vocabulary that continue to hold systemic racism in place, as I listened to myself speak in our interview, I was still coming from a place of White Silence or Fragility.
As our conversation continued, Aja so gracefully helped bring our thoughts to light and I am forever grateful to share our personal words and insight to all who take the time to listen, to do my part as a white woman, to continue this conversation again and again, and do what it takes throughout my life-until.

Interviewing Christine James was both scary and fun! I state clearly that I am not into politics and don't keep up with the latest and not-so-greatest of what's happening in our country and beyond. However, I do care about my country and the people within it. This interview marks throwing my first softball into the ring, stepping into my fear to touch on a subject that I am not well-educated on, and bringing light to the things that I am passionate about.
2020 has been an eye-opening year for me personally in many heart-wrenching ways. One of which is that I am not doing enough as a white woman beyond just 'not being a racist.'
We don't know what we don't know. But now I know. I was not doing enough. So I am educating myself, which is creating change. Beyond reading books to learn about different cultures I am stepping into the difficult conversations by using my platform.
It is my sincerest intention to create space for women to have their voices heard. And within these very special conversations I want to learn about the experiences of real women in our communities through their eyes and hearts and share those conversations with my listeners.
I want to better understand the depths of this divide so I can be a part of creating sustainable change today, with my kids, and for all the generations to come.
In this episode, I take the opportunity to reflect on living with anxiety and depression and share some of the simple ways I work at managing my emotions to keep my mental health and well being in check.

It was my pleasure to interview Sam Allen, Esq. Attorney at Law Mom, LLC out of Duxbury, Massachusetts.
The sincerity came through loud and clear about how she really wants to help people with integrity, and it exuded from her core.
I was astounded to discover the percentage of people that still don’t have a plan in place and it was equally refreshing to hear Sam talk about the importance of leaving a legacy behind.
Sam describes her ideal client is the parent who wants to decide or have a say of what happens to their children if they are not here. And I loved Sam’s explanation of why it’s so important to take it beyond docu-only to be certain that all the proper paperwork is in place, so no child is ever hung up in the system.
We also talked in-depth about how our lives can change so much and so quickly—which is why she is so adamant about including a complimentary review every few years to be sure her client’s original intention is still relevant.
What Sam wished she had mentioned was that she is expanding into elder law soon, but regardless, I honestly believe her podcast idea is greatly needed and will be well received especially her special needs trust planning.

I love the way Michelle and I talk about the ways we use our voices to educate people in this episode! We really dive into Michelle's coaching, new podcast, and Boot Camp for your Mind experience.
Michelle encourages people to take inventory of their lives, emotionally and physically and if they are not satisfied with the results, then they are the ones in control and can surely change it.
Michelle and I really loved talking about being aware of our thoughts by being kind to ourselves, removing judgment, and recognizing any negative self-talk.
One of my favorite moments in our talk today is how to take action, even when you don’t want to, because of that pesky thing we call fear. MBW Living
Rob and Lisa interview Nicole about her debut book "I Am on A Love Diet" on The South Shore Morning News show on 95.9 WATD-FM June 17th, 2020.
It was a very-much needed second interview with good friend Regina Podesta, Pure Haven Consultant. The pleasure was all mine to be able to continue the discussion on how she helps her clients create a home environment that supports the health and wellbeing of themselves and generations to come.
Regina explains how her progression from the fitness industry to becoming environmentally aware is very similar to what we all go through in the world today. We talked about how as a culture, our awareness has been heightened beyond the importance of regular exercise and how vital it is to achieve overall good health. Regina and I talk about how we have both realized that not all foods are created equal, to the fact that many labels on our foods and products are not telling the whole truth. Ultimately the conversation led us to the discussion of how it’s affecting us long and short term with things like skin issues, allergic reactions, cancer, infertility, and behavioral disabilities.
I was so blessed and considered myself honored to hear Regina express the importance of this new state of awareness about diving deeper into ingredients by actually talking with our wallets’ is how and when real change will actually begin to happen.
You can learn more about Regina Podesta’s mission at www.youandmetoxicfree.com, and join the community at https://www.facebook.com/groups/youandmetoxicfree.
Fran Lambert with Lambert and Lambert Coaching was such an inspirational guest! And Fran kicked off the show by sharing her very personal story of how painful it was to grow up always being the biggest kid. Fran talked about how kids “can’t process different” and how her childhood experience helped begin to shape her young adult life.
Meeting people where they’re at is a huge part of Fran’s mission and we talked about how important sustainable weight loss is, but also how finding the ideal weight is such a different journey for each person. I loved how Fran said that if she had to pick one word that is the most important during any transformational process that her word would be “believe” and it was so funny to hear that she has a “movement menu!” I loved that!
Fran was very open about sharing some details about the traumatic brain injury she received from a car accident over four years ago and how extremely grateful she was to be able to join her daughter in her Arbonne business so that she could transition back to work and embrace a new normal. Throughout the interview we were both on the same page of the importance of self-care and that exercising is just a part of her 30 days to healthy living program—which is in complete alignment with the Arbonne message.
I was so impressed with Fran and we both agreed that it’s the small changes that we each make along our journey and being open-minded enough to identify and make those small changes one at a time is key. When Fran said that she asks all of her clients if they could wave a magic wand…. I loved her answer!!!
