He lost his house to foreclosure, was divorced twice, had three cars repossessed, was slapped with a $119k tax lien, sued by the NFL for $10 Million dollars and so much more you may note even believe it! He ultimately ended up on the floor with a gun to his head. Thankfully, he did not pull the trigger! The Lead King podcast will teach you the tactics and strategies Russ used to turn it all around and build a successful digital marketing agency from the ashes of his wrecked life. He started his marketing agency back in 2016 after a rough patch of losing jobs and having to move back in with his folks. He hustled hard and grew his business to pulling in over 100k a month, but then COVID hit and wiped it all out.
But here's the crazy part – Jeff didn't give up. He bounced back and got his agency soaring even higher than before. In our talk, Jeff spills the beans on how he got his agency off the ground, what moves he made to rake in that kind of cash every month, and how he managed to turn things around after losing everything during the pandemic. Explanation of My Mind Movie:
My long term vision is to be an inspirational international speaker and coach who changes the lives of tens of millions of people.
This is a detailed description of the meditation vision that goes with my mind movie.
I wake up in a huge bed with a woman who I feel massive love and emotion for. We wake up together, lay there for a while and enjoy the feeling, then get up, walk downstairs and out on to the pier and share coffee and enjoy each other’s company. I FEEL passion during this part of the vision. The woman is either my wife or she is going to be soon.
From there, my daughter Emma comes out on the dock and asks what time we’re picking up her friends which kicks me into remembering wow all my friends are flying in today for the big event (I don’t remember what it is right away). It’s probably around 8am at this time.
The vision jumps to later that day and we’re getting in a black stretch limo as we’re going to the airport to pick up my friends. The first are some friends who flew in from Canada. Emma instantly recognizes his daughter and they run away doing “little girl” things while we all greet each other with hugs and talk. From there we get in the limo, our daughters are having so much fun together and there is another little girl (I think it’s the woman I’m with’s daughter) as well. They’re all beaming. I can see the light of their happiness and laughter. We go to another part of the airport where we pick up about 10 more of my friends.
From there we continue downtown around Tampa and Clearwater to pick up my local friends. The kids join the others and it’s a party for everyone -both kids and adults!
At this point all the people I love, trust, admire, and feel happiest with in my life are together in this limo. We’re driving back to our house. It’s a beautiful, huge house on Clearwater Beach. Everyone has their own bedroom. By this time it is about 2 - 3 pm.
As everyone is getting settled in the woman reminds me it’s time to get ready. Before she gets ready she makes sure I’m fully prepared. She makes sure my tux is perfectly ready to go, makes sure the special cuff links she just gave me are in a place she thinks will be a surprise but doesn’t know I saw them and greatly appreciate them already. Then she proceeds to dress me from the socks to the jacket. She looks me in the eyes and tells me something I can’t hear in the vision but I FEEL more confident than I’ve ever felt in my life. She tells me to go enjoy my friends while she gets ready.
From there I walk back out to the deck and just stare off over the bay in massive gratitude. I see this huge yacht that is ours.
A few minutes later the driver comes to get me and tells me everyone is ready. He opens the door for me and I step back into the limo and OMG the emotion hits me. Overwhelmed by love, excitement, and passion. I see Emma beaming looking at me with love and admiration. I look at the woman and she’s looking at me with passion and love and feels like the person I’ve always wanted by my side for a time like this.
At this point I still don’t know where we’re going. But I do know I’m the center of attention and it’s important. We pull up to the Amalie Arena. It’s Tampa’s hockey arena. It is sold out. I’m the speaker. There is a huge banner of me speaking on the side of the arena.
We stop and drop off everyone but the woman and me. Everyone else gets whisked away. She and I proceed back stage where I feel this passionate excitement and confidence. I hear music playing that is getting the crowd fired up. I can hear a booming voice speaking. And just before I am scheduled to walk out on the stage she looks at me and tells me something I can’t hear in the vision, kisses me lovingly on the cheek and I start walking toward the stage as we continue to hold hands until they pull apart as I get further away.
As I walk on to the stage Tony Robbins greets me and hugs me and THANKS me for coming. Then I don’t know exactly what happens next. I feel the energy and excitement of the filled arena.
I can SEE all of my friends in the first few rows and I make eye contact and feel everyone’s energy and love. Then it’s over. The arena roars in applause as I make my way off the stage and the woman is there looking at me with a look of OMFG that was even MORE amazing that I imagined.
I flash back at the house. We are all on the dock deck. It is warm. The breeze is blowing. I can smell the sea. It is a beautiful party. The kids are playing and having such a great time. Everyone is sitting around in comfortable clothes. There are several patio fire pits we are sitting around. Fun music is playing. Everyone is happy. I feel surrounded by energy, love, and happiness. The vision ends.
