As well as warning the world about COVID19, the WHO has also warned governments around the globe about the ongoing mental health pandemic. Psychiatric institutes, already under huge pressure have told to give more as rates of anxiety, depression and psychosis have risen during the pandemic.

As data emerges suggesting resistance from the Muslim community in engaging with healthcare services with regards to COVID19, there are a number of unanswered questions. This episode provides an answer to the following questions:-

Recently we have seen a huge spike in deaths of elderly people in care homes. The British public is disgusted and rightly so, but none from society seeks to answer more fundamental questions. Why are there so many people in care homes in the first place!? This episode aims to answer these questions and proposes an islamic answer to such phenomena.
