2 Corinthians 5:17 says” Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. A few bad chapters do not mean that your story is over. In each of our lives we all go through different stages of growth, and each phase of the growth we learn something new. The ashes that are a part of our lives should never be frowned upon because the Lord uses those ashes to bring us to a new chapter in our lives.
We all have stories that need to be told and no one else can tell your story better than you.

This is a topic in which we all can identify with. We all have been hurt by someone who we love or was supposed to love us.

We all struggle with weight, if your goal is to lose 5 pounds 20 ponds or 100 pounds. The struggle is real so real that we feel as though we are defeated so we give up. I felt the same way, but I was determined that I was going to lose the weight.
