Especially at this time of year when the yard is really just an outdoor living room! This is a great episode for anyone living in an apartment with no yard, a large space, a small space, and a black or green thumb!

We actually didn't discuss the picture on the cover art in the podcast! This was from our July 4th party this past year! Optimistic that the well could handle it, we failed to get a port-a-potty! And tons of kids proved to be too much!

That elusive piece of property just outside of town seems to be what everyone wants to purchase. But while it seems like the idyllic, pastoral setting, there are lots of ups and downs that come with life out in the country.
On today's podcast, we sat down in our living room (out in the country) to talk about some of the pros and cons we've run into living outside of town.
Plus, we run into our first technical glitch! (The audio didn't record so we extracted it from the video! Bear with us as we improve.)
Mike and Kathryn Church, owners of Kestrel Realty Group in Moscow ID, discuss Kestrel Country; what is it and what we are doing with a podcast.
