Whether you're a student nurse, a new grad nurse or changing things up your nursing career, there's so much pressure.... and that's just the clinical part! There's all the other stuff too…. Studying? Finding jobs? Resumes? Interviews? Malpractice insurance? Calling in sick? Job benefits? Changing jobs? Maintaining your sanity? The list goes on and on. That's the stuff we're tackling here. All the non-clinical stuff you don't really learn in school. I got you. You're not alone. And you don't have to learn all this stuff the hard way. I'm Lauren. A nurse practitioner, a forensic nurse, a researcher, a teacher (…among other labels depending on the day or setting). I've been in nursing for over a decade now, experiencing all sorts of failures and successes along the way. I get it and it's my mission to mentor and empower new and aspiring nurses so you can thrive. I believe you should be able to be happy, healthy, make money, and have the things you want in life while making a difference in the world every day.
