This week we chat about the movies that we’ve been watching and continue our journey into what could be the worse weekend in box office history with the Snowman finaly cleaning our palette with Beastmaster 2.
Beastmaster 2: Through the Portal of Time is the 1991 sequel to the 1982 film The Beastmaster. Marc Singer reprises his role as Dar, a barbarian from another dimension who travels to 1990s Los Angeles and befriends a young woman, Jackie Trent, played by Kari Wührer. Dar must stop his evil brother, played by Wings Hauser, from bringing back a neutron bomb.
The Snowman is a 2017 psychological crime drama horror thriller film directed by Tomas Alfredson and written by Hossein Amini, Peter Straughan and Søren Sveistrup, and based on the novel of the same name by Jo Nesbø. An international co-production between the United Kingdom, United States, Sweden, and Japan;[2] the film stars Michael Fassbender, Rebecca Ferguson, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Val Kilmer, and J. K. Simmons, and follows a detective who tries to find a serial killer who uses snowmen as his calling card.
