Wondering what I mean by saying growth seeker? What kind of growth?
In this episode I share:
- Growth is not always career, job or money oriented. You can find a lot of growth outside of work and without changing jobs.
- How to figure out what direction you want to grow.
- Are you deciding your growth path from your Ego (job title, money, what other people will think) or your Purpose (what excites you, using your gifts).
- Where are you on the growth spiral.
- How to move through the spiral and achieve the growth you want.
- What growth looks like over time.
I am now a certified happiness coach and soon to be certified dharma coach! My own growth path includes using my gifts in intuition, guiding and listening to help others get unstuck and experience more than they could possibly imagine in this lifetime!

Passive job seekers make up most of the market today.
You are passive if you are in a job right now, open to a new or better opportunity. Some statistics say everyone is passive between 2-7 years in a company, but it can start as early as day one. You can be open and actively applying, or just open and thinking about it.
"Happy in my job right now but willing to hear something better" is also considered passive.
Passive job seeking is unique as you are typically in a confidential search and also preserving the job you have right now as it is not guaranteed if or when you might leave.
Some of my usual job seeking tips are relevant, but there are a few exceptions and special situations that passive job seekers should consider.
