The evening concluded with them singing an original worship song together about “staying” in the presence of the Lord—an exhortation we can all respond to on the daily. Laura has a special relationship with tables. She has heard the Father call her to them for communion, fellowship and healing over and over again. But recently the Father revealed to her a different type of table, one that needed to be overturned and disrupted. As she shares her heart for the things written on the tables of our own hearts, may we draw close to his face, and be able to say “My heart has heard you say, “Come and talk with me.” And my heart responds, “Lord I am coming.:” (Psalm 27:8)Additional scriptures: Exodus 25:23-30, Psalm 23, John 2:12-16, Psalm 27:8, Psalm 17:8, Isaiah 43:18
Our final session at the “Behold Him” conference, featured local pastor Serena Backues. Serena brought a word inspired by the “Jesus Wept” piece in the collection (re John 11:35). This session brought forth an exhortation to draw near to the heart of God in sorrow, in grief, and in the wrecking and reckoning seasons of life that often feel much like the occurrence of a caterpillar experiencing a complete metamorphosis. This series will begin to prepare us for our upcoming conference, “Behold Him: The One Who Transforms.” The Conference will feature Word and Worship that come around an art exhibit featuring the life and ministry of Jesus. This exhibit was created by prophetic artist, Mindi Oaten, who will also join us for the event. This episode features part of Mindi’s testimony of following the voice and call of Jesus with her creativity.From Mindi, “In July 2013, I experienced a remarkably vivid dream that seemed to awaken my spirit. In this dream, I stood on a stage, before an easel, showcasing a painting bathed in shades of purple. A gorgeous red velvet flooring was under my feet. A profound sense of pride and purpose enveloped me, and upon waking, that sensation lingered. I shared the details with my husband, unable to shake the conviction that it was time to rekindle my neglected passion for art after thirteen years of excuses.The dream was a catalyst, stirring something within me. Shortly thereafter, a friend requested that I teach a small art class for her daughter, to which I gladly consented. However, the preparation brought a challenge: locating my old art case, untouched for over a decade. In a moment of quiet supplication, I asked the Lord for guidance. Instantly, a vision flashed before me, revealing the case hidden beneath layers of dust in the garage. Elders Episode IIThis episode is part two of the discussion between Annette, Janell, and Debbie. It is based on Psalm 37:25 which says “I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging for bread.” Our prayer is that you receive encouragement and increased belief as we conclude this conversation.

Specially, she dives into what it means to be “crowned with peace,” in authority and anointing as a citizen of heaven and a kingdom of priests. ***“Mum’s the Word,” has become an expression within Entourage that is fueled by a heart of intercession for women who are desiring motherhood (either for the first time biologically, through foster or adoption, or even expanding their homes for subsequent kiddos). Mum’s the Word began as a prayer and promise for Jessie Sallee, in a God-whisper of the night, and has turned into regular intercession with other women and an annual prayer shower event. At this particular event, coming up on 9/14, women desiring motherhood ( whatever that looks like for their heart and home) can be prayed for and ministered to. The heart of this message is to share what the Lord has been speaking to me during this year about walking in the fullness of joy and experiencing fullness of our spiritual senses. It means shedding oppression from the enemy (I have a dream to share on that note). It means plugging in even more tightly with community. It means being generous and quick to give, and then putting pride aside and being quick to ask when you are lacking. Timothy is anticipating a fullness of senses in his hearing at this point that he can’t understand or prepare for. He just knows he’s missing something, and he’s excited to receive it. Spiritually, I believe there are women experiencing this same anticipation for an awakening of their spiritual senses - eyes, ears and hearts - to understand what the Lord is speaking and to receive it. My challenge for the women will be to ask for what they are needing - physically, emotionally and spiritually. Ask of the Lord, and ask of the women there. Then anticipate walking in that fullness.

“Father in the name of Jesus, we lift up every women within the sound of our voices that desires children, or has children and desires more children, or maybe is desiring adoption or foster care of children.
Lord, your word says in (1 John 5- 14-15) This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us- whatever we ask-we know that we have what we asked of him. Lord, we ask for all obstacles to be removed that would hinder these women from receiving the Children you have for them. Every door that has been closed; we command in the name of Jesus to be opened. Your word also says (Matt 18:18) – Whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven, whatever we loose on earth is loosed in heaven. In Jesus name we bind every force that has blocked the way against these women to receive their children. And right now, in Jesus’ name we command the windows of Heaven to be open and pour out your blessings upon these Mothers! Lord you are a rewarder of those who diligently seek you and also your word says that the fruit of the womb is a reward! Lord pour out your rewards on these women today! We declare any type of bareness will go in Jesus name! Lord your word says in (Psalm 37:4) that as we delight ourselves in you, you give us the desires of our heart. Jesus we choose right now to delight ourselves in you and We receive your blessing of Children in our lives this day!
We declare Psalms 128:3 over every woman listening! You will be like a fruitful vine flourishing with your house: Your children will be like vigorous young olive trees as they sit around your table! Lord we Thank you and Praise you for all these things in Jesus Name – AMEN AND SO BE IT!”

My thoughts on dry seasons from life where I didn’t “feel” that the Lord was speaking to me
Identity check in the pit, the prison and the palace. Realizing your identity doesn't change based on your circumstances.
We meet the Wise Men early in Matthew and see that they connect with Jesus in person quite some time after that. Their story is simple, but it is one of my favorites. These men were wise; their opinions were valued; their abilities commissioned; their treasures desired. Yet they followed a moving star, only seen at night, on a journey of discovery to the King of Kings.
Simeon obeyed the prompting by the Lord’s Spirit in something as mundane as where to go and when to go, and in those small steps he encountered the Presence of Jesus face to face.
Oh, what God can do with our sorrows when we shift failed expectations to expecting His Presence instead.
The testimony of John the Baptist was “Jesus is coming;” the testimony of our lives is “Jesus came,” and our lives are changed.
Jesus was born into what was already a lineage of legacy of God looking to the hearts of men and not statutes. Creating something mighty from something mundane.
Then Herod called the Magi secretly and found out from them the exact time the star had appeared. He sent them to Bethlehem and said, “Go and search carefully for the child. As soon as you find him, report to me, so that I too may go and worship him.” After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen when it rose went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they were overjoyed. On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. And having been warned in a dream not to go back to Herod, they returned to their country by another route.
God just knows that women need each other for the highs and lows that make up the journey of life—and relationships that produce revelation of Him are the absolute best.
