Conversations On Mindful Living: Recent Episodes

Dr. Ameeta Dudani

This grassroots podcast series consists of interviews with mindfulness teachers and mentors in my life, to explore the theme of Mindful Living from their personal experiences. The intention is to support and inspire mindfulness practitioners (including myself) on this journey, and to learn and grow. The interviews are recorded from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, where I am now based. I have been a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness meditation for the last five years, and practicing yoga for most of my life. I work as a clinical psychologist and mindfulness and yoga teacher. I teach mindfulness, in the MBSR tradition, within the mental health, education, and nature sectors, and practice mindfulness-based psychotherapy. For more about me, kindly visit my website at https://drdudani.com and check out my small Mindful Living Blog on the website. Thank you for listening and I welcome heartfelt, peaceful, anti-oppressive conversation/comments.
