Obeying the law never made anyone righteous. The law was given to show what love looks like and shows us how to relate to people. When I know righteousness and feel righteous, I have the gift of authority and can renew my mind and write His truth on my heart. Once I believe I am righteous in my heart, I experience harmony, peace and joy!
Would you rather have pain, or fall in love with righteousness? There is pleasure ahead for us as we adjust our ways to his ways. This is when life becomes simple, for God has given us things for our enjoyment. Attempting to enjoy life for the “Outside pleasure” brings external counterfeits, but in reality, we live from the inside out, and God gave us the power and grace to be strongly connected to Him.
If your walk with God is burdensome, then you are trying to become something or force something that isn’t being asked of us. To yield and harmonize with the Holy Spirit is to know the secret to effortless victory. As believers, righteousness is our normal…if we ever feel uncomfortable, it means we are violating our true nature to harmonize with Jesus, the exact representation of God.
The first step to Kingdom living is having a flexible teachable attitude! It’s God’s intention to keep us in the perfect life, and this is told from the beginning as we see the harmony in creation. Man has the authority to choose. Being multi-dimensional in our thinking brings us into the depth of understanding which is the precursor to wisdom.
Miracles are when we use a higher set of laws that we can’t explain scientifically. Faith is when we conceive in our heart, and speak with intention and it comes into being. We try to limit God to fit into our finite mind because we can’t control that which we can’t conceive. We are his workmanship created to influence others.
You will either be a slave to sin or a slave to righteousness. Righteousness is the pathway to life. Mercy, compassion, and love don’t excuse sin. Since the garden, man has the desire to define right and wrong independently of God. The pathway to a fulfilling and rewarding life is about being in harmony with God’s intention.
God’s power and love are working both in us and through us, and like the rungs of a ladder, these work in tandem, resulting in transformation. There’s a difference between our function and gifting, and recognizing our uniqueness unfolds into the story of our purpose on this earth.
There’s only light, therefore no darkness in God! Darkness comes through trying to explain the word of God through our five senses using our intellect. This is when it feels like we are doing the right thing and getting nowhere. Let’s get on the path where we are stable and a help to others.
The more pure your heart is, the more you will see and perceive in this life! Jesus defends God according to His names and embodies those names. If we start our prayer, “If you’re willing” you’re saying “I don’t know you…I don’t trust you.” Instead, we know God’s will and we think like God, Love like God and we are confident in Him so we can pray, “I know your will” and start praying with what we know to be true.
Light is clear succinct perception. We don’t want to live a life that is “less than”, for then we become susceptible to corruption. Everything that isn’t in faith is missing out on God’s best for our lives. If I make any decision not based on something absolute, then I’m not in certainty. If we are in darkness, we aren’t in fellowship with God and aren’t experiencing abundant life.
You will never be stable until you function effectively in the way of righteousness. The path of the righteous is a way of life that affects every single day, and the way you live. It begins in your heart and permeates every part of your life. Your quality of life is affected by your willingness to be obedient and live from your heart.
Every reaction we have within life’s journey reveals our character. At our core, if our heart is not established in the covenant of peace we will always be trying to justify ourselves before God. If we don’t love what He loves, love others and love and value ourselves, we will keep doing what hurts us.
Faith isn’t about being sincere or getting anything, rather it starts with hearing what God is saying. A man wasn’t made for righteousness, but righteousness is made for man. When we add righteousness to every equation we bring it to life! Love with righteousness…prosperity with righteousness…kindness with righteousness, etc.
True fulfillment comes from loving others…not necessarily from being loved. Expressing love is our ultimate honor in this world. When you love someone, nothing is a burden. As the Spirit of God lives in us, kindness, fairness, and honesty are natural byproducts. Understanding wisdom gets us to the place where we are mature and stable which results in harmony with others.
Everything we need to know about making life wonderful runs by God’s laws. God needs to be predictable for him to feel safe! There are complimentary opposites. You can’t have good without evil, you can’t have light without darkness. In order for us to create with God, we have to have choices. Once we choose light, it keeps getting brighter and brighter.
The ultimate core of God’s character is righteousness. Sharing good news is a form of meditation, and on the opposite spectrum, complaining is sowing into negativity. When you complain you give up authority and strengthen your ego. Your behavior and words reflect your beliefs.
Developing the capacity to enter the interchange of faith starts with righteousness. Many aren’t interested in growing as a person, they just want to be spiritually entertained. All that your life becomes emerges out of your heart. The quality of your life will be in direct correlation to your alignment with righteousness, There is no substitution!
The World system is something that works in the world that is diametrically opposed to the teachings of Jesus. Sanctification happens when we want to be transformed and set apart in every area of my life.
When we choose life, we are teachable, and God reveals and shows you the process of transformation. This is when life gets easy! Being spiritually minded is not about getting something done, but rather being in harmony. It’s our position and authority as people to harmonize heaven and earth.
Righteousness is functionality. We choose life when we harmonize our life with God and think like him, live like Him and treat people like him. We can’t go beyond our own perception, so we need to be willing to see to expand our boundaries. It’s not about being right, but about being willing.
If you think you know it all, you’re immediately stuck. Interrupting a cycle of suffering involves using your authority and coming into agreement with God’s path. Anything you don’t surrender to the path of “living in the way” restricts you from the ability to maintain and sustain your inheritance.
We are called to a lifetime of transformation where we put off the old man, renew our mind, and put on the new man. As we touch on the significance of each feast in the Old Testament, we can follow the sequence of our heart work as we journey through life. Our false narrative about experiences gives credence to the “old man” but as we actively apply faith, we align our narrative to follow God’s course and His standard.
People think change happens with information, but transformation happens when you see through God's eyes. Whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is lifted. Any struggle or challenge is an invitation to repentance. The reason you are blind is that you are insisting that you already see. To move forward and get unstuck, you have to admit there is something you have never seen before. The truth is, you can’t do it in your strength!
If you aren’t experiencing every promise of God, you have the missing element of perception. Transformation happens as the veil is lifted from our hearts. When the veil is removed, we see God for who He is. Anything God does, He does through human beings. Jesus was 100% man and 100% God, and we can do what Jesus did. God speaks in mysteries, and as God lays it out, you only understand to the degree that your heart is open to understanding.
People have the capacity to increase their consciousness of God. Gratitude is one of the most empowering emotions. It’s the opposite of entitlement! People of faith don’t have to wait for circumstances to change. Gratitude is our responsive experience and the manifestation happens, This is what it means to take the limits of God!
This is truly your new beginning! Your old life is over, and this is your new day. Many times we struggle with applications to solve an issue if it’s too simple. It's important not to “hear amiss” and search for God’s opinion. Willingness to surrender our opinion is being teachable and repentant. Anyone stuck in their past, and continues to think about it, is because deep down they want to. True freedom from our past is our invitation to allow His love into our story!
Enjoying the inheritance of God’s kingdom works best as we sort through the baggage that has riddled our past. We get to the point where we know what we need and what we don’t need. People tend to feel as though their problem is unique, we all struggle with the same issues, and there is always a simple solution.
The moment you do anything for any outcome other than Jesus, you begin to manipulate a situation. When we do something to “make” God do something, we move into personal gain and selfish ambition. Jesus emptied himself and was born of the Spirit. We are called to do the same!
How can I have a heart that is willing to hear His voice? You are always getting and finding what you are looking for. If a relationship with God and knowing Him is your heart’s desire, you will be quick and attentive to hear and respond to Him. As God pours life into you, you will naturally pour into others. Handling prophecy responsibly is when we read the word, meditate and have a willing heart. Hearing His voice with faith changes history.
Keeping our excitement and passion alive for Jesus coming back is important to the believer! Living a dull, boring religious life leads to obligation, which prohibits are preparation to see Him face to face.
When we repeat the same mistakes, it’s a sign that we have unhealthy attachments. The disempowering belief is that we have to spend our lifetime overcoming the pain of our past. The truth is we get to live our life re-writing the beliefs from our past. Even though you have an excuse for why you keep repeating the same dysfunction, we are invited to move forward away from judgment.
Jesus is the exact interpretation of God. When we create God concepts with our own minds with subjective ideas, we form opinions that can be misleading. Every time I limit God, I diminish the capacity to build my inheritance, by my attitudes and judgments. The greatest hope we have is His Appearing. Jesus is coming back!
As soon as you assume why anything has happened, you have entered into judgment. In the garden, man chose to be their own God, and it turned into idolatry. We get seduced into judging thinking “they need to pay”. Judging others is always selfish. We “shape” idols in our minds by being in love with our opinions. There is hope because we can change the way we think!
Good or bad, there is a natural outcome for how you manage your life. A person doesn’t hit bottom as long as someone is baking them out. If you take away the consequences, you are the problem. When we face consequences it gives us the opportunity to repent.
Those who are paranoid about legalism end up missing the rewards and inheritance of living the Kingdom life. You become what you behold! We can’t enjoy personal freedom without personal responsibility. Will we put our security in our doctrine? If so, that is a substitute, for our true security is found in intimacy and experience with God.
Managing our inheritance does not work with the principles of the world. There are rewards for those who diligently seek him. You may not always get credit, but you will receive a reward. When we are faithful over small things, we will be the ruler over much.
We are invited to experience the end of suffering. We can live a natural life or follow the Holy Spirit. The inheritance is ours and is solidified as we practice appreciation. The opposite of gratitude is entitlement. There is a difference between salvation and inheritance. Moses smote the rock rather than speaking to it. By misrepresenting God, in his anger he lost his inheritance.
Are you carnal-minded or spiritually minded? When we fix our gaze towards God, we leave the past behind and set our direction. When we receive the spirit of adoption, we are positioned to be led as his child. And as children of God, we have an inheritance. As royalty, you are taught how to live with dignity and worth. Receiving your inheritance is connected to overcoming your flesh.
It was an eleven-day walk to the promised land, and the Israelites turned it into a 40-year journey. That’s what happens when we blame God. If you honor your emotions above God’s truth and his opinion, you can’t be led by the Holy Spirit and receive your inheritance. The Holy Spirit is a person. It doesn't matter what you believe if you’re not experiencing it. The Holy Spirit doesn’t lead you just to give you formulas and make a journey, but to receive your inheritance!
We are the doers, and the Holy Spirit is our helper. The Holy Spirit works from our heart and offers life, charisma, care, grace, strength, and power. The purpose of Manifesting is to confirm God’s truth and love. Jesus was ready to face temptation after his encounter with the Holy Spirit. This resolved his self-worth and established his identity. We are invited to recover sight every morning, of the true resource of the Holy Spirit
The most important task of the Holy Spirit is the role of our helper. Consciousness and being aware is where everything starts when it comes to receiving everything the Holy Spirit has for us. We have access to all of God’s resources, and as we listen inward, we don’t waste our time telling God what we need, or beg him for something he has already provided, we rather receive the practical application of wisdom for every problem.
Are you a natural thinker or a supernatural thinker? If you rely on the wisdom of this world and your carnal mind, you will feel stuck. No matter how great our imagination is, we still can’t begin to see the wonder of God’s possibilities of heaven on earth. Because of the Holy Spirit, all of God’s resources are available right now. We just need wisdom to walk into them! Our full awareness and consciousness of the Holy Spirit connect us to the power of God.
Knowing rest is trusting the reality that God’s resources are accessible at all times. The provision of peace and rest is available in the “eternal now”. You can’t enter into rest if you are under any condemnation. Your ultimate connection to eternity is when you’re in the sense of “no time” where there isn’t a past or a future.
God clearly assures us to “fear not”. As we move towards our future, our inheritance through Jesus is to feel His security and remember his name, “Jehovah Jireh”. This very name describes our God who SEES and provides. He sees your needs, goes before you, and provides in advance. As spiritual beings, we are invited to step out of time and commune with God beyond all time and space. Time isn’t our master, but rather our gift as we are each given the gift of a lifetime.
What you communicate is not necessarily audible. Your intentions are being sent with your belief systems beyond any words you say. Every time your heart beats, it sends a signal conveying everything about you to any piece of equipment that picks up that signal - which is another person’s heart. Your true intention is conveyed in how people feel about you.
We were designed to live in our inheritance of Kingdom Living. Most people aren’t struggling with the question of whether they are saved or not saved, however if anyone isn’t living in peace and rest, they haven’t tapped into their rightful inheritance. Conquering fleshly desires and having strength of character mixed with faith results in victorious living.
The easiest life is when you are comfortable discovering where you are wrong and remaining teachable. The spirit of repentance is a willingness to give up your opinions. Jesus is the door to new life. No matter how dead you feel you’ve become when you experience the breath of God, you can come out of your “grave” and suddenly have life. Renewal is everywhere in scripture, and it’s the process of what happens when God is present.
God has breathed His life into you! The kingdom of God is within you, so how do you access it? Everything external is a reflection of what’s going on on the inside. People are deceived because of something they don’t want to give up. Being too attached to anything or anyone in this world makes you susceptible to deception. Being tethered to your abilities rather than resting in God’s favor will keep you in the “try hard” life.
The New Testament quotes Jesus as saying that "it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God". The size of the eye of the needle is all about the degree that you look to your own conscience to decide what you are qualified for. There is nothing left for God to do, we just have to decide what the goodness of God means for us. Harmonizing our character with the nature of Jesus is true righteousness and results in joining heaven and earth. Making a decision is an exercise of authority.
Fear of the unknown can morph into fear of being wrong, and hearing amiss is when we are not aligning our faith with God’s written word. A lie that some believe is: when man sinned, he lost his authority. In truth, we didn’t lose authority, we lost our identity. With every desire, we have the choice to go to God or go to the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. With our feet standing firmly on the love of God, we can address areas of our life without fear and condemnation. We are free from the power of sin. One needs only to yield to the power of righteousness, and the struggle with sin will be over.
He has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness through experiential knowledge. If we believe Jesus is okay with us living in sin, we are not seeing Him as He is. The only thing that keeps us from seeing, is when we don’t want to give up our sin. Identity is about character building and developing fruit. When we experience an infusion with God, suddenly understanding comes.
Discover how to get into a realm of identity to a place you couldn’t even imagine. Most people think a miracle is when god violates physics, but a miracle is when God operates a higher law of physics that we don’t perceive. We have dreams, but we tend to move to earthy knowledge to change our circumstances to realize those dreams, instead of going with the flow. As soon as you make a decision, life begins the flow of new beginnings.
As we choose life, we will naturally feel very alive. Developing our identity moves us to a decision developed by an expectation that everything will work out. Everyone finds what they are truly looking for. If we aren’t feeling peace and joy, we are off track. When we don’t like how we feel, we can decide the feeling that we want in congruency with God’s promises and inheritance.
Darkness can’t decode light, but light instantly decodes darkness. One thing that is required of us, is that we die to self. Our intention is to surrender. When we die to self we experience resurrection, and are raised in newness and experience life beyond our dreams or imaginations. When we give up our perceived picture of “perfect” and die to our opinions, he raises us up in strength, sweetness and simplicity.
God’s desire is for us to have an incredible life. The destruction of christianity is the dichotomy between secular and sacred. This is a false way to look at the world and partakes of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. To the pure all things are pure. Mind over matter. Is it good or evil? Yes. Pursuing harmony restores us back to God’s original intention.
Helping those we love is part of being in relationships. We can develop our skills in caring for others, and discern what they really need. Instead of assuming what you think they need to know, ask questions to find out what’s important to them. Allow others to present needs, before offering your knowledge. This helps to love them with understanding.
When we don’t understand something, we tend to make it complicated. God always comes to us in a gentle way, never with force. Every day, God simply says choose life or death. Choose joy or sorrow. Dysfunction happens we need man’s acceptance and thus surrender our authority to another person. We are invited to recover our self-image by being with Jesus and receiving His acceptance. Our worth comes from God.
From moment of conception everyone has the same destiny. Our purpose and role and responsibility is to harmonize heaven and earth. This vision gives us purpose, and establishes our identity. Perfect love expels all fear. When love has been perfected, it has been expressed, received and reciprocated. Knowing and feeling the love of God is essential for moving forward in security and true. If you’re not sure that you’ve experienced something from God, then you haven’t.
People who are serious about God can truly enjoy life with everything working out for the good. The question is, are we going to discover how to engage our heart in intimacy with God, or we are going to look for a replacement? Rituals, ceremony, intellectualism, culture and tradition can be destructive if we put our trust in them, and they become substitutes for faith in Jesus.
What’s your sense of normal? Our family origin and environment establishes what feels normal, and whether it is good or bad, it becomes tolerated. When unloving behavior is tolerated it becomes accepted, and then the possibility of dysfunction sets in, and we begin to need it as an expression of love. If your identity is attached to others, and the status of your relationships, and you want your normal to change, you are invited to recover your identity in Jesus Christ!
The master is the one who has mastered the basics. The foundations of our faith include “seeking first” the kingdom of God and his righteousness, knowing that all “the things” shall be added to you. You can’t experience resurrection life if you’re trying to be that “old person”. When you rely on your own strength, you sabotage God’s power. Ceasing from labors is the first step into true rest.
As we are wiling to let go of what’s working now, we make room for new solutions. A mind that creates the problem can’t fix the problem. We were never meant to endure unhappiness, and therefore don’t have the capacity to manage it. We spend our lives trying, so discontentment is the forerunner to transformation, resulting in true freedom.
Staying in peace, you always have the download of Holy Spirit understanding. The joy of the lord is not exclusively about your circumstances, but rather what you’re experiencing in your heart. We can always expect a great outcome. I am sensitive to those around me, and I know how to show love to them, but am never worried or have a desire to fix them. The only “next step” you need, is the one for today.
Patience and endurance are developed through the tests of faith. Peace gives us access (by faith) to grace which leads to power. The test of faith is simply to stand without wavering and decide to endure with patience. When our patience is developed, we don’t get crushed when challenges arise. Every time we give up before the promised outcome it diminishes our patience. Every time we win a battle and see it though it increases faith and patience.
God instructs the Israelites to “remember” the times they were rescued and established. We have massive amounts of authority when we “think on these things”. The thoughts of the mind, what we are focusing on emerge from the beliefs about yourself and who you are in each circumstance. The only reason we don’t reach our promised land is because of our unbelief. Your belief is always more powerful than your thoughts, and we have the power to create redeemed memories!
When we meditate, we are telling our brain how to think, thus changing the neural pathways. Using authority, we place significance on what we want to remember, and create links and pathways. Meditation is simply pondering until it becomes emotional and real, and psychological change happens. Recover the value for God that you have in your heart, and you will begin to reshape your mind.
Step into the realm of severing yourself from your past and create new memories. Would you like to see yourself completely conquering sin? Would you like to be non-vulnerable to sin and temptation? We can reshape our memories in such a way that we can’t see and experience ourselves in any situation other than forgiven, loved and full of joy and peace. A memory is something that has happened in past, our imagination is something that will happen in future. Meditation is when we make it real now and think about it until it connects emotionally. Then, you have made it present tense.
When it comes to revelation, if you’re not experiencing it, you’re not applying it. As you experience God and you’re being renewed daily, and want to be happy and satisfied, be a blessing! Everything you give away, you experience. Making other’s lives better will make you happy. Follow those who move you towards righteousness, peace and joy. Instead of trying to create something that doesn’t exist, use your faith to experience what has already been given.
We think our job is to make things happen, but it’s our job to let it happen and stay in harmony with God. Most people never get past their core struggles or core needs. Environments change throughout our lifetime, but our dysfunction is the same. Choosing beliefs to counteract our fears establishes true healing. The indicators that you believe something fully, is that it becomes your identity and it becomes effortless.
Most people are looking for something to happen “to me” instead of something to happen “within me”. You don’t need a special gift to grasp and understand God, you just have to be willing to walk in truth even when it disagrees with your opinion. The mind-journey says, “I need to be right” and it turns into a one dimensional journey in a love-fest of yourself. The heart-journey says, “I don’t care what I’m wrong about, I’m willing to see how this all comes together.”
Every positive and pleasant emotion is connected and related to righteousness. Our hearts are guarded by righteousness, and this episode takes time to dissect the scripture: Guard your heart with all diligence. Look and see what’s working when it’s working according to how God created it, now apply that to every facet of life. Resting in righteousness is “as it should be”. Pay attention, remain flexible, seek to harmonize, be teachable and always ready to humble yourself.
The way we create justifications or excuses is by deciding we can’t do it. On the opposite spectrum, once you start walking in righteousness, fully committed to walking in love and following God, no matter what circumstances happen, I will be humble and surrender to God’s possibilities. When we cling to our opinion and our idea of how people “should be”…or things “should be” we separate ourselves from solutions.
The correlation and causation continuum works like this: Something “works” in our spiritual walk, we attach ritual to it and create a new legalism for ourselves. Correlation isn’t causation, so we must be careful not to put faith in a process or formula. Every thought is based on a memory or an imagination with some connection to what you’ve heard or experienced, so in our mind we link and draw conclusions. Feeling truly secure is when we are in harmony with God’s never-changing character, and developing ability to flow with every moment.
Our western concept of wisdom is “depth of understanding”, but depth isn’t as important as making life work in a practical way. When a person wants to bring quality changes, the moment they attempt to change the outside, they shift to illusion. Re-examining spiritual warfare and the armour of God is about putting an end to what is “illegal” and releasing what is legal. Finding what is blocking God’s best is crucial as we experience transformation.
Awaken unto righteousness! God wants you to have a quality of life. A life lesson from David is his immediate response being confession and repentance. Obedience is better than sacrifice. When God is leading us to do something, it is for our own protection and the people we are helping. Grace is the power and strength to overcome!
Here is the big punchline: any area of your life, right now, that you’re not willing to walk through transformation, it’s not because it’s hard, it’s because you don’t want to. The desire for breakthrough is driving your desire for transformation. Everything on earth, in this realm, functions under the law of the seed. Your self-talk is seeds, your reason and motive for functioning are seeds, so whatever your real motive is will determine the fruit in your life.
All relationships and friendships thrive in an environment of communication and giving permission. We tend to think that solving life’s problems are complicated, hard and painful, then hesitate to communicate. When we are confronted with something that needs to change, we shut our ears and eyes and cover our hearts out of resistance. When we are willing to see and decide we don’t want the “divide” anymore, we will stop making excuses and choose connection.
God provides everything for our enjoyment! There is a religious myth that says: The more I follow after God, the less fun I’ll have. Man was never designed to experience pain, but rather love, acceptance and kindness. Following Jesus through heart transformation is joy-filled, as we move towards new layers of peace and rest in Him. Feeding our ego is the substitute for pleasure where we attempt to obtain satisfaction from the outside world.
Being content is a state of being satisfied with what you have, where you are and who you are. Have you been looking for your destiny or calling? You will never find it by looking for it. Instead, find someone in need, is there something you can do to help? Find a biblical way to help them, and nurture a consuming passion to love others.
It is a myth to try and do something to get God to do something for you. When circumstances seem confusing, we press on and continue to keep walking with God and following Him. This is the decision that immediately takes us out of our limitations. This is the year on jubilee where all debts are forgiven, but everyone has one core freedom, and that is their choice. Everyone has excuses, but we have the invitation to get up and walk... completely free.
Authenticity leads to freedom and experiencing freedom has two sides. We are set free out of slavery and bondage, and we are set free to walk in love. Without sin controlling our lives, we have the opportunity and invitation to be authentic because fear and sin no longer bring limitations. With Jesus as the King of kings, we are experiencing a small portion of the true freedom that is available to us.
You will find what you are looking for. When we aren’t being authentic, we will never see God the way He truly is. The children of Israel didn’t really want to get to know God, they built their lives around knowing His deeds. We journey to figure out the process of knowing him, but systems are designed to be disposable.
People fall in love with the path that represents clear formulas and disciplines, but true life happens when you start following “the way” which is natural and effortless. In the New Testament, great things happened in between what was planned. Paul tells us to exercise ourselves to Godliness. Learning means doing something deliberately and repetitively to build up natural strength until it becomes a way of life. Eventually, you get to a place where you can’t imagine anything other than the character you have developed.
People want to know the future because they believe that if they know what’s coming, they’ll automatically be prepared for it. The truth is, there isn’t great comfort in knowing what’s ahead, but rather there is a window of time to prepare for what you will face. People think if God would speak personally to me, I would get ready. The truth is, God is continually speaking to us through His Word, and it’s personal! We are always getting what we are pursuing.
The inward journey to transitioning requires flexibility and adaptability. If you're going to stay relevant, you have to be open to change. Our tendency is, the minute we experience something frightening we make a closed definition and make conclusions. In order to remain effective, authentic, and pliable, we move towards being childlike. The gift of childlike faith is given to everyone but trust is developed through experiences.
God has not given us a spirit of timidity. It’s not our circumstances that are the specific threat, but rather the intimidation of a worst-case scenario. Fear is a bully that functions on imagined power, but when challenged with real power, they run. Our sense of self changes when we change our perception. When we have the confidence to rest in our self-worth and self-image that comes from Jesus, we no longer have to panic under pressure.
What does it really mean to search the Lord with all your heart? We live our life out of our identity, self-image and self-worth. We can’t function well until tall three are all established in our hearts. Moving past the intellectual boundary of identity and seeing and experiencing your life “in God” as completely yours brings you to the concept of living in the spirit. What does the word “Spirit” really mean? How does the function of our “breath” relate to our spirit? Our breath is our life, and in the same way our spirit is our life.
A person can’t enjoy the peace of God without experiencing the righteousness of God. Walking with God in the good times, not just in crisis, establishes our relationship with Him. When we abide in peace, even in dire circumstances, peace becomes our natural habitat or environment. When you believe who you are as an heir, the fruit of your life grows effortlessly. Having hyper-realization of your identity in Jesus sets you up for the best decisions.
God wants to bring us life, to the point where we have no way to imagine the extent of good He wants to bring to us. If we are moved by earthly circumstances, we will not have abiding peace. When you learn to live in peace, you will never revert to panic. If there are no works to accompany intentions, it reveals that there was never any intention of putting new information into practice. People tend to live life by “sheer will” relying on human strength and miss the power of the Holy Spirit.
How you think determines who you are. However, renewing your mind isn’t just about how you think, for that gets into willpower and putting forth effort. Renewing your mind and believing in your heart includes intention and conceiving God’s promise in your heart. Once it’s conceived, there is a capacity that this is possible. Then it turns into a definitive decision that you are going to change the quality of your life based on the fact that you are created in the likeness of God.
If there is anything is true about the law of attraction, it means we use authority to send away anything that is not benefiting our lives and put on and “call it forth into your life” everything that is provided from Jesus. In doing this, you are “binding and loosing” and using your authority as a believer to manifest God’s best into your life. Now, with your eyes open, something internally changes, and you understand how to walk this out in your journey of life.
Every time you have a failure it diminishes your capacity to try again, so you find a socially acceptable excuse. The turnaround happens when you receive grace giving you the capacity to see and believe. First, gather knowledge, then conceive what you would look like and feel like in that new reality. Meditation makes it believable and experiential. The capacity for that now expands. Capacity is the first moment of a possibility. Make the definitive decision, I will experience it and then enter into the authority to receive and take it into your life.
How do you move out of fear and unbelief? God wanted a family that had the capability to give and receive love. If your love isn’t received, it creates a vacuum. The words you are speaking are what you expect in your heart. You are always blessing and cursing throughout your day and your life, based on how you use your God-given authority. Guard your heart with all diligence for out of it flows the connection to the entire universe!
The world is changing and entering into a time where we can’t be off of our game. Everyone is experiencing what it means to navigate within the land of the unknown, and with intention, we can learn to live above our emotions and live as an overcomer. Establishing a firm foundation through wisdom from 2 Peter 1, we make it our pursuit to put off our old nature and put on the new. We become strong as we connect to God in such a way that knowledge becomes our experience.
When we follow the gentle whisper of God’s voice every day, we remain on that path of righteousness where there are no chances of stumbling. Allowing the feelings of being overwhelmed is an internal form of resistance, and we won’t continue to move forward. Like the pearl of great price, if you value God and your quality of life enough, you won’t give up until you find it. When you love righteousness, it is a representation of your heart.
Having a vision is simply developing a clear mental picture of what you are believing for. When that is established, grace works from your heart and becomes power, strength and a capacity to become what you believe. We receive grace in direct proportion to how much we need for that belief. The more we believe, the more grace we receive to give us strength. We hold on to the promise, without ever controlling the method or the process.
Most people expect life to be hard. Any time we lose our ability to live through God’s view and see what He sees, we don’t experience our wide-open spaces. When we align our opinion with His opinion, we escape the prison of negative self-perception. We acknowledge a reality that is beyond what is possible. As we persuade our hearts of who God says we are and perceive ourselves the way He sees us, we will experience resurrection life.
We think we are observing the world around us, but we are actually in interplay with our world. We aren’t just observing, we are co-creators, and the world is different because we are in it. Sin is any belief, opinion, any concept of yourself, and any behavior that minimizes who God is that limits your living life to the fullest. If we don’t think of observation as co-creation, God’s promises are limited to being one-dimensional. Every thought, emotion, and belief are affecting your world and the outcomes.
If life isn’t looking like you thought it might, or should be, we are called to trust in the Lord with all of our heart. Most believers say this, move toward this, and then default to doing it their own way. Our perception changes when we focus on something we trust more than God. The fight within our mind is to conquer the beliefs we have that aren’t based on the finished work of Jesus. God doesn’t necessarily offer us a specific map with detailed direction for our lives, but gives us signposts along the way as we follow Him as our Good Shepherd.
Harmonizing your values with God and His Word starts with righteousness. Making Jesus as your rock, the solid foundation in which you can trust is the first step in accepting the process. When you are settled and steadfast in the trust you can have peace because you have full realization of his resources, they are yours. Then, as the path is in front of you, there is no need for an agenda. Grace empowers you along the way, and even when waves come crashing, you are firmly established.
Truth is absolute, but the application is a variable. My relationship with God can be measured by how my relationships with people are. My perception is my interpretation. Whatever we insist we see in a person, it what we will see in reality, and that’s what I’ll notice. Any time perception has been created by gossip, rumours and slander, I have volunteered to be deceived.
You can’t control your thoughts - until you deal with beliefs of your heart. The first step to change your doorkeeper (thoughts) is to meditate on the promise of God until you feel the emotion, because that’s what makes it believable. Now that you can believe it, you can use authority and harmonize your present moment in the foundation of God’s Word and His righteousness. This is writing beliefs on your heart over and over again, until the destructive beliefs have faded away, and you are no longer tempted to think along those lines.
As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Your thoughts are your doorkeeper that controls what goes in and what goes out of your heart, and your heart is like your inner home. If a prevalent emotion is negative, you can change your focus, thus changing the emotion. Emotions are based on where you’re putting your attention. You may hear inspirational information, that brings you positive emotions, but if you don’t actuate those emotions within 12-24 hours they start floating away. Establishing your doorkeeper is an intentional choice that you have.
What are you able to do and say effortlessly? Those are an indicator of the beliefs of your heart. You were created to experience life and joy! As you are willing to look at your circumstances and notice if you’re having the same problems over and over again, these are likely related to a belief that is limiting your life. Most people are trying to solve problems in their personal life and family life, but they won’t experience a true breakthrough unless they deal with their heart.
We are responsible to guard our hearts and establish our hearts with the wisdom of God. It starts by renewing our mind and resisting the temptation to wallow in discouragement and discontentment. There is a difference between emotions and feelings, and when we establish our heart beliefs, our abiding feelings come into agreement with the nature and character of God. Emotions follow thought, and thoughts follow feelings. That is why our investment into our heart beliefs establishes the foundation for hope, joy and peace.
Interaction with God comes alive when you are connected to your heart. As an overcomer, you will have the capacity to face anything, and be steadfast in the peace, joy and promises of God. Fear is the most destructive sin because it takes you to unbelief. In order to not give in to fear, we need to control what we focus on and choose to think about, and this becomes doable when we are communing with God in our hearts and have developed self-control.
“Seek and you shall find” means you will always find what you are seeking. Are you seeking sympathy? Sympathy says, “I’ll feed your excuses and feed the victim within you”. Are you seeking the truth that will set you free? Compassion is when you have empathy and a sense of seeing and feeling the mess and pain that people are in. Compassion says “I’m unwilling for you to remain in your condition and I’ll help you find the way out”.
Every time you choose and choose right, your confidence grows. Your expectations change. The length of time it takes to overcome is directly based on proven character. When we glory in tribulation, it develops perseverance and patience. Proven character turns into hope, and if you’re not absolute, you can’t have hope. Once you make the decision, grace comes alive and when you face situations you won’t waiver.
In good times, anyone can succeed. In difficult times, you need to hear the specific word from God for today. People that thrive listen to their hearts. Man gave up the connection to God in order to judge evil from good. The definition of good is being in harmony with God. Every opinion, every thought, and every action and behavior is a choice to be in harmony with God’s truth.
When you dream, your subconscious is processing what you were unwilling to process in your conscious mind. Every time you make a decision you are exercising authority in life. When you have integrity and proven character you will stay the same, even under pressure. Circumstances do not rule you. Hold fast to the Word of God, trust God, and then we go through you will have resilience. When you have proven character through experience, and it’s not just theoretical, your confidence is fortified.
Everything we want to have happened in our life would be solved with character development. The Holy Spirit can’t lead you to where you don’ t have the integrity to go. If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good of the land! Willingness opens your ears. Having a teachable cannot be taught, it’s your decision. If you develop your character and integrity, you will want to let go of what hinders you.
Anywhere I have a lack of character, I will cause conflict with people and attract distractions and difficulties. Being able to stand up under pressure and not give up without wavering establishes righteousness. Proven character happens when you have walked through difficulties without wavering or compromise. It is established when you don’t surrender the foundation of who you are and refuse to take the shortcut. This is true to the righteousness of God and this produces hope. This hope will keep you from ever being disappointed or ashamed.
God has one purpose, to bring us into loving relationships and live a quality life that is simply contagious. The discipleship journey is all about developing personal character to carry out this mission. The moment we yield to the Holy Spirit to personally hear, the closer we get to new beginnings and developing character that prepares us to sustain joy and peace even when our back is against the wall.
Getting to a place of peace and contentment is our journey, and laboring to a place of rest is the process that takes us to the place of trusting God. The world labors to possess power and riches in attempts to dominate and acquire. We labor to the place of rest! We never need to force or manipulate. If your beliefs aren’t taking you to rest, they are not taking you to the heart of God.
When you are content, you are ready to move forward to new levels of prosperity and promise. You will be immune from blocks of discouragement or confusion in your heart and you will see opportunities every moment. Contentment is a process in which you come out completely satisfied and not looking for anything. You are grateful and behold the abundance that surrounds you. You focus on that which you have, instead of what you don’t have. You are protected from destruction and your heart is full of peace.
There isn’t a problem with wealth, but it’s when we trust in wealth. God richly provides everything for our enjoyment, to benefit our lives and edify our experiences. Seeing him as our source causes us to celebrate in Him! Let’s allow our true wealth to be our character established in God. Let’s be like God, in our generosity.
We tend to reduce our view of God to match our fears, instead of matching our fears to the view of God. Our circumstances and beliefs have limited our perception, and it is time to recover sight and receive a heavenly perspective. As we follow God’s process for wealth and success, we keep our motives intact and guard our hearts. The greatest antidote to greed is generosity!
People who can’t hear God’s voice in their hearts won’t be able to navigate in hard times. When you navigate success from your heart, you are not limited to the economic forecast. What you value is your treasure, and your own definition of success is a revealer of what is most important to you. As we incorporate wisdom, we persuade our hearts: “God wants me to prosper. I’m going to bring value to everyone involved so that there is always a win-win. Hearing God’s voice results in an intimate exchange of how to apply the absolute word of god to your life, so that you can navigate all the treachery in the world.
How do I collapse all the possibilities into one probability that will come to pass? All outcomes and all probabilities exist in the subatomic unseen substructure. God does not change, but the variable is “what you believe in your heart”. Trusting the absolute of God is what collapses you into His promises and experience His very best. As your heart is steadfast in God and faithful to the covenant, you will not fall into variables.
If you are trying to define everything, you can’t interact with the invisible. The important quest isn’t to understand what is happening, but rather ask ourselves, “Do I know how to respond to what is happening”? This isn’t a formula but rather a potential tool to use along your journey of life. If we were all given a hammer and a box of nails and released into the woods to create something, we would all come out with something different. Our role is to represent God and trust what He has taught us about creation and continue to sustain this world in the likeness and image of God.
When we seek to determine whether something is sacred or secular we create a dichotomy that eliminates the rhythm of heaven. It is the heart and intentions of the heart that determines whether it is evil or good. We are not experiencing salvation if we aren’t experiencing abundant life, so repentance is all about changing your mind about God. The journey of being a disciple is about Lordship, and there is no salvation apart from this.
If you want to experience something that is impossible, become very comfortable with the invisible. Learn to perceive what cannot be seen. God created the heavens with sub-atomic energies. They were all here before the matter was created. Faith is not creating something out of nothing. We think of faith as dealing with the non-existent. God has already created the field, and within that field/heavens/space there are invisible energies that you can’t see or measure. God still dwells outside of space and matter, but Jesus came inside space and matter to show us how we could function.
We are co-creators with God and having faith is experiencing the end from the beginning. You can’t experience something that is happening in front of you beyond your conception of it. Our experience is not based on the visible, but the invisible. The difference between “imaginary” and “invisible” is: The invisible is that which God has already created that cannot be seen with our naked eye; Imaginary is something we create in our mind that is incongruent with God’s opinion. The definition of rest is resolving your unbelief and trusting God. It is then that you can live life by his power and not your own.
Sin isn’t just about behavior, but any beliefs we hand on to that aren’t in agreement with who God says he is. All desires begin with a pure and God-given hope, but when we try and get our desires fulfilled through the world system (greed and selfishness) that’s when we get into trouble. It’s impossible to experience utopia within the world system, paradise will only happen within you and your heart.
It is within our true nature to win, and this is a God-given gift to motivate our desires to good things! However in the world system, somebody has to lose, and this is not the way of God’s Kingdom. Our entire lives, we are learning the world system with its processes and values, and we are taught to trust these systems. The person who wants to move fro possible to probable is intentional with every belief in their heart, moving from the world system to the nature of God and His Kingdom. Our warfare is in our minds and with the world system.
Understanding the overlapping realities of heaven and earth helps us perceive the unseen world. The more we navigate the unseen, the more it will become probable bringing us to the place of certainty. When we believe God to do something for us (and pray) we presume the answer has to be manifested in our earthly realm. Our perspective and perception are limited. God is dwelling outside of time, asking us to trust him because He says, “Before you even ask, I will answer.”
Entire life we have been taught to look at the circumstances to make decisions. Effective spiritual functionality happens through seeing the unseen world. The things of this world are temporary. The unseen is eternal. Navigating the unseen starts with realizing that all the things God did started with the Law of the Seed. When we look at something, that becomes our personal filter that changes our perception. It’s not your eye that defines what you see, but rather your brain and heart interprets what you seen. Once we create a belief, that is all we see.
People tend to build skyscrapers on mud puddles unaware of how good they have it, and how good they could have it. God has already answered every prayer you will ever pray and provided everything you will ever need when you use the authority Jesus taught. The answer is already there! Why don’t we experience it? We don’t enter promises because of our unbelief. We have faith in other things… things that don’t work out. Our “bad faith” becomes the limiter and restrictor. Your journey isn’t meant to be hard!
Every person comes into this world with a sense of uniqueness and wanting to do something to fulfill a purpose. You’re going to be driven to what you think your purpose is. It’s important to distinguish your gifting from your goal and ask yourself, what makes me feel significant? Instead of doing busy work, we need to pick the task that is natural and avoid a false sense of accomplishment. Move towards your true intention and define success as your journey. Being “who you are” satisfies and the best things in life are often those you didn’t plan.
To pursue God and yet refuse to pursue His process is not, in essence, pursuing God at all! Your first realization of dysfunction is when something annoys you or makes you uncomfortable. There is Internal resistance to being less than what you are or being more than what you are. This becomes your choice. If you choose destruction, you will accept your situation as normal and take the quantum leap that locks you into your negative sense of self. Choose freedom and start thinking differently, embrace new ideas with God’s promises and start living in new opportunities!
The process of faith and persuading your heart works for both the negative and the positive! Whatever you fix your heart on, is where you will remain steadfast. Remembering is a form of meditation, that God has been with you and He is faithful. We make our situations good or evil depending on how we relate to them or use them. The same process that destroys us, is the very same process that repurposes our circumstances to our benefit.
To him who has ears to hear, let him hear! As you make “hearing” your way of life, you develop obedience to respond to what you are sensing in your heart. There is a unique plan for your life that is personal and based on your sense of identity. Instead of doing something to become something (change) Be the real you, identified by the life of Jesus and that will lead to doing (transformation). As you look at your life story, even in the negative parts, invite God to help you see through His eyes, and let go of regret.
There is a reason why most believers experience the occasional miracle but not the life of constant promise. Trusting and knowing the person we are following is what brings peace and allows us to make wise and wonderful decisions at the moment.
Instead of waiting for the perfect circumstances to follow your destiny, living life to the fullest right now is the true definition of success. Developing yourself by starting where you are is the secret to contentment. If you seek prosperity without developing generosity it can lead to destruction. If we want the blessings of God without the trouble, we can’t ignore the biblical principles! What would you do if you had no debt, and double your income? Your answer will reveal some amazing possibilities!
It seems that as believers we are trained to try really hard to work at things that aren’t even working. We all resist change! What we have decided, we convince ourselves, and then find evidence. Let’s tear down and root out our beliefs of lack so that we can plant new seeds. We can choose a quality of life that makes us, and everyone around us appreciates God and His goodness. Read every scripture again with a repentant heart and become comfortable with prosperity and complete peace in your heart.
The emotions, attitudes, and intention that is driving your life will continue to increase and you will receive more of the same. Let’s become more aware of Jesus and less obsessed with the path! Guard your heart vigilantly and be continually aware of the Lord. Pursuing His love and life protects our heart, and this happens in biblical meditation. We persuade our hearts and ponder God’s truth until it becomes our experience. Suddenly it is believable, and faith makes it happen.
Your life philosophy is based on how you choose to see. The majority of people only operate in authority when they are in crisis. Resulting in pain, crisis, and conflict driving their life. Kingdom's perspective lives in a state of trusting God and listening to your heart. Your current “thought life” has brought you to where you are today, yet with that same reasoning we attempt to produce different results, and it will never work.
All outward behavior is an expression from the heart. If something doesn’t change your behavior, then it isn’t really in your heart. When something happens that is “less than” the promise that Jesus has for you, the best approach is to assess and ask, “Based on God’s Word, is this legal?” Then reconcile and say, “Surrender to the will of God!” Faith is expressed through having a mental picture, deciding what words you are going to use, and then receiving provision and prosperity. It has been legally settled in heaven.
Your mind won’t let you see the truth if you’ve already decided. Your heart leads you to circumstances that are designed to validate what you believe about yourself, whether good or bad. Many believers don’t have their own experience with God and try to duplicate what they see others do on the outside. Without the inner experience, we are not connected to our heart, or to faith.
Jesus has delegated complete authority to man. Every human can do what he did and more if they believe who they are in him. Sin is when we perceive ourselves as less than what we are. Whatever is illegal in heaven, you can declare it as illegal! When hurtful words and events cut you to the core, you can make the choice to feel depressed, or you can choose not to let it bother you. Identity won’t be from anywhere else. “It is my intention that I declare His glory through every word, action, and thought.
Unbelief has robbed us from everything that Jesus made possible for us to experience here on earth. I will act within the scope of what has been delegated to me. Do you have the confidence to speak to what is illegal and say no? With delegated authority, what you say with intention always comes to pass. With Jesus as your Lord, you are always willing to make the choice to be in harmony with God. After you decide you can persuade your heart and have personal experiences following the rhythm of heaven.
We subconsciously establish goals in our hearts without knowing it. Jesus taught us how to live in the kingdom of heaven here on earth as a disciple. And a disciple builds his life on the teachings and modeling of Jesus. All destruction is the result of wrong choices. God says I’ll show you how to have paradise all the time. If you trust me, your life will be harmonious with heaven.
We have already inherited Canaan: Our promise land, our heaven on earth. Every single day we have a new opportunity to choose life or death, and choosing life and God’s goodness is the key to our inheritance. He asks us to die to who we think we are outside of Jesus because that person is dead! When we think we are still “that person”, we will continue to live the life of “that person” and miss the abundant life of Jesus. Transformation doesn’t come by information, but by revelation. To the degree is see God as He is, to that degree I am transformed into his likeness.
God’s greatest manifestation of power is His goodness and mercy. Experiencing the goodness of God transformed Moses into a compassionate man. A selfish person looks at the compassion of God for the benefit it brings them. They use compassion to justify bad behavior. When you feel most frustrated, that’s when you’ve reached the pivotal point in any situation or relationship. Turning from frustration to compassion demonstrates patience and trust that God is always good. God doesn’t test through sickness or hardship, rather He makes a promise, and our part is to trust the process, and refuse to control the outcome. We cannot control the people around us, but we can always receive the generous compassion of God, where He wraps us up and holds us close.
In any conflict or challenge, instead of the problem controlling you, you are allowed to change. Instead of being reactionary, you have been given the “fulcrum” which is the option of deciding where you will place your trust. This is the key that will transform your life, for when you keep God’s perspective you always win. Once you truly believe how good God is, you are only compatible with heaven and the resources of His Kingdom.
Divine design watches over us, and understanding protects us. The degree of our understanding is dependent on how much we truly believe that God is good. A demonstration of God’s power through a miracle won’t necessarily change our character, but believing His goodness opens our heart to receive His nurturing compassion through any of life’s challenges.
What are you most aware of? If we live each day acutely tuned in and aware of the outward circumstances, we will lose our ability to be thankful. As soon as something goes wrong, we will question. However, if we maintain an awareness of God’s goodness, we enter our heavenly existence by noticing Him and being thankful. This doesn’t erase the past, but neutralizes the effects of the past and turns the curse into a blessing.
The one thing that characterizes us to be like God, created in His image, is the freedom of choice. We get to change the quality of our life by making great decisions. We can’t allow circumstances, or intellectual evaluations or need to drive our decisions, but rather experiencing God’s peace. If we are blaming God or disappointed with him in any way, it reveals that we don’t truly trust Him to be who He said He is. You can only trust someone who you know loves you and won’t hurt you.
God does not take His own name in vain. In other words, because His name Jehovah Shalom means “The God of all Peace”, He can’t say “I am the God of peace but I am sending you a storm”. As Jehovah Jireh the Provider, He can’t say, “I am the God of provision, but I am allowing you to live with less and not enough.” God is always good, and He doesn’t change, but people’s experience with Him changes. In this episode, we take a close look at our belief systems.
When something in life goes wrong, your stability is determined by the beliefs of your heart. Your reaction is an indicator of whether you truly believe that God is good. Knowing God and having the mindset and foundation that you never lose. You always win. You are victorious. There is no battle you will lose. These heart beliefs establish your readiness of mind to have a “first reaction” based on the true nature and character of God.
The stability and strategy in ancient warfare are to maintain footing. In a believer’s life, the readiness of mind is being prepared and established in the gospel of peace… that is our footing! A winner is determined within the first 5-30 seconds of a fight because the one who hesitates will likely lose. Our instant reaction in any situation determines the likely outcome. Knowing your dignity and worth develops your readiness of mind.
Spiritual warfare could be better defined as “thoughts and emotions” warfare because our authority over our mind and imagination is where the fight for righteousness, peace, and joy is won. Each garment of the armor of God is an internal decision that we make. As our feet are “shod with the readiness of mind” it gives us “footing” to be prepared for any earthly circumstance that attempts to derail us.
The quality of your life is determined by the degree to which your heart embraces righteousness. God’s righteousness is encoded in creation. Righteousness is a spiritual eternal reality which can never be intellectually explained but is realized when we are at one with God. We are called to surrender to everything that is harmony with the identity and name of God. The result is you are calm whenever there is a storm. You are full of worth even when you fail.
Our logical minds seek to apply “cause and effect” to our faith journey in attempts to make things happen. Harmonizing with God is a “heart journey” that involves surrendering to everything that represents His nature and character. Force is a false substitute for authority. Instead of force (the intensity in which you do something), we can rest in God knowing our authority.
The only source of good seeds are the words that Jesus said. It’s surprising to think about what we believe because we have heard it our whole life. In this episode, Jim challenges us to take a close look at our beliefs and align them to the word of God, making sure they are in agreement with what Jesus said and what he accomplished through his life, death, and resurrection. The pathway to a quality of life is the pathway of righteousness.
Good seed is the Word that will keep you in harmony with God and aligns with Jesus’ teaching. If we aren’t following everything that Jesus taught, and choosing our own opinion to “leave that out, it’s kind of offensive to my lifestyle” we won’t have righteousness, peace, and joy. We might be Christians, but it reveals that we have chosen not to be in harmony with God.
We can’t create the world we want until we understand the law of the seed. The world system deceives us into thinking that more and more knowledge will get us what we want, but the truth is we will reap what we sow, and understanding the law of the seed will give us harmony with others, harmony with God and harmony with the world.
Living in the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth simply means we have access to all the resources that have been provided by what Jesus did for us. As we have harmony with God, we access health, wealth, peace and joy. Jesus teaches us how to abide in this realm by making choices from faith and intention which are complementary opposites. We don’t grow because we understand, but rather we understand because we trust God.
The silent killer of a believer’s life is indecision. The illusion is: I feel safe because I’m not making decisions. If your life isn’t working, it’s because you are being driven by life’s circumstances. Life is always moving and happening, and it is either getting better or worse moment by moment. If you don’t know what to do, do what you DO know to do. Every decision you make is driven by a belief.
Whenever obligation is our driving force, we are acting out of a feeling of lack. Obligation can offer some relief, but will never bring true joy. When we switch our reason for doing something, opting for reasons of love and wisdom and peace, suddenly new motivation energizes our responsibilities! In this episode, we are encouraged to stop living from the places of “I should, I ought to, and I need to” and choose to make the choice of “wanting to” and establishing the reason why!
In the garden of Eden, man had the power to turn a world of paradise into a world of chaos with one simple feeling: lack. Whenever we feel lack and accept it as real, our heart will begin to recognize and notice every hint of it, and actually block the blessings and promises of the Kingdom of Heaven. Co-dependency can grip us as soon as we starting feeling like “I’m not who God says I am”. This episode discusses the difference between an aggressive co-dependent and a passive co-dependent and the power we have within our mind and thoughts to agree with heaven.
The polar opposite of personal responsibility is co-dependency, that is, depending on someone else to do what only you can do yourself. Typical language of one who is co-dependent says: “Everyone around me needs to change”, “I don’t want character, I want a miracle”. The remedy is connecting with the love of God, so we will no longer use people to meet our need, but rather know and receive all the promises and attributes freely given to us by God.
Learning to listen to God is a lifelong journey that develops as you continually hear and obey. Those who truly believe will keep seeking! People who lose hope have simply stopped envisioning “as it should be”. If you are not pursuing the manifestation of God’s promises in your life, it is simply evidence that the truth you’re hearing means nothing. You are the only one that has authority over your world and over yourself, and this episode inspires you to embrace that personal responsibility!
If we want to live heaven on earth, we have to make choices and take a close look at the fruit of our lives. If things aren’t going as they should, there could be a lot of reasons. Either we are not sowing the right seed, or we keep sowing bad seeds that are choking out the good. Jesus marvelled at the greatest faith in all of Israel when he met the centurion father asking prayer for his daughter. What a compliment! When we understand delegated authority, we have freedom and responsibility to take action that is harmonious with the goals and intentions of the person who sent you. We have to rule our personal lives to create heaven on earth and make choices to have harmony with God.
God’s favor flows naturally on our lives as we live in the Kingdom of God. Our personal responsibility allows us to choose wisely to dwell and abide within the safe place of His boundaries. In the Kingdom we use wisdom and integrity…we don’t lie, cheat or manipulate. We follow God’s instruction to walk in love and treat people in a godly way. Living in this place, following God’s lead brings us to a place of rest and freedom. There is a realm available in this lifetime where you are no longer fighting off the enemy simply because your borders are intact and you can live safely in the abundance of God’s promises.
Living in the Kingdom of God is a series of initiations, which is when we face obstacles with a repentant heart, our faith is increased, we grow in character and we see through God’s perception in a clearer way. We get stuck when we avoid the process, gain knowledge and information and keep pursuing promises, but ignore pursuing the Kingdom, which is how we live and how we make choices according to how it is set up. God’s perception and protection doesn’t do any good if we don’t change how we are thinking and make a course correction.
If we don’t understand the Kingdom, we will never understand how to pray “Thy Kingdom Come…” Every kingdom has a king, and to participate in the resources, you have to surrender to the laws of that kingdom. Through the parables, Jesus demonstrates and teaches the kinds of attitudes that will keep us on the path, give us clarity for the way to live and have His perception to see and understand. When we are willing to listen, he can always reroute us and keep us in intimate relationship where we are protected and receive all the benefits of living in the Kingdom.
The more we understand how faith and miracles work, the easier it is to trust God and experience God at work in a way that is personal and customized for our walk with Jesus. The law of faith supersedes almost every other law. When it comes to miracles, there is a temptation to discount them, as soon as they can be explained. When we explore quantum science, we understand we are in interplay with the universe and the world around us is becoming what we believe and expect it to become. Jesus used parables to describe the Kingdom of God and our invitation for miracles to become our reality!
Jesus has done and provided everything we need to live heaven on earth. It is His will for us to experience complete peace and provision in every area of our lives, the only thing left to do is to make the choice. The mystery of the kingdom is revealed by a series of initiations. As we journey through life, when challenges arise and we accept them, we apply God’s promises and fully incorporate His hope and love into our hearts making us capable of taking the next step of faith.
Whose report will you believe? And what choice will you make to clearly establish God’s Kingdom in your life? As you focus on what you “do” have instead of what you “don’t” have…when you think about what you “do” know instead of what you “don’t” know, you enter into the realm or portal of seeing from God’s perspective. You are given an opportunity to choose what kind of vessel you will be to display and contain God’s presence. As a vessel of honor, you make the decision to passionately pursue Him. The only thing that God clearly says to do with your entire heart, with all of your attention, with all of your mind and strength…is to love God and love others. He is your one thing. He is your highest goal. When He is your priority, you will never be in darkness. You will never have to wonder if you’re in His will. You are walking in His light.
Responsibility is simply the ability to respond. You can only take personal responsibility over that which you have authority. You only have authority over yourself…not the ones you love. When you feel justified to carry an offense against another, eventually you create a pathway to being a bitter person and become an offense magnet – you attract more and more offenses! Make the decision to be the disciple of Jesus who is filled with righteousness peace and joy. The character traits and nature of God are yours, and you are free to truly walk in love!
Because of Christ in us, we have all the power necessary to send away offenses, and live free of resentment and bitterness. What a beautiful life of freedom that is! Even though it feels like the offense is a result of what another person did or said, it is actually our own judgement that creates it. Waiting for that person to admit their wrong, apologize and feel remorse rarely happens to the degree you hope it would, and creates misery and frustration. Scriptures instruct us to “Lay aside every weight that keeps us from running the race”. There is a clear distinction between the peace of the world and the peace of God.

Stress enters through iniquity, which is the rejection of God’s morals and values.
