Can you spot a red flag in friendships ? This week we’re diving into some noticeable red flags within friendships and why it’s important to recognize who you’re connected to and calling , “friend”. Some people don’t like you but, want to be connected while others like you but don’t value you ! You’ve got to have a standard for what you accept because our friends are a reflection of how we feel about ourselves and a true friend , “sticks closer than a brother”. (Proverbs 18:25)
This week we’re talking about a big word : Accountability! You cant become everything God created you to be if you’re not taking the time to be responsible in your decision making ! It’s so important we learn not to take for granted the fact we’re created to evolve and grow ! What happened to you in the past is not your fault , but it’s now you’re responsibility to hold yourself accountable to growth ! It’s necessary 💐
This week’s episode takes us deep into the big word , “rejection” ! Man , I know this word all too well and unfortunately sometimes we take the rejection others have given us and think we’re unworthy of being loved , or anything because those people lacked the capacity to love us or make room for us . It’s not fair for me to allow my hurt to allow me to hurt myself by self rejecting ! We’re no longer bound to rejection because I am worthy of being loved , even Jesus thinks I’m to die for ! This week’s episode dives into the journey of being single . I can be single and worthy , single and not cursed , single and trusting in God’s promise , single and happy , single and not a fool … let’s be fr , being single isn’t always sunshine and rainbows especially when you have the desire to be in covenant with someone ! The issue lies in when we make having a partner an idol over becoming what God has called us to be . Could it be that right now isn’t the time or do you really feel like you’re single and doomed to be alone forever ? Make sure you tap into this week’s episode because yes I’m single , and ?
This week we touch in the topic of compassion and get real raw with the truth of what we experience . Sometimes we can get so caught up in our “good” that we forget what it’s like to walk a mile in someone else’s shoes ! Compassion not only helps us relate to one another but allows us access to allow someone to learn from our mistakes at their own pace and rate the same way we give ourselves grace as we evolved . Grace is the page of the race & compassion has its hands all in it ! Do you see yourself the way God sees you ? I’ll admit sometimes I don’t . I will add a trigger warning to this episode and mention that addiction is talked about , but, let’s remember you don’t have to keep falling into the same pattern . You can make the choice to move forward . Will it be easy , no ! Will it be worth it? I’m sure if it! It’s time to make a choice on if you become the best version of yourself or stay the same ; both are hard . 🤞🏾
Today’s episode talks about Hearing versus Listening . Are you someone that hears what is said or instructed but decides to do your own thing and end up with a sea of what could’ve been avoidable consequences or are you someone who listens and takes the time to learn the lesson attached to what’s being taught ? Everyday God gives a choice of what we will do . Will we listen and stay focused on becoming all we’ve been created to be or would you rather hear and do nothing ? Ultimately, the choices we make our ours to live with . I’ve been guilty of not listening and man , do I wish I would have ! Let this episode serve as a guiding light to listen the first time ! We’ve got major things to accomplish and obedience is waaaay better than sacrifice .

Today I want to challenge your denotation (understanding or definition) of the words Truth and Facts ! See just because something may be a fact, doesn’t mean it’s the Truth ! What are you running from ? Is it your purpose or your calling ? Do you think you could face the fear and keep moving forward knowing God has a plan for you ? I challenge you to access the root of your why and move forward knowing that you were made for this and nothing , not even yourself , can stop you from receiving what’s meant for you! It’s time to stop running !
You ever been waiting for your package to come in the mail ? You’ve been tracking the passage all day and it says it should be in by 3:47pm and you’re sweating it out ! That’s called expectancy. God wants us to understand U.P.S. (Understanding Purpose Suddenly), but we have to have a heart and mind of expectancy in-spite of what it looks like !
There are 3 stages of becoming everything we’ve been destined to be : Nothing (where it seems like nothing is happening or we’re just a waste of space) Anything (where we began to understand that the possibilities are endless on what we can become) Something (becoming the very thing(s) God created us to be in our purpose). This week I dare you to look at your circumstance and see the endless possibilities of all you’ve been created to be !!
Just like the uniqueness of a diamond, you are rare. Just like a fingerprint , no two are alike and that’s what makes you special . The market isn’t over saturated because it will always need a “YOU”. This week I challenge you to allow yourself to embrace your rareness and God-given assignment ! You’re made to function at your best ability !
Reflection means that we look at ourselves through the lenses of who God is calling to be versus the lenses of our own physicality. My prayer for you this week is that you would S(something) E(everyone) E(experiences) to S(Strategically) E(everything) E(explained).

This week we're stepping into understanding why the process is important. The lessons you lean in valley will definitely help understand the magnitude of the mountain top.
God is inviting us to SEE (S.trategically E.verything E.xplained). In understanding who we are, we start to discern who other people have become and in that understanding it is important to note that as we're healing and becoming healed, seeing involves having enough compassion to know that the Where, Why, What, and When is coming in this process, but first, the exposing of the heart.
Who's the real you? You know who is the one when you take off the mask that you've been wearing at work, or with your friends, or even with yourself? Can you look in the mirror and see all of you past the hurt and trauma? God can because he is not looking to love us when we become, but rather, he is wanting to meet us where we are at.We are not beyond repair and if we allow God to fix us instead of trying to release our problems into "the air", we can truly experience healing. "The exposing of the heart is the exposing of the real you." So again, I ask, Who is The Real You?
What are believing God to do for you in this season? We have to be intentional about the seeds we plant and have our desires match what God is wanting for us if we really want to have a purposeful and impactful life. Not everybody wants to experience this, but for those of us who do, God is doing something new and that involves taking us from seed to full bloom, but only if our desires match the calling! You're chosen for greater; get aligned with that!
There have been plenty of times where I have felt that I am not deserving of every Good, God-Thing, that comes my way based on decisions I've made and how other shave treated me in the past, but today I am here o remind you of what God says, "YOU ARE DESERVING BECAUSE I CHOSE YOU". The hardest pill to swallow is that sometimes what we have been taught is not the truth, but a lie meant to destroy our faith and progress, but YOU ARE WORTHY and God made you with purpose and knew you could get through what you've gone through. I love you.
When you recognize and understand your value and worth , you’ll be able to set boundaries and not allow temptations to throw you backwards but spring you forward . Who you are created to be is not held to who you use to be or what you use to do and temptations only comes to test your growth’s authenticity . Are you up for the test ? (1 Corinthians 10:13)
The humbling experience allows us to recognize that there are things that must happen to shape and mold us into exactly who we’re meant and called to be ! It’s not punishment but preparation.
If you’ve made it this far , you’re coming out of transition transformed ! You have been dedicated to your healing , to understanding who God has called you to be , and you have been determined to BECOME by becoming who you were created to be . I’m so proud of you for not giving up , and in the season finale of this episode we’ll dig into the importance of letting yourself be !
Unlearning is the process of discovering God’s truth for our lives . It’s not always easy to admit that what we often think of ourselves or internalize from others as facts , is really not . The truth is you are loved , valued , and important. Can you step into that ? If you have to move yourself out of the way , so be it .
God is not an, “I told you so” , type of God , rather he is a comforter that has sent us someone , The Holy Spirit , our intuition , to guide us . Can you trust God enough to trust yourself enough to listen to the warning ? I challenge you to trust , and listen the first time , so you can avoid the unnecessary bumps on the road ! I love you.
The journey is not easy when dealing with your feelings. You are entitled to your feelings, and they are valid , but they are not always facts. The truth of the matter is your feelings cannot dictate the rest of your life. Your feelings help you understand the process of what you’re going through !
If you’re like me , in a season where you have no earthly idea what you’re doing but you believe that it’s going to work out , then remember , You will come out of the Fire refined with no evidence except that God kept you and you will come out of this transition changed.
There is an arrangement in assignment. Can you risk your comfortability to get to what God has for you ? Transition often happens in the dark where we can’t see the next step , but, will you trust that there’s an assignment in this arrangement?
God wants to give us bigger and better but are we asking for what we need and specifically and strategically seeking as we should ? I challenge you to have BIG faith because we serve a BIG God !
What’s holding you back ? Is it fear, past failures , the future ? Whatever it is , this week I challenge you to evaluate what it is and tell that mountain to MOVE ! God got your back !

Sometimes we end up in a pit and it looks like there is no way out . Suicide affects more people than you know and a little kindness goes a long way . Do t be afraid to stand in the gap for someone you love by reminding them they’re not alone . God heard those cries and he’s going to turn it around . Bipolar Disorder is mental illness that affects more than 3 million people. There is no cure , but with people who care about the person that has been diagnosed , we can eliminate the stigma associated with people who have it ! Isaiah 41:10 , “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand”!
Anxiety is real . Just like shaking a bottle of soda up , we all have our moments where the pressure is too much but , there is help ! You’re not alone in this !
Depression is real and that’s the truth . How you feel is valid and it’s important but that’s also valid is the truth that you WILL press on out of this ! But are you willing to put in the work to keep going , even when you feel like giving up ?
Season 3 of The Reminder will talk about redefining mental illness and understanding that what you went through is apart of your story , your testimony to help someone else . It’s time to Put That Something Down and let God handle it !

Heal- to cause (action) to become (process) sound (mind) and healthy (all parts of who you are) again ! Trust that God will make you into everything you’re called to be , but first , you must go through the process of healing.
A butterfly goes through a strenuous process from unbecoming the caterpillar to become the butterfly 🦋 it’s time to evolve and yes it’s painful but that pain is being turned into purpose ! Believe that ✨

My sister spoke these words to me , “No Cross, No Crown” and it hit me like a ton of bricks. When I gave God my yes , Is sled for God to make me more like Jesus and he went through even death to bring God glory. What will your life reveal ? Can you go to go through ? You are stronger than you think ! Keep going !
Some people in your life are seasonal and that’s okay . Understand that there is lesson for you attached to each L.O.S.S. And grow from God’s guidance !
You are the key to unlock the door ! You are being made , you are coded with what you need to open doors and opportunities that are made specifically for you ! I believe in you , time to run !

Just like a diamond , there are certain processes you have to go through to become unbreakable. James 1:2-4 reminds us that God is producing something so extraordinary . Hang in there , Champ.
You are either prepared for the season or getting prepared ! God will never leave you how he found you and you can be confident , you will come out on the other side victorious ! Time to fight !
“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” 2 Corinthians 4:17-18 NKJV The test is Necessary to build our faith and expose us to what we need to work on . We can trust God will never put more on us than we can bare.
You have been prepared . The storm is meant to make you , not break you . Just like elastic , the further you are pulled back , the greater the impact ! Romans 8:28 !
Romans 7:15-25. You’re not perfect , but you can be progressing . You are not bound to your mistakes , but you are responsible for the lesson that needs to be learned !
God gives us the ability to make a choice .. the consequences can either be good or bad . Take your pick , but remember intentions drive purpose and a purpose aligned with God takes us asking questions and surrendering our will to his .
I know God is still working when I feel the sun on my skin .. the storm is not meant to break me , but to refurbish and make me !
Matthew 17:20 : “So Jesus said to them, “if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”
You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you ! Trust and believe in yourself . Competition is inspiration not comparison , remember that .
The enemy attack on you is not against you but against what God has placed inside of you . The battle is The Lord’s . Trust that God will work it out just like he had before ! You got this !
Healing is a process . When we activate God’s Word , we activate the light that is inside of us ! Romans 8:28 - “All things work together for the good that Love God and are called according to his purpose”
It’s time to confront the things that are holding you back ! God has a plan for you but you must be receptive , obedient , and available ! It’s your season to elevate !
During these times , it’s so easy to get caught up in the chaos that is going on , but God is still in control ! Allow yourself to elevate ; work on your craft , stay afloat in the word of God and remember this too, shall pass!
Your Story is Important . You are not bound to the test that happens within your testimony . God has not given you a spirit of fear , so, stop holding back ; you never know who you might help !
You are in a season of preparation , literally, inside this cocoon being transformed . Where you are is NOT your final destination ! Keep Going , Butterfly! 🦋
Who You Are right now is exactly who you’re suppose to be . Keep growing , keep evolving , and keep allowing God to make your paths straight . There is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus to keep moving forward knowing you are forgiven !
You matter ! You’re needed here and God strategically placed you here for a reason . Your story is going to be used to help so many people ! You’re too close to the breakthrough to give up , so remember who you are and KEEP GOING ! The fact is , you matter !

Compatibility is something we all want , but, sometimes , it just isn’t the right time , person, or thing. Rejection is a way to elevate and when you’re great you can start not get greater ! Don’t think too much , evaluate yourself and grow ! 2020 is the year of vision , clarity, and strength , so, step into it !
2019 was a full on roller coaster but, I am so thankful for the experiences I’ve had , the lessons I’ve learned , and the way I’ve grown . 20/20 is the year of clear and perfect vision , I pray we all walk into it with clarity and more reason to evolve !
Whatever you are experiencing or going through , remember it’s seasonal . God is in the business of blessing ,but it requires our faith that things will work out ! It’s important to understand faith and that in order for change to take place we’ve got to move and master the valley on the way to the mountaintop !
We’ve all been given an opportunity to live , but the real choice comes in how we choose to live . L.I.F.E. stands for Learning Information for Eternity , Love Involves Forgiving Everything, and Leaning Into Future Events. The choice is yours 🙌🏾
Are you experiencing loss ? It’s a divine purpose meant to elevate you . It’s a necessary part of life where the pain is a part of the process. Losing is just as important as winning , so, take loss as a learning opportunity simply for salvation !
There’s already enough critics .. stop allowing yourself to fall victim to other people’s perception of who you are ! You are validated already , so do you .. somebody genuine, gone feel it !
Be safe this weekend ! Travel in groups of 2 , 3 , 4 , or more , have a DD, Share your location , and have fun ! It’s homecoming so we UP there !
We’ve all gone through some type of emotional , mental , spiritual , or physical trauma , but I’m here to remind you that you can heal . Embrace that pain , but don’t let that embody you , grow from it ! This is the season of transformation , healing , and evolving ! May God keep you !
Waiting during the process is necessary because the bigger the blessing , the longer the wait, the heavier the weight , and the more you must wait. God promises to supply all our needs but what is required of us is patience , endurance , and thankfulness ! I challenge you to WAIT.
God will never allow you to lose something and not replace it with something better . Losing is about a part of life, the same way that change is inevitable . In every loss , is a lesson . Challenge yourself to find the lesson !
Realistic Expectations and Boundaries go a long way . What you allow is what will be . You have to be in control of what is around you and who is allowed access . Set a goal and go for it ! Love yourself big time !
Who you are says a lot about you ! Are you a quitter , camper, or climber ? My prayer is that even in the midst of depression , anxiety , and anger , you find your purpose and you keep growing and evolving . Anything is possible with a little faith and some work ! Be a climber !
