27 million Americans are currently starting or running a new business. Despite factors such as high student debt and higher cost of living, millennial's are still taking the risk of shedding the 9-5 work life in exchange for becoming their own boss. With any booming industry, I find it important to see if minorities, in this case Black people, are able to have access to reaping the benefits of an industry that claims to be thriving.On this episode, I am sitting down with Black entrepreneurs to talk about some of the positives and negatives of their unique career paths and how they are navigating the industry.
