It took me 34 years to figure out how I was tying my value to the world to the amount of money that I make in my life. Once I read Amanda Steinberg’s book and realized how I was determining my worth to money, something needed to change.

It took a quick mindset change to create a whole outlook on life. Attaching your value to dollars is the most limiting feeling in the world and it was great to get some clarity around this limiting belief.

There is more and more research coming out on the effects of sugar in the system and how bad it actually is for our systems.  I did an experiment over the weekend to see how it affected me and I have to say it sent me in in a bit of spiral. Sugar is in everything and it is our job to pay attention to how it changes our mental game.
