"What Encourages Dad?" Today's Father's Day message attempts to answer that question with four practical points. First, keep the relationship alive. Be the initiator of calls and texts, give him your time, and eat food together. Second, live a productive life with integrity and discipline and control your anger. Third, allow him to be your dad by listening to him, asking him for advice, and thanking him for being your dad. And lastly, show him that you love him with affection, be interested in him, and remember the things that he taught you.
"Jesus The Gateway To Life," today's message for this Easter is What Jesus Did For Us. Jesus took our pain & suffering. Jesus was savaged for our sinful condition, and He was punished for us to have peace. Jesus' trauma brought healing to us. Today Jesus has risen, just as He said.
Today we celebrate Moms. With today's theme being "Moms' Matter." Moms play a critical role in a family. We are literally connected to Mom early on. They make extraordinary sacrifices and are often the emotional backbone. A Mom who follows Jesus wants their son and daughters to have a relationship with God, follow Jesus, and who does the right things. Happy Mother's Day!
Today's theme is "Getting 23 Right." People change when their hurt is enough, so they have to; they see enough, so they are inspired to; they learn enough, so they want to; or they receive enough that they are able to. Today we'll look at principles from Jesus that can help in real practical ways to get 2023 right.
We have a special speaker, David Goldstein, and his theme today is "Calm to My Anxious Heart, With Jesus is in Our Boat." We all know storms will come, and it's easy to fall into old Thinking patterns during them. However, is Jesus going to calm the storm, or will we ride it out together? Remember, faith in Jesus is our shield in life for all our storms.
"Grounded in Jesus" is today's theme for this Easter. We'll look at three main points; what grounded means, cool facts about Jesus, and look at the amazing things Jesus has done for us.
Today’s theme is “Lost & Found & Invited to the Party”. How we see God is the foundation of everything. How do we see God? Is He the shepherd who lost a lamb and seeks that one out? Is He the woman who lost a coin and searches for it? Is He the father who lost a son but then celebrates greatly when he returns? Is He the host of a great wedding that you are invited to? Let us explore how Jesus answers these question.
Today's theme is "Building A Happy New Year." On this last Sunday of 2021, let look at ideas on building a better 2022. Be sure that we know Jesus; learn what He has done for us, and lock in heaven for our future. Be ready and willing to follow Jesus; follow Him no matter the cost and grab hold of His real truth. Be kind and forgiving towards others, even if we don't want to be. Live with hope every day. Know that we have second chances available to us, and remember that we can always make lemonade when we get lemons.
Today's theme is Christmas, "A Rescue Message." Jesus wants to rescue us. Jesus came to save sinners, and He came for lost people. Jesus came to be the light of the world and to show us love on the cross.
