Hi I'm Kim and this is my podcast where I'll be sharing my Journey to Life of someone who has a tendency of making her own life a living hell lol. Oh and I'll also share some of what I do with my work as a Quantum Change Kinesiologist and my work with 'reading colors'. Fascinating stuff π€©π Enjoy my podcast π
You're working on something and decided to do something. Fast forward a few minutes and you're watching YouTube, playing a game on your phone or suddenly finding a million other more important things to do - i.e., distracting yourself. Is this you? Then you may be able to relate to my experience, and may find yourself surprised at the deeper trauma behind such habitual patterns as distraction.
What is 'laziness' really? Underneath the judgment, could it be that laziness is really about much more than what we've always thought it is? In this episode I'm opening up a very interesting dimension of 'laziness' as something that I've personally struggled with for much of my life. To show how in this world, nothing is ever what it seems.
I've always been told that I'm 'introverted'. As though that's just 'who I am'. It's my 'character', my personality, and part of my identity. But I've come to realize that I more accepted this 'label' of being 'an introvert' because I myself didn't understand what causes one to become introverted. AND that introvertedness is not actually the real me π€―π³
In this episode I'm opening up one of the 'finer' programming of the mind. The illusion that 'nothing is real but me'. The experience of being all alone in the whole of existence. Oh what a doozy! Plus also Sharing some effective self-forgiveness that has supported me to 'crack' this programming and set myself free from the illusion. β€οΈπ
Wanting to be the best, the winner, the greatest, is just part of 'human nature'. And it's also based on this belief that we are somehow 'evolving'. But, are we really though? What is real evolution and what should we consider if we really want to 'evolve' as a species and as life on earth? ππΎ
Going deeper into the rabbit hole! π In terms of why it is that 'being judged/criticized for my mistakes' had such a deep impact on me that it caused me to decide to suppress myself and basically give up my life. Just because I felt hurt for being 'judged'! π€¦π€· So getting into more of the actual ROOT of the problem, which again, was never about judgment, but had more to do with how I was defining words π―, go figure!
Sharing a bit of my journey with my arch-nemesis 'self-hate'. In terms of what I've realized and understood about what self-hate is really about. Spoiler: it's not what you'd think π€―
My 'reason' for why I don't express myself has always been that I greatly fear 'losing' things/people, and so fear 'change' in my environment. And I believed that this fear of loss was a survival type thing, yet I never realized that this fear of loss is not actually about 'survival' but more about something entirely different that I simply don't want to give up on. Which in itself has also been hiding quite the illusion I've been lost in. So another fascinating episode in how I made my life a living hell lol π€¦π€·
Seriously though lol. Why is that? Don't lie, you've thought it too π. Certainly a fascinating point to open up in a podcast. You know, if I want anybody to WANT to listen to me lol π€¦π€·π’π¦π¦π¦§π©π¦₯π¦π¦π¦π³ππ±πΈππ
In this episode I'm looking into how I've lived a life of 'lostness'. Of feeling lost and confused, not really present, not really grounded into or connected with reality. Taking this 'mind-programming' apart and realizing how the solution was always so simple, to bring myself out of the mind and into REALITY βοΈ.
In this episode I share my experience and insights into 'the revenge of the ego' and how I've come to realize the importance of redefining and living words to support myself with becoming aware of when my 'ego' is stepping in. So many times I allowed the revenge of the ego to sidetrack me just when I was accessing something real within myself and getting closer to my real self, just because I did not understand the importance of redefining the words I'm living.
In this episode I'm looking into this peculiar pattern of self-deprivation as a point of 'care' for others. Yet, also realizing how misguided this apparent living of 'care' has been and what it really means to live the word CARE π.
In this episode I'm discussing COMPARISON, how is made my life a living hell and how I'm now supporting myself to stop comparing and start embracing my unique self π€π₯°
Here just sharing my introduction and a bit of context to the words 'journey to Life of someone who's made life a living hell for herself'. And specifically how I did everything I could to prevent myself from becoming like certain people in my childhood, yet still ended up becoming JUST LIKE THEM. Just in ways I never bothered to be aware of. Go figure π€·π€¦ππ Enjoy the podcast ππ
