I start with some of the breaks I did while filling in for the weekend shift on Rock 105.3 in San Diego, then moves to my thoughts on Justin Verlander missing the World Series parade to marry Kate Upton, my awkward apology to the head football coach of San Diego State, my love for Baywatch, my disdain for my ex-girlfriend's cat, my inability to sleep in a friends bed, and some really really bad singing I do for a bit on our show.
