Traci has served as an attorney, college administrator, school board member, hospital board trustee, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Equity Officer, policy maker and all around boundary pusher. All of these experiences led her to Colored Conversations where she keeps things interesting by adding depth, breadth...and color to the conversations.
