Learn why it is important to lower our stress levels and why self-care is the KEY. Learn to budget for your self-care and take responsibility for your own well-being. No one can do it for you. Challenge yourself to incorporate at least 3 things this week and see how you feel. There are a ton of options here. Many of them do not cost you a dime. Make yourself the priority for once (even if just for 5 mins).

The month of October is devoted to helping you find new ways of relieving stress.
What ways do you currently relieve stress? Are they truly working for you? Maybe it's time to try something new. This month is all about giving you new ideas to try. Let's start with releasing all that pent up energy and emotions. Move your body and find release. Exercise shouldn't be hard and it definitely should not feel like punishment. Find what feels good. Then schedule it, buy it, do it. Make it intentional. Tips for fitting self-care into a tight schedule are included. Next week we'll discuss fitting them in the budget. Take the time to take care of you. You will never be sorry when you invest in your own wellbeing.
