The story of this episode begins with a fiery conversation about whether a creamy, baked pasta dish that contains non-dairy cheese should be called "mac-n-cheese". Is going plant-based a list of limitations (i.e. things we can't eat) or a journey of exploration (i.e. things we can eat)? Listen in to learn how.
(Editor's correction: 1 cup of cooked kidney beans = 15g of plant-based protein)
