First episode of the year, and first episode of the season!

International Women's Day is celebrated on 8 March every year around the world.  Both of us work in a corporate environment, and it seems like the discussion around women’s achievement is always about their corporate career and achievement. It’s climbing the ladder, making it to the leadership positions, juggling work-life balance in that we are both mothers and moneymakers.

What other women's achievements that our corporate environments have not been able to allow us to celebrate? Are there more than one way we can define success? And does women need to have it all?

This episode is dedicated to all the women who inspire us every day: our mother, AOC, Michelle Obama, Beyonce, Denica Riadini-Flesch of SukkhaCitta (sukkhacitta.com - check them out), and every woman out there who bend over backwards, trying to find their place in the world, make a living, and overall just killing it.

It is the end of the year, and we thought it’s only appropriate that we take stock together - what are the highlights of 2020 for us, including the nicer things that have happened in this dumpster fire of a year.

And yet, we remain hopeful of what 2021 will bring to us. We are keeping ourselves optimistic and discuss the things we look forward to in the coming year.

To say that 2020 has been a challenging a year, will be an understatement.  With all that's been going on in the world, we sat down to have a sisterly chat to ask each other how are we really doing?

In this episode we explore what does it mean by self-care, what do we do to keep our mental health in check and if #selfcare is really all that glamourous?

Sisters: can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em. This episode, we're having a sisters chat about our rivalry going up, and how our relationship has evolved since we were little girls in butterfly clips.

We unpack what it was like growing up with each other, with only 16-month age gap between us and having people compare us against each other... and how, as the years went by, we found ourselves in a healthier, loving relationship with each other.
