Submission for Splice's Terra Naomi - Nothing To Hide remix contest. Completely love these vocals. After experimenting with, and capturing various vox fx treatments and instrument recordings, the arrangement came together in this somewhat alterna trip hoppy electronica mix.

This is a somewhat messy and overlong mix that weaves Lisa’s and SackJo’s vox into what I think of as a non-linear story. I like the interplay of the sentiments from Lisa’s and SackJo’s lyrics. The instrumental parts are from bouts of experimentation that I use to cure writer’s block; this time: used electric guitar found at a sale; generative Max for Live plugins; peculiar pedal bought on ebay; chord changes copped from songwriter workbooks; and so on. Hope you enjoy.
