With this, the 25th episode, the guys debut a brand new format, TJ vs. Awesome, wherein the guys pick sides as to whether or not the one and only Best in the World, CM Punk, will one day return to professional wrestling. Along the way, the guys discuss the continuing evolution of the WWE Women's Division, TJ pitches a new match for All In on September 1st (#TJandAwesomeCouldBeAllin), and Awesome explains how he regularly hunts down the elusive CM Punk on the streets of Chicago. TJ and Awesome have returned from their well-earned, post-WrestleMania hiatus with the fire of a thousand suns! Maybe. Kind of. I don't know, Awesome made me write that. Either way, the World's Greatest Podcast of the World is back to fulfill the wrestling sarcasm void in your life. This go round, the guys wade through a mountain of garbage to rank every single one of Brock Lesnar's matches since his return in 2012. Along the way, they give their thoughts on the Greatest Royal Rumble event, Awesome continues to throw shade at his nemesis, Disco Inferno, and TJ introduces the world to, perhaps, the most disappointing drinking game of all time. The TJ and Awesome show returns with a super-sized episode, just in time for WrestleMania! TJ is back from his ill-advised trek to the wilds of Africa to save the White Rhinos with very disappointing news and is ready to dive in headfirst with the second annual WrestleMania Predictions show! The guys go over all of the approximately 9,000 announced WrestleMania matches, discussing who the think will win and which matches will be the least disappointing. Along the way, they gush over "the best RKO ever", Awesome continues to poke at his nemesis, Disco Inferno, and TJ throws some serious shade at Kid Rock and John Cena's movie career. It's a New Year that now sees TJ and Awesome return from their holiday hiatus with a brand new episode of the World's Greatest Wrestling Podcast of the World! This go around they discuss the Royal Rumble and who they feel the top contenders are, utilizing science to determine their choices! They also debate who will be in the first ever Women's Royal Rumble, as well as trying to decide whether Ronda Rousey will be in the male or female match. TJ continues his unsettling obsession with Ember Moon and Awesome pitches Chris Jericho a new t-shirt design! And, as always, DDP's mullet surprisingly shows up. They go over everything from "Woken/Broken" Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt's burgeoning feud, to what they want to see happen at the Royal Rumble, and try to figure out how to resurrect the King of the Ring tournament, and so much more.
