Our new podcast series is actually a follow on to podcast series 2 titled “How to Write Winning Government Proposals”. In that series we discussed several key elements to building successful proposals, from the importance of Capture and how to gain useful information, how to develop a great proposal strategy, we then moved on to how to build the proposal and finished up with the Review process and how to use these steps in proposal creation effectively.
The next step in the proposal process is submission and that is where I would like to start with this series. The title of our new series is “Post-submission Strategies to Improve Success”. In this series we will focus our attention on what companies and teams should do AFTER the proposal has been submitted and how some dedicated post-writing work could reap significant rewards in future efforts. In our first episode we will try and answer the first question that every company should ask…”Our Proposal has been Submitted, Now What?"
