Our longest episode yet so please excuse our cut at the 2-hour mark. These two films, one a classic and another a newfound classic are films separated by 53 years yet have great similarities. These films also while being foreign to American audiences considering their origins, have so much universality about society.

Our second podcast recorded remotely so it is still quite rough around the edges. If it sounds like I am cutting off Sami or we take forever to respond its because of the recording messed up. Honestly, I recommend listening while on 1.5 speed but whatever floats your boat. I have to have these excuses but once we start recording together audio issues should cease to exist.
Our very First podcast recorded, unfortunately we had many technical issues within the process of recording and uploading, but hopefully, this new rendition of the episode makes the episode sound more streamlined. It's unedited so excuse the pauses and other mishaps. Anyway, glad we can get that out the way. These two films were directed by Trey Edward Shults and they serve as an interesting double feature. We hope you enjoy it.
