S2 Ep 50. We all know the amazing Desert Island Discs Radio 4 show but this one is done in true Dad Tales style. The Dad's try to replicate the historic show but in a way in which only they can.
The Dad's go through each others lives and put music choices to their moments of life as well as choosing each other a luxury item as well as a book each Dad would find useful should they be deserted on an island alone.
There are definitely some questionable music choices here but that shouldn't surprise you really.....

S2 Ep 21. The Dad's are still on a high this week from appearing on this week's Steph's Packed Lunch on Channel 4. Andy had his speaking part cut so he persuaded Leon to recreate the experience - The Oscar can be kept on hold after these guys' acting skills.
The dad's go head to head in a Mastermind quiz style with guest quiz-host - Terrence! Not wanting to give the game away but Terrence is Leon's nephew and Andy claims a bum-deal with the question; some definite favouritism going on - which they completely deny.

If this was a game of Top Trumps Leon would no doubt won due to him doing everything (with bells on) but the Dad’s reminisce on some things they have done together and, WOW!!

It’s almost Christmas and the dad’s are feeling very festive (Andy even wore his Christmas jumper for this one – it must be a Christmas miracle).
This week Leon couldn’t remember what he’d done and that actually had nothing to do with alcohol for once. Andy had trouble with trains but even that didn’t make this weeks plonker of the pod!

S2 Ep 8 The dads are back (and can you believe it, still going strong). This week Leon "grafts" for a full 6 days - in his office with coffee on tap, like Annie said, It's a hard knock life.
I'm not sure what happens here when both dad's start revealing stories about getting things mixed up - it's certainly not like them to do that. fact corner returns with a doozie, and Andy trying to catch Leon out - can he do it or is Leon's sharp whit and good looms just too good?

Ep 62. Being a Dad comes with a lot of love and undoubted frustration. Now that is the case for normal Dad's but Andy and Leon are the exceptions to the rule. there's love for shrimp and Sean Bean as well as frustration from maths, gardening and Leon struggling with the £10 challenge.

Ep 58 - Now if you want to listen to 2 grown men giggling immaturely then this is the episode for you. Leon starts by explaining evolution (or at least tries to - Andy's not the smartest person to explain these things to).
The dads fail to actually get around to this weeks topic and get carried away with outrageous new stories from around the globe. Leon starts with a tech story about a 3rd eye development to help people glued to their phones and Andy backs this up with a tale of an Indian man with a hareem of ladies and a litter of children - ALL living under one roof!!! Ep 52 (Can you believe it) see's the dad's scrap their original plan of talking extra terrestrial life as the kids didn't want to play ball on this one, so in typical Dad Tales fashion, professionalism was maintained and the dad's produced another stunner. The pair, asked the question, "How much support do we give our children to help them succeed?" Things took many an unexpected turn along the way and Leon even made up his own words - nothing new there!! After last weeks live episode Leon's challenge was bowled to Andy and the girls and it has to be said, they smashed it out of the park!! Check out the Instagram and Tik Tok for the finished project. Leon even said he was impressed (3 times) and he's generally not impressed by anything that he can't eat! The dads went Live tonight on Instagram to celebrate their milestone of 50 (+1) because Andy can't count. Discussions with the listeners and lots of interactions with the listeners giving their input.
Leon went 3-0 up in the challenge stakes as his lamp beat Andy's attempt so he's called in the big guns - The girls!!! New challenges have been set and stay tuned for those results.

Episode 49 has the dads asking their kids where they would travel if they had a time machine. Before that fun discussion starts, the dads discuss Leon's birthday and if it's in the future or the past - the confusion doesn't end there!

The dads try and be cool in front of their DIY expert mate in this weeks edition. Rob Fawcett from Raw Home is the guest this week and his amazing beard matches his fantastic DIY skills. Rob talks through his upcycling experiences as well as his current work on TV on BBC 2's Saved and Remade. Inspired (and possibly slightly delusional) the dads decide to go head to head in a "Lamp Challenge". Competing to produce the best functional lamp from something they've found around the home - if both manage to get through without losing fingers we'll all be happy!!
This weeks review is done by Andie who talks through the game Top Trumps. Andy cant manage to get through five minutes without cracking a fart gag either! we really shouldn't expect anything else from him.

Episode 43 has the dads discussing what things they did as children that they wouldn't want their kids doing now. Ep 40 Enters the world of fascination and imagination with the Dads discussing all that is superheroes and superpowers. Leon is definaitly in his element this episode and his excitement is clear for all.
After chatting through their own superheroes they get the kids involved with their own hero's and what their super powers would be.

Ep 38. The dads begin by discussing the weather and Andy thinks its "snow" joke he's not getting the option of building a snowman! This weeks topic is all around finance,and if money is the root of all evil the dads certainly have some work to do to teach their kids the right way. Asking the kids to guess the price of certain objects certainly raised a few eyebrows and some were waaaaaay wide of the mark - although their guesses on how much the dads spend on beer per week wasn't too far wrong! Be prepared for a good rant from Leon surrounding the price of a certain fast food takeaway but its certainly something to listen to - a real ear-opener! The cute levels raise the roof with this weeks review from Noah and Ava and is all about Pokemon! Finally following a National Day this week Andy is shocked at how Leon likes to get involved and the episode ends on a bombshell - make sure you listen to the end!! Episode 21 (Wow!) sees Andy tell a story which will certainly leave the listeners on the edge of their seat. Leon has a confusing time with understanding the meaning of touching elbows! He does redeem himself by becoming surprisingly wise - its only taken 21 episodes to say something profound. It actually scared Andy a bit.

Stu talks through being a step father to 2 boys and a girl and explains the risk of keff-bombing! Stu also explains his attitude towards potential suitors to his step daughter - be afraid men!

Ep. 19. This week the Dads take a coach down memory lane where they remember their school trips and all the excitement that went with them - especially the pack ups!!
This follows reminiscing about pink custard on their school dinners. Leon thinks he may know how he was such a big child - he served the school meals!!
