Isaac told Esau that when he becomes restless he will shake the yoke of his brother from his shoulder.This year becomes restless with the things that are not working out in your life. Get tired and shake them off. There are steps and guides in the word to help you do that; take advantage and do yourself a favor. Become Restless and make your way prosperous.God bless you. Amen.
God says that we should ask and He will answer. We do not need a roundabout road to reach Him; when we pray specifically He hears us and He answers our specific requests.Abraham's servant had a challenging assignment with a high possibility of failure but he prayed for exactly what he wanted and God came through for him This year and beyond be bold and specific with your prayers and see God come through for you. Genesis 21:19 "Then God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water."There was a well of water near Hagar but she was too focused on her internal pain to see the solution that God had provided. When we focus more in our problems than in God's promises we tend to miss out on the opportunities He has provided around us.In this year may the LORD open your eyes to the vast opportunities He has put in place for your total well-being.God bless you. The Bible has every resource we need to live and to grow. It is a living breathing document with the ability to show up for us just when we need it.Make it a habit that you don't break. Read your Bible daily
Lot went with Abram and the Bible records in Genesis 13:5 that he also had flicks and herds. When we follow the right mentors we usually end up becoming like them. In 2024 and beyond fund the right person and follow that person faithfully until you also become.The right association is also one of the prerequisites for success. Find that one person who can mentor you, whose example you can follow till you become like them.May God open your eyes, lead you to that person and grant you the grace to follow faithfully. Amen.
Success, progress and development happen faster when you have people with whom you share a common purpose and "speak a common language"Genesis 11:1-6 tells the story of a people who "spoke" the same language and God said whatever they plan to do will not be impossible for them.In 2024 and beyond fund a group of people with whom you can speak the same language and share common goals for big things.A group at work, in church, within your family; people who you can do great things together with in unity.I pray for you today that in 2024, the grace to build "tower-building" networks will be granted to you. Amen.
We said before that we should keep our eyes closed; closed to everything with potential to make us want to hide from God.Today, I say ,keep your eyes wide open, look and see.God said to Abram in Genesis 13:14-17, "lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are...for all the land you see I give to you."God promises to do exceedingly above our highest imagination but you also have the responsibility to look and see.2024 is a blank slate, fill it with what you want to see and let God have something to work with.God bless you
Genesis 3:6-10. Eve opened her eyes and saw the fruit that seemed good to eat and pleasant to the eyes. She ate and ended up running away from God to hide. It eventually cost them their home and the cushy lifestyle they knew.This year so your best to avoid anything that could make you run away from God. We should be running to Him and not away from Him, so keep your eyes closed to anything that has the capacity to make you want to hide from Him.Happy New Year!
Happy New Year!In order for us to succeed properly this year it is vital that we make the study of God's word a priority.Joshua 1:8 encourages, instructs us to study the word and meditate on it day and night. This is a critical ingredient for our success.In Genesis 1:8, in the account of creation God named the firmament immediately after He created it. In this New Year name the Year and name the things you want God to do for you. Then monitor and evaluate as you go along.I pray for you that 2024 will be an amazing year in every area of life that matters.Happy New Year!
This is the last day of the year 2023.God has brought us through the year, and He has brought us through so many things.A living dog is better than a dead lion so if you are alive , it has been a good year.His word in Philippians 1:6, reminds us that He who began a good work in us is faithful to complete it.I pray for you that your 2024 will be an amazing for you in all areas of your life. We thank God for everyday of 2023.
Luke 12:27-28 if God clothes the lilies how much more will He clothe you? Look around you at the plants and flowers that are in full bloom now which will soon wither, and think how much God has caused you to bloom and grow this year.If He clothes the lilies He will clothe you. He will lead you through the rest of 2023 and take you safely into 2024. Amen
It is 42 days to the end of 2023 and truly God has been good to us in numerous ways.He has provided, and protected. He has saved and rescued us, sometimes from dangers we didn't even know were there. He has healed us and restored us to health. . He has been present even when we did not feel His presence.There have been times in this year when we were "sure" we knew the end of a situation and we just "knew" the situation was against us, then Jesus shows up and shows us that facts can lie, and all we know is not all there is to know.For the next 42 days let us reflect in God's goodness to us in 2023 even as we trust Him to take us to the next year in victory.
The bible reminds us in Romans 8:32 that God did not spare His own son, He gave him up for our sake; what do you think will be difficult for Him to do for us?He will ALSO, freely give us all things. Amen!
David worshipped the LORD with a song in 2 Samuel 22 and in verse 44, he acknowledged that God has ALSO delivered him from the strivings of men. Today I pray for you that God will deliver you from the strivings of men. Amen!
God will do much more than you need. Rebekah would have been satisfied with just one child but she got double what she prayed.
One of the names of Jehovah is Elshaddai-the One who is more than enough.

Happy New Year. Welcome to 2023. This year take the time to write down a plan for the year; a plan you can work throughout the year. Don't leave the year to chance. Faith doesn't mean you should not plan. Trust God and have a plan.
Are you throwing away the wrong load? Praying to the wrong God. The mariners in the boat with Jonah prayed to their gods and threw away their load but it did not lighten the ship or ease their storm as they hoped. I pray we do not focus on throwing away other heavy loads when our real problem is fast asleep.
David wanted to build a house for God but was that the immediate need? God had to redirect him and point him in the way of what was more pressing. Whatever you want to do for God, be sure it is truly what He wants you to do for Him at this particular time.
This is a beautiful story of love, loyalty and devotion from the book of Chronicles. Another reason to study this amazing book of the Bible.
The prayer of Jabez is a hidden nugget within the book of 1st Chronicles. It's hidden in the midst of begat this and that. Another reason to study the whole Bible.

Hezekiah repented and prayed when he was ill but he accepted God's verdict without question when he knew he would not be personally affected. This is the picture of leadership in our land! We must become generational thinkers if the purpose of God is to be done through us.
We are called to serve God only and when we try to serve our God and others we become weak and powerless. This us why we often pray and nothing changes in our world. It is why there appears to be no difference between us and the world we have been called to save. I pray that we find the strength to return to a place if true worship of Jehovah God, in spirit and in truth. Amen
Gideon gave an offering when he was too cowardly to believe what God was saying to him. Do we call that a "courage offering?"
We must never allow ourselves to take major decisions without asking counsel of the LORD. The 5 senses will fail us if that is all we depend on.
Unwellness is not always an indication of things going wrong. Sometimes it is an indication that God is doing much more than you expect
They ceased building because their language, the thing that joined them together was confused. Disunity will always cause you to stop building. Do all you can to fight against what fights your unity with your building partners
God calls us to walk before Him and be blameless. This is the real secret of a successful life. Is it possible?

When you listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit you can't go wrong, even if the instructions don't add up
Moses believed he was fighting for his people but he was scorned for it and he ended up in exile. In 2022 learn to listen for the voice of the Holy Spirit before you get involved in fights, no matter how noble it seems to be.
This season take time to look at the faces of those around you. Be like Joseph and solve a problem that does not directly concern you. Your blessings might just be tied to it. God bless you!
While Joseph was focused on God and his dreams, Judah his brother was filled with thoughts of the evil they had done to his brother years ago. In preparing for the new year, let your focus be on the love of God for you and the dreams you have in heart. Don't waste energy on vengeful thoughts. Be like Joseph.
Sometimes we are accused of wrong doing like Joseph. We could be innocent but the enemy doesn't care. If you find yourself in such a situation know that your vindication comes from God. It is better to be accused of wrong doing when you are innocent than to commit the crime even if you can get away with it. May God keep us from all temptation in Jesus name Amen.
Temptation will come. Temptation always comes. What should our response be? Like Joseph, we should flee every temptation. The grace of God will make this possible
John 18:18 Peter went to seek warmth at the fire of the same people who were trying his LORD; what did he expect to happen? Did he expect to be warmly welcomed? Where are you seeking warmth? Where have you sought warmth in the past? As the year draws to a let us be careful where we go to seek comfort and pleasure.
Every branch that bears fruit the Father prunes. Be willing to endure pruning so you can be more fruitful. Pruning and fruitfulness must go side by side. You cannot have one without the other.
Success is never accidental; there are essential ingredients for success and one of them is a good team. If you have God as your team lead you are sure to succeed. As you review the year past and prepare for the next, make the LORD your team lead and watch 2022 become a great year for you.
Humility is accepting whatever God brings your way with joy and thankfulness. Don't be so proud that you do not allow the Master to wash your feet this season.
You get to a point in your life where you realize the water you came to fetch isn't so important after all. So why are you doing that job? Why are you living the life you are living? What have you found that can make you forget everything?
Learn to keep your eyes and focus on the real issues so that you can identify the solution to whatever you face. 4 steps to getting what we want: 1. Understand the issue. 2. Don't make friends with your problem. 3. Be open to solutions different from the one you know. 4. Be clear about what you really want. 5. Don't defend your problem.
Why do we act ashamed of our scars? The painful and shameful experiences we go through are proof of the genuineness of our walk with God and they should never be cause for shame. Jesus is unashamed of His scars; they are proof that He went to the Cross. The scars are also proof that what you went through did not kill you. Be unashamed of your scars like Jesus was. Shalom!
What is the purpose for which Jesus called you? Saul's purpose was clearly stated in the road to Damascus; do you know yours? Do you have one?

The woman with the alabaster box of oil was judged by the Pharisee. Isn't that the same way we judge those who are different? But doesn't the Bible ask us to be Salt and light? Can the salt choose to flavour only a part of the food? Can light shine only in a certain place and not in another? Be blessed as you examine these truths this morning. God bless
What can we learn from the interaction between Jesus Christ and the fig tree? 1. Jesus felt hunger just like we do. 2. He had high hopes and expectations based on what He saw. 3. He saw wrong (ly). 4. He felt disappointment. 5. He addressed the fig tree, expecting it to hear. 6. He responded and spoke to an inanimate object.
Fear keeps many people away from axhieveing their dreams. Fear of failure. Fear of embarrassing oneself. Fear of what people would say. But how about the fear of not hearing "well-done, good and faithful servant?" Go out today and do it afraid!
In today's podcast we talk about the value of taking time out to rest. Rest is important to allow your body and your mind rejuvenate and refresh and to allow your brain rest too. Covid-19 has kept people indoors and the temptation is to think that you have rested but with all the fear and anxiety around this season, it has not really been rest for most people. Jesus says in today's scripture "Come aside and rest..." I pray for you today that you would find rest for your body and your mind. Have a great day ahead.
