We are all looking for the light at the end of the tunnel! Desert seasons are exhausting, and not knowing when it will end doesn’t make it any easier. When we finally get to the point of stepping out of the desert, there is no greater feeling! However, in all of our feelings of excitement and relief, there are some things that we would do well not to forget.
We have a tendency to move towards God in affliction and away from Him in prosperity. It is a horrible habit that we all wrestle with. But, what if we could figure out away to be consistently close to God in good time and bad times? This week Pastor Chris shares the 2nd diamond we can find in the desert that could cultivate in us a consistency in our relationship with God no matter what season we are in.
When life takes us through “desert seasons”, it is easy to despise our circumstances and surroundings. But what if the desert is good for us? What if there are some things that we can only learn in the desert? This week, Pastor Chris talks about life in the desert and how hard times can actually create healthy habits.

The problem is that the world tells us to keep our mouths shut but Jesus commands us to “go and tell” the world about the Good News! This week Pastor Chris sheds some light on how we are to share the Good News “Even When” it is uncomfortable.

We start to create habits in our lives that backs us into corners of frustration, anger, bitterness and depression. All of which rob us of the joy filled life God has called us to.
