The Observatory of Public Sector Innovation at OECD has launched a Government Aftershock program this year which is a series of local events that lead up to a global forum on the 17th -18th of November. This episode is my thought contribution at a grassroots level to government reform post covid, sharing some of the governments need to learn from this pandemic.
